Whether you are a longtime performer, just starting your pole journey or looking to get some fun boudoir shots for yourself or as a fun activity with a group of friends like a bachelorette, I definitely recommend them. They have thoughtfully curated backdrops and props, great lighting and photographers who are experienced in these types of shoots so know how to help you get great pictures to look back on! I've done 4 or 5 shoots here and have always been really happy with the results and the supportive, creative, body positive environment whether I want to do something silly and fun or sexy and serious. The experience I had with this location was not to my liking. To start, I had booked a class a week and a half prior so my wife can enjoy something new. We both knew that this was going to be far away and it would take us about 3 hours to get to this location. Knowing that this would be a far commute for one day, we booked a hotel the day prior. We let the location know a week prior that we will be coming from a long distance , and that we will be booking a hotel to be closer to the location. And they assured us that it would be no problem and that my wife would have fun. Fast forward to the date of the lesson and not only was it incredibly hard to find the location due to no signage. But found the doors were locked. Initially we thought that a class was being done and that's why we couldn't go. But was later told that the classes were canceled 2 hours beforehand. And to make matters worse, they emailed us this update rather than text us or call us. We called to ask why it was canceled even though they knew that we were coming from such a long distance. And their response was that there was not enough students for that class. That's why it was canceled. (Well I wonder why)

Went there because reviews are so good. When I entered, nobody was there to say hello....I didn't know who was the teacher until a girl asked what my name was. I didn't get her name until 30 min into the lesson. Her name was Natalia. And Natalia was just rude, no greeting, no teaching... all she did was show off. I mean, yes, we know you can do it... but that's not teaching. We were all beginners there, standing around, not knowing what to do while she was spinning and filming herself. Sorry for being the first person with a one star. It was just a very disappointing experience.

So I did the first time beginners class with Nikki and I can honestly say I loved it. I’ve struggled over the past 2 years with feeling sexy in my skin after kids and weight gain and this class made a huge impact on that. The setting is dimly lit so you can still see but not feel like you are under a spotlight. Also the instructor did an amazing job explaining each move and then providing alternates. I went with a friend of mine and we were able to enjoy class but also not feel like we were the odd ones out. It was a great class and we plan on going back next week

With all the different studios offering pole classes I was planning on trying a few of them and then deciding where I ultimately wanted to buy a membership. I went to my first class at Intice today and no longer plan to try anywhere else. The class was great, Sienna (I think that was her name) did a really great job teaching the foundations and not bouncing around with too many things so we were able to get a good grip on what we were learning. Intice has a very wide variety of different classes they teach (I’ve scheduled a couple for myself for the next two weeks) and is overall a very nice and clean studio. I highly recommend checking them out and look forward to my classes I will continue to take here

I have been looking for a pole fitness studio place since I moved to St. Pete from Lake Mary FL about a year ago. I finally found a good spot with Intice Dance Fitness. The studio is really nice. Decorated pretty with good lighting and mirrors. I like how the dance studio has a cute shop in the front and the room where you are practicing is not viewable from anyone outside. (The last studio I attended in Lake Mary had some unwanted viewers looking in the windows which was annoying and distracting.) Everyone was very inviting and the instructor was friendly and helpful to give you tips to mastering the routine. I am just getting back to working out after knee surgery and am pretty stiff. I felt very comfortable at Intice with it being my first time back at it in a little over a year. I will be coming back for sure. Also, they have lots of classes to fit around your work schedule so finding time to go isn't an issue.

If your looking for fun while being challenged this is the place . You are stretched in your physicality while learning the techniques. You are Surrounded by a great staff , and they are friendly while sharing the experience w/other woman who lift you up also . Your building strength and confidence while attending these classes . I am happy I have found this place !

Today I tried Pole Yoga for the first time. It was amazing. Alina is a gifted and experienced teacher. The studio feels like a safe space to explore and express through dance and movement. I’m looking forward to trying more classes!

I just want to say...I freaking LOVE this studio! I came to this studio after a break up that left me feel incredibly disempowered. This studio is so awesome! Such a friendly welcoming crew! I knew I was in the right place before I walked in. Zoe’s Twerk Out class was so much fun and had me learning different muscle isolations that were not yet in my practice (even as a yogi). I’m looking forward to pole classes the coming week. Took my first pole fitness class and was pleasantly surprised how much I sweat! Danielle was so much fun and made me comfortable. I walked out feeling my arms and legs trembling. Worked out muscles I didn't know even still worked pushing 40 lol.... the ambiance is elegant and classy, very welcoming and comfy. Love the "living room seating" Stayed after class to check out the all levels pole class and looked like a lot of fun too. Will definitely be returning to try out more. Cant wait to meet the other instructors if they are anything like Danielle

I had so much fun! INTICE is
1. so cute to walk into
2. Such a charged and excited atmosphere
3. My teacher was incredibly welcoming. Other students were having a good time so I started having more fun and by the end I felt so accomplished with how hard I worked even though I didn't realize due to having such a wonderful time! (Plus the class package is quite nice)
