Coach Kiki is the rudest and most unprofessional I’ve ever come across. I wouldn’t leave her with my cat let alone my kid . She should not be working with kids/people period with such bad attitude and passive aggressiveness. She has ruined the entire experience for me and unfortunately after months of my daughter doing numerous classes at Jubilee , we will no longer be continuing. They need to take heed in hiring more positive people to work in a field like this and letting go of those that talk to parents and kids like they have no common decency.

I literally just left their cheer tryouts. I found a flyer and thought I would take my 3 granddaughters (afes 6, 11 &11). Flyer states 5/18 tryouts ages 6-8 from 930-1130
Ages 12-2pm. I went to their website to sign up and see if i needed to register online and pay however i found it difficult to find where to register for cheer so i just made an account for our family and decided I'll just pay fees in cash. Having some issues this morning I was late to the first session (arrived@9:55) we saw a sign on the front door that says "go around back if you're here for tryouts" so we did. We items the door that we assumed was their back door went in. As we walked to the front we saw a group that we assumed was the tryouts. As we were waking closer to the group 2 unidentified females walked toward us looking at each other then at us like we were aliens. Giving me the impression that we were somewhere we didn't belong. So I held my hands up and stated im sorry if we in the wrong place we saw a sign that says come to the back door if you're here for cheer tryouts but you guys are making me feel as though we stumbled somewhere we aren't suppose to be lol. One female was pointed to by the other female who then started saying coach such & such can take your name & number because we've already started & we don't want them to be behind so we can just evaluate your girls one on one sometime this week. I say it's ok they are fast learners they wouldn't have a problem jumping right in. She comes back to say yes we started at 9 -9:15 and we already went over jumps and things so if it's okay with you we can just give you a call & coach such & such will fit you in and did you register them for cheer on the i something??) I told her no i didn't register i only signed up on your portal but Feeling very unwanted given the looks on their faces, and their demeanor I declined and said it's okay we will just leave. I proceeded to leave because the flyer clearly stated the time does and ages they didn't even ask how old the girls were and say you know you are late for the younger one but if you go oblige and register the older 2 maybe they can tryout at noon today. I mean nothing. They were looking at me like I didn't belong and they were confused as to why I was even there. Me and my girls (whom can cheer, 1 of them can jump and tumble, I was even going to get her some lessons with them to perfect her self taught skills) but they made me feel very unwelcome and not a place I would want to spend my money. I immediately called my daughter because guess what her daughter(another one of my Granddaughters) attends this same gym for private lessons, what a shame

Today was daughters last day after 5 years. Overall it has been a great experience but turnover was an issue with coaches she liked overtime and I felt there wasn't a drive to push her to do things she was scared of or at least try it since coach Dave. I do want to say staff is amazing and price can't be beat but personal growth has been an issue for skills.

I love to tell everyone about Jubilee Gymnastics. Their facility is amazing, the instructors are skilled and caring, the customer service is wow and atmosphere is so fun! On Saturday we had a birthday party for my nephew. It turned out to be the best birthday ever! The staff at Jubilee took care of all of our requests for tables and chairs. They catered to our needs throughout our time there. They even allowed the parents to play with the kids on the kids course so they can be a part of the fun! Every one had a smile on their faces and laughter was in the air! Thank you to the two coaches who helped us with all of our kids and did not loose their patience with any of us! We will be back again for SURE!

P.S. Bring back the adult hours and we will come... wink!

We love this gym. Every single staff member is so friendly and has your child's best interest at heart. They change the set up each week so the kids are always doing something new. They often even go all out with themes that make it extra fun. We got to experience the pure joy of having our sons birthday party here. The guests all talked about how much they loved it but how much they took care of really made this momma so happy. Other places we basically paid for the space and we had to do everything. Here they were such a helping hand between set up, passing out food and clean up that I actually got to just be present and enjoy my sons party for the first time ever and that is a cherished memory I cannot thank them enough for.

Any little problem that has come up they have a addressed with grace and understanding and in a professional manner.

Our son is also special needs and has found a coach that works so well with him. We seriously cannot thank him and the staff enough for the love and patience they show to him in a world that is often difficult to navigate. (Shout out to coach Amnel)

I have to say, I've been looking for a gymnastics class for my 8 yr old for awhile now, and I came across jubilee. I was reading the reviews online and decided to give it a try. I took my daughter for the 1st time and she loved it. She loved her instructor Ms.Chainey and when it was time to go she didn't want to go that's how much she loved it. This is her 3rd week going she's in tumbling and now I will be definitely be signing her up for a 2nd class. Jubilee you guys rock.

I did not notice that i clicked on start rating , so i do apologize. Although the environment of this place is fun and it looks very nice and welcoming. I dont see the eager to develop kids into actual gymnastics. I make this judgment based on comparison to others in the area which focus on the actual development of competitive skills and discipline.

We had my daughter's birthday party at Jubilee and I was blown away by the entire experience from start to finish. They accommodated a large group, thought of everything, supplied anything we might need, and assisted with setup and cleanup as well as serving of pizza and cake. The gym itself is huge, clean, and full of equipment. The staff was so friendly and hands-on. I was especially impressed with how they included some of the young siblings of our guests. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Made an appointment for my Daughter to try out the first free class to see if she's Interested. Class was for 4:30pm. Showed up and signed in at 4:19. I asked several questions as this was our first time there.
Was told at 4:30 an Instructor would come and get my daughter, so just have a seat and hangout.
Hangout we did. We patiently waited almost 30 minutes. Not sure if Instructors lost track of time or what, but it was very disappointing to say the least. Nothing was explained to us or anything. So after wasting 30 minutes of my time my family and I decided to leave.
You might have a big Ole nice gym, but the customer service sucks In my opinion.

Update:
After Communicating with the Owner both on Google, and on the Phone. I RESPECT the Honesty in admitting that the ball was dropped and it should not have happened. Instead of making excuses they owned up to their mistake and offered a 2nd Opportunity to make it right.
After trying out the Beginners Class, my daughter really likes it. Although it is Challenging, I think she is up to the Challenge. All that to say we are proudly now part of the Jubilee Family, and Thank you Marybeth for turning a Negative into a Positive for everyone.

There are definitely some amazing coaches and staff that work here! It does become stressful for the kids when the coach get switched around every few visits. We've had a few coaches who spend most of their time on their phone or eating snacks while coaching. Other than that, the facility is nice and majority of the staff are great. Some consistency would be nice.

Jubilee has been such a positive addition to our entire family! My kids are so happy and excited. They receive so much encouragement and positivity from their coaches and instructors. As a parent, everyone is always super accommodating and helpful as well. When a staff member realized they were out of my daughter's shirt size, she gladly said she would make her another one asap! They even reached out to me to say, "Hey, you didn't apply the discount code to your kid camps so we did it for you!" Our family LOVES Jubilee gym and all of the coaches. My three children have each been involved in numerous classes over the last three years. The coaches take their time with each child to help them master their skills. The whole gym is a child’s dream with so many opportunities to try new things and challenge themselves. We started here with my 3 year old last year in the old building. We were instantly hooked! I loved the way they worked with the little ones, catered to their "energy" and I loved how my daughter was exposed to many new things within their facility. They were kind and caring, and understanding if the little ones were apprehensive about trying new things.
She is now loving gymnastics and loves going there. As a parent, I love being able to watch the classes, as well as being able to watch the higher level classes at the same time.
Any communication with the business has been very positive and very prompt. I have never had to wait long for an answer or to have any question addressed.

What an amazing facility!!!! My daughter has learned so much since she started attending class a few weeks ago! All the staff members are professional and it is extremely obvious that safety is always first! The coach:student ratio is perfect. I love that all the coaches are interactive and can perform the moves they are showing my daughter. I have also been very impressed with the "lesson plans" each week. They always warm up at the beginning, teach a specific skill for the week with one coach while rotating through the other coaches for a review of a different skill. There are many opportunities for practice that include immediate corrective feedback and each class ends with a cool down.

Extraordinary coaches and classes!
Our 3 yr old daughter counts down the days each week for her class with Mrs. Michelle and Mrs. Niki. Together they create a positive and fun environment for all the kids in our group. Each week the kids are exposed to a new theme, (which is still amazing to me), so the class is never monotonous. We, as parents, enjoy watching our kids learn while having a blast at the same time.

We have loved Jubilee since Arianna attended her first session there at 3 years old. I love the versitility of the session and my daughter now 6 years of age never becomes bored with the classes. They incporporate so much with stretching, balance, coordination and strength and its great to see the progression of my daughter abilities as she is only getting stronger and better as time goes on. We could not have found a better location that fits our needs in term of fitnness and fun. All the teachers are fabulous at Jubilee but Mary Beth's passion and vision for teaching our kids is unprecedented and it's an honor to have her as an instructor.

MaryBeth is a wonderful instructor! She really knows how to engage with the kids and make learning fun. My girls (4 & 5.5) absolutely LOVE going to gymnastics. All the coaches at Jubilee Gymnastics are great - very attentive and encouraging to all the kids. The classes are small, so they are still able to receive 1-on-1 attention which is awesome! Jubilee gymnastics has been a great blessing to my family. My son, 4yrs of age and my daughter, 5, have really enjoyed it.
