I love my gym, I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I would be heartbroken if I ever had to leave this place.
I love the old school feel of it. I’m really hoping our new owners will get a legit hip thrust machine, pretty please :) …. in fact I found out not just women from our gym want it but some men do too!

Came here on a day pass due to vacation. This gym is absolutely amazing!! If you’re into powerlifting, this is a haven. Even if you just enjoy machines, they have everything! The owners are such nice and welcoming people; I really enjoyed my time here! I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Great, no frills, old school powerlifting gym. No contract or fees of any kind. Just pay for your entry key fob and then monthly time.

The space is maintained well and the owner is very nice. Restroom areas aren't very modern, but this is no big deal especially given the cost of membership.

Good security and safety, private entry only. Adults only.

This is not an LA Fitness style gym with saunas and a smoothie bar, but you also don't pay those prices and fees. This could be a great fit depending on what you're looking for.

Something that amazed me was that the owner prorated my first month payment, because I began on the middle of the month, so I didn't have to pay for the full price of the month.

This is a GYM! Not just a fitness center but a GYM! Definitely an old school feel.

Location: could be better. It's located in one of the worst parts of Ocoee. However there is plenty of parking space. The key fob is nice for added security, and security is taken very seriously by owner.

Equipment: competition style benchs and racks, monolith, and deadlift platforms with band hooks for bands. Specialty bars include rogue competition bars, Texas squat bar, SSB squat bar, duffalo bar, football bar, and a football/log press bar. Includes an entire area dedicated to crossfit as well. Tires for flipping or beating with sledge hammers. Dumbells only go up to 115 but doubles of a few weights. Plenty of other fun machines for various ways to isolate or build muscle.

Price: Not very expensive compared to most private gyms like this. Some gym with this level of equipment cost upward of $80 a month. For what your getting it is totally worth it.

Overall this is the best gym I have found in the area. 10/10 recommend.

Updated: Owner has gotten new equipment including Elieko Calibrated plates and bars. As well as a TSS competition combo rack. Fully Calibrated competition style clamps. Updated the dumbells now go up to 140lbs.

This is how gyms used to be in the golden age of bodybuilding. They could've filmed "Pumping Iron", here. The perfect gym for real training. Rare gem to find for gym-lifers like me. Never crowded. No B.S. membership enrollment nonsense, like at most places. Very secure access protocols. I wanted to join as soon as I walked in for the first time.

😃 Key card access adds extra level of safety
😃 I’m not an equipment expert but the equipment appears to be top of the line. Very sturdy and well designed. You will feel safe using the equipment.
😃 The facility itself is clean and well maintained
😃 Ample sanitation spray and wipes are available to keep you safe
😃 Restrooms and locker area are clean and even has showers if you need.
😃 The gym has a wide variety of workout machines and equipment.
😃 The owner is awesome! He is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment and workout routines. Even if all you need is a friendly chat. It’s like having a neighborhood bartender at your gym.
😃 If you need a local place to get a solid workout and sweat in then this is your place. Iron Core has most anything you could want.
😃 It has a very comfortable atmosphere when you walk in.
😃 You will feel even more comfortable once you start working out.

I absolutely love this gym it's my GO TO when I'm on vacation here I've never had to wait for equipment and the vending machines are great too PWO in single servings for a dollar each! Just beware to check opening times on weekends and bring your own water bottle and other than that you're good to go! Wouldnt go anywhere else! Thanks Dave

Great place to work-out with lot of equipment, racks, free weight, dumbbells...etc . I love that they offer private key card to access to the gym. People who comes here definitely know how to lift and serious about the work-out. I got motivated a lot by my surrounding environment!!!

Great place to get fit, and good range of free weights. Love the competitive spirit of the place, and the CrossFit room and equipment helps make working out less boring. I like to work the large tire they have after a hard day of lifting- great for cardio and a lot of fun!
