Julie is the only person in the world who has managed, spontaneously and lightly, to make me love exercising! Her kindness, determination to help you progress in a way adapted to your level, her compassion, and her professionalism have enabled me to go from exercising zero to 3 or 4 times a week with great pleasure! Frankly, I would NEVER have thought it possible! Also, I had bone problems that made me in terror about locking my back, and NEVER, EVER, EVER have I had pain under her supervision! Honestly, Julie! You changed my life.
Today, I owe 1 thousand percent to you to exercise and enjoy it! And also, you're so beautiful! I know you have NO CLUE of how gorgeous and adorable you are! We feel so comfortable with you, and most importantly: we are progressing toward our fitness goals!

Julie’s is the perfect place to get back in shape or just stay in shape. The instruction is adjusted for every level of training…. Light or heavy! The equipment is first class and it is located in a very safe area.

My husband and I stayed in Clearwater Beach for 3 months in 2021. During those 3 months I trained with Julie. She’s an amazing trainer and I consider her an amazing friend as well. Julie definitely pushed me and I saw how strong I really was. Three weeks ago we went back to Clearwater Beach and I took one of Julie’s classes. What a wonderful class, you get cardio and strength training all in one. I highly recommend training with Julie or take the class, you can’t go wrong with either. Julie is truly a treasure!
