Jazzercise is the original dance fitness workout, founded in 1969. Our trained instructors will lead you through the group fitness classes that include cardio dance, strength training, stretching, and HIIT formats. The routines are easy to modify in order to fit all fitness levels. This full body workout will leave you sweating and smiling! Come check it out!

Jazzercise Navarre is an incredible place to work out! Katie has several options for days and times to work with different schedules. There is also a low impact option that allows me to receive a fantastic work out without being in pain from my previous back surgery. I would highly recommend this welcoming and fun place to exercise!!

Each day I look forward to my Jazzercise Class in Navarre, Florida with Katie as our instructor. She is most considerate in giving us advanced prompts for our routines and will show us low as well as high impact functions. We have a wonderful cross section of ladies with various ages and levels of experience. We laugh together, stretch together, and diligently work our muscles together. Such fun!

Jazzercise Navarre is the best place for exercise, fun, and friendship! Classes are available in the mornings, late afternoons, and evenings. It offers a variety of classes that mix aerobic dance, strength training, and flexibility, all set to great music! Best of all, come as you are! If youโre considering trying Jazzercise, I highly recommend this group! Katie is an amazing instructor and the group could not be more welcoming. There is great parking and a great space. Whether itโs your 1st or 100th class , you will fit right in. Great full body/ brain workout and itโs FUN!! Each day of the week you will get something a bit different to keep thing interesting , all while making new friends.

I joined Jazzercise shortly after moving to Navarre. It is THE MOST welcoming group of people. Katie is such a skilled and motivating instructor that gets to know all of her clientele personally. All the moves can be adapted to any fitness level and the class flies by because it is SO FUN compared to any calisthenics based workout. We work every muscle, and the music is current and changes frequently. The dance part of the routines may intimidate people at first but are easy to learn. One shortly realizes that the dancing and great music along with Katie's skilled teaching is what makes Jazzercise so special. Come give it a try and you'll be welcomed whether you are new to the area or have lived here a long time. All my best friends have been made through Jazzercise.
