Group Strength Training classes. At Just LIFT, we offer a FRESH approach to group training. No HIIT, cardio, or power moves here. We focus on helping clients change overall body composition through slow, controlled weight and resistance training. Hands down one of the best workout studios in South Florida. I’ve been in the fitness field for over 2 decades and this studio holds a high standard of what a workout and a studio should be. Their workouts are well thought out by fitness professionals with experience, knowledge and credentials.

Everyday is a different workout that makes sense for the mechanics of the body giving your muscles time to recover. The way the coaches focus on the members form and/or injuries, is truly the best I’ve seen. Well done ladies!

The studio is top notch, clean, presentable, you have your own space to lift weights comfortably, the music is great, the environment and the coaches are all uplifting and they push you to the max! Their daily quotes are GENIUS!!!!

The owner Nicole is amazing and truly a bad ass! She’s been in the fitness industry for many years, she knows the game, and knows what it takes to give the customers what they need!

I have been going to Just Lift Coral Springs for 4 years and I love it. The location is extremely convenient, and the Coaches and Staff are amazing.
The coaches, Nicole, Amy, Jenn, and Dale are extremely knowledgeable. Each has their own personality. Nicole always with the words of wisdom and accountability. Amy can’t say enough about her, but appropriately, inappropriate and the costumes are some things that make her unique. Jenn and her Friday’s “10 for 10 Jenn” push-ups will make you love what you hate. Dalye, don’t let her quietness fool you, there is a sense of humor that brings a smile to your face even when you are in pain. Honorable mention to Giselle and Ali.
The front desk staff always greet you with a smile and sometimes a “hey girl! Where have you been? I can’t forget my favorite person Kacey, the Regional Studio Manager.
Don’t worry if you have orthopedic issues, there are concessions made for that. The environment at Just Lift is motivating, encouraging, and just plain ole fun.
Are you looking for a “Full-service studio” where the staff and coaches will assist with class booking, adding and removing plates from the bars and helping you realize your maximum potential when putting up heavy weights, then Just Lift is that place.

I’ve been a member of Just Lift Training for a year. I started as a cocoon and slowly emerged into a butterfly. I could not have done it without the Just Lift family. The members are a source of positive encouragement, motivation and the dance moves are something to see. The coaches are amazing, Nicole, Lisa, Angie & Amy. However, one of my favorites is Kacey, the manager at Just Lift. She greets you everyday with a smile and is always extremely helpful. I’ve been going to this gym for the past 10 months, and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. I started when I was newly postpartum, feeling incredibly uncomfortable and self-conscious in any gym setting. But from day one, the environment here was different. The coaches were so supportive, patient, and encouraging — they met me where I was and helped me grow at my own pace.

Here’s Coach Amy and she’s an amazing instructor, gives great detail during her demos and offers great options when you need to modify an exercise due to injury or not feeling right that day. Best gym by far!

Walking into a new gym can be intimidating, but one of the things I love the most about here is the energy, and how you always feel welcomed not only from the staff, but others who come here to workout as well. I have gone to many gyms, and this one by far the best.

I love that Nicole and her highly qualified coaches make every workout challenging. They empower you, inspire, encourage, and motivate you, all while making it fun! You will get the most out of every workout here.
What I believe makes them stand out from all the rest is…they don’t Just make it about getting stronger physically, they literally strengthen your mind as well.

The absolute best place to go work out. Each day is a different focus, finishing the week with Full Body Fridays! It’s a small group setting with awesome instructors that are pushing, encouraging, and correcting you along the way. They take and send you videos which help so much to see your growth. I loved it! Walking new into a room where you know no one can be very intimidating but the staff and instructor was so kind and welcoming. I Love Just Lift! I know exactly which muscles groups will be focused on for each class and the exercises are constantly changing to keep your muscles challenged.

This is different from any other gym I've been too , one of a kind! With other group classes I've done in the past, I either had no idea what muscle groups I would be focusing on , or wouldn't have any FOCUS , constantly work full body. Just Lift has a variety of targeted muscle group sessions and full body sessions that give incredible results. The instructors are amazing and Nicole is super knowledgeable and motivating.

This has been a very unique and uplifting experience for me. There are things I have done in the last few weeks that I have never done before and I am always excited to see the new regimen planned out. What I like particularly, is when I need help the trainers are always there to assist. They encourage me but they also show me the right way. I love everything about Just Lift! I am a traditional "gym rat", but there is something for everyone at Just Lift...Something about the group exercise atmosphere, where you get energy from those around you; but you are only competing with yourself. I have been turned on to new exercises that I never even knew existed. JUST LIFT isn't just any other gym. ALL the coaches inspire you to be the stronger version of yourself, while making sure you have fun at the same time, and always watch your back (literally). I have a herniated disk in my lower back and they always make sure I'm ok and will give you alternate options when needed, and honestly my back has felt better since working out here. I also LOVE the environment here! It's a judge free zone because we are all here for the same thing and that's to be the BEST version of ourselves. We "literally" cheer each other on.

So much to say, but I’ll keep it short. I had two major spinal fusion surgeries when I was young, and it has limited me greatly when it comes to weight training and working out. From the moment I stepped into the door, Nicole and ALL coaches have made this experience so amazing for me. Great place to learn how to strength train properly and refine your form with a very little amount of cardio. Even if you have never picked up a weight, you can learn here. Everyone ranges in fitness ability and knowledge and everyone still walks out with a fulfilling workout. I see the results of these workouts in everyone around, including myself.

Best Recommendation: Go in, try a couple classes and go from there.
