I went to my first iStroll class because I was looking for a way to fit a workout in while I had my toddler with me. I had no idea I was going to get so much more out of it! The workouts are awesome, but it’s also a community for moms and their kids. It has been a great way to meet other mom friends and for my kiddos to get playtime.

I am so happy for every woman and mom from iStroll, LLC Key West. I feel happy and friendly. They give me strength and confidence during workouts and also love and hugs outside of workouts.

I absolutely love my istroll workouts! It’s the perfect mix of fitness, fun, and friendship. We get to work out outside with our kiddos right there with us—no need for childcare or guilt. The vibe is always positive and full of laughs, thanks to our instructor ! She keeps things bubbly, light-hearted, and super motivating.

The workouts are great, but honestly, the best part is the sense of community. It’s not just about exercise—it’s about showing up for yourself and connecting with other moms who get it. My kid loves tagging along too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun, supportive space to move your body , tone up and make some amazing mom friends!!

More than a workout class i found a tribe. I feel motivated, i have seen results in my definition and muscle tone. My son has friends and enjoy every class! After one year i started.. Best decision ever!
