I have been training with Jodie for 7+ months now and the experience--and results--have been awesome. He caters a fun yet serious environment where everyone is expected to work hard, offers a flexible schedule which is great for me, and we have pointed focus in the sessions using strength and mobility improvements to increase performance on the golf course and everyday life. The stats speak for themselves both on and off the course! Looking forward to continuing our time together.

Coach Jodie is a fantastic physical trainer! Our daughter has been training with Jodie since 2024, and in that time, we’ve seen the strength, balance, and flexibility she’s gained in the gym equate to better results on the tennis court. Jodie is also very adaptable to one’s current abilities and situation. He offers flexible scheduling as well, which we are grateful for with a busy tennis training schedule.

Both of my daughters see Jodi for physical training. One is an equestrian the other does tennis and flag football. First, we have a pretty hectic schedule, so the flexibility to get in at convenient times or on short notice has been a huge plus. More importantly Jodi is always on top of his profession and my kids progression. He often can site new studies relevant to training or show new equipment or tech that he has to get an edge. He goes above and beyond to base sessions on the sport, physical weakness and/or injuries as they come up. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to take themselves or their kid to the next level of their athletic goals.

Jodie truly understands how to get the most out of his athletes. You can really see his knowledge of biomechanics In the workouts he creates. I went to him the summer before I started college baseball, and he gave me a great foundation for improving my strength and speed. He helped fix my running form, and was able to drop my 60 time. I was fairly new to heavy lifting, and he was able to meet me where I was at and I saw significant weight and strength gains.

Jodie is the best! I was a student athlete at Eckerd from 2020-24 and had the chance to work with Jodie for 3 great years. Not only was my fitness and strength increasing, but others qualities such as appreciation and finesse would come into play. I came to college at 155 lbs and Jodie is the main reason for me now 20 lbs heavier of muscle. Jodie preaches quality reps and you want to compete because Jodie is the hardest competitor on the room, and all he wants id to get you better. Book some lessons and get to know Jodie and his staff, you won’t regret it!

Jodie’s sport specific training program is top notch! Improving my strength, speed, and agility. While also focusing on injury prevention and rehabilitation. He also conducts BMI, mobility, vert, and speed tests frequently to track your progress! Everything an athlete could want from a training program. Thanks for everything Jodie!

Coach Jodie is amazing and incredibly passionate about what he does! I was a collegiate softball player at Eckerd College, and Jodie served as the strength & agility coach across sports programs. He brought amazing energy and truly helped me gain the confidence and skill to lift without injury or worry. He's incredibly positive, and might be one of the only trainers I've had that can get you excited to workout at a mere 5:30 AM... couldn't recommend him more! :)

Jodie is great. He took me to the next step in my athleticism especially my running and body. He does personalized programs for what the athlete needs. I went from a 7.3 60 yard dash to a 6.8. Most importantly I learned the right way to run. I also went from 12% body fat to 6% body fat while gaining muscle. He put me on a great nutrition plan to help me reach my goals. Lastly, his weightlifting programs are great for what athlete needs. I made major strides in my strength, moblity and power. His training translated over to my performance on the field. Jodie is a great trainer to work with. Highly recommend.

Jodie's periodized workout programs are effective and my students really enjoy working with him. We also received amazing feedback and results from the video course he conducted for our members at Online Tennis Instruction. Jodie combines testing and new technologies to objectively show measurable results. His is constantly staying on top of the latest training modalities which include movement training and breathing science which help give his athletes that extra edge.
