Really nice commercial gym that gets better every year with new equipment and expansion of the floor space. Bathrooms are clean and the staff is very congenial.

Equipment selection is geared to body builders and basic free weight equipment (power rack, squat rack, bench). No yokes, atlas stones, or general strong man stuff. I have only ever seen one person try snatches or cleans and they were stopped by staff so no Olympic lifting either but for everyone else it's a wonderful place to get a workout.

Found out it was 3 miles from my facility. Great gym definitely about working out! Love that they are big on people not having cameras all over the place and really put in some work. Very clean and having a smoothie bar which was a plus for an early morning start! Also 24hrs is definitely worth the 5 star! Looking forward to coming back again from North Carolina!

I love this gym so much. I’ve been going to Just Move (gold gym) for over 15 years and always have such wonderful experiences. From the front desk being welcomed to fitness instructors. This is one of my favorite locations. My late husband and I worked out here 3x a week before Covid. I primarily go to the Lakeland locations but I will forever hold this location close to my heart. I have been a member at Just Move for 2 years now, and it has consistently been an excellent experience. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, the equipment is modern and in great condition, and there are plenty of options no matter what type of workout you’re doing. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional — they really make you feel like part of the community. The group classes are motivating, and the overall atmosphere is supportive and energizing.

On top of that, I’ve had the opportunity to train with one of the personal trainers, Jeremy Tillman, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Jeremy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping his clients reach their goals. He takes the time to explain exercises, correct form, and build workouts that are challenging but also realistic and sustainable. What I’ve appreciated most is his encouragement and positivity — he pushes you to improve, but in a way that feels motivating rather than overwhelming. Jeremy’s generosity, patience, and passion for fitness really stand out, and working with him has been such an uplifting experience.

I’ve been gong to Just Move at the Havendale location for a month now I have nothing but a very positive experience! I struggle with going to gyms because of my severe anxiety’s.

I tried the YMCA gym in Lakeland I must say it wasn’t for me. I like Just Move not only for the affordability, the staff and very helpful and friendly. They have different group exercises every daily every too! My favorites so far are Pilates and Bodycomp!

The gym, locker rooms and bathroom area are very clean.

There are sooo many different machines I cannot get enough of this place! So far from my personally experience the people are very nice the variety of equipment is top tier! Highly recommend!

I joined this gym because my coworker bragged about how amazing the team training was. I have been a member since 2024. I pay my membership one year in advance each year as well as I have paid for personal training in advance. The facility is clean and they have great equipment.

However, the once lively and energetic environment has died. Management is cold. Personally, I have never seen the managers smile, speak or show kindness to members. They walk around like zombies barking out orders and making needless changes. But, the front desk staff are very nice, and the trainers are excellent!

In addition, moral among the staff is down and somewhat depressing. Management cancelled team training which at least provided some energy to the facility. I used to work out mornings and evenings 5 days a week. Now, I only come when I have scheduled personal training.

I’m sorry that I have already paid one year in advance or I would quit the gym. I currently now pay another gym that provides HIT classes similar to the one cancelled at Just Move. Leadership is everything. The staff will go no higher than the ones in charge. I hope things change for the better. It is a really nice and clean facility.

I’ve been going to Just Move Athletic Club for a few months now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. I've had a great experience at Just Move Havendale! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff always greet you with a smile and a welcoming attitude. They're super helpful and create a great atmosphere that makes coming to the gym easy and enjoyable.
I want to give a big shoutout to Israel, my first trainer ever—hands down the best guy! He really helped me get started on my fitness journey, made everything approachable, and always took the time to educate and motivate me along the way.
Also, Nick, who recently became one of the new trainers, has been incredible. Even before he was officially on the training team, he was already going out of his way to encourage me and help me stay accountable. That kind of support makes a big difference.

My daughter and niece whom are teenagers were with me and I told them to sit at the table while I do my training session with the trainer. I picked my daughter up from a tutor session that is down the road from the gym. Hence, the reason I chose that time and day because its convient for me, as I am about 25 minutes away from the gym to my home. BTW, I pass Planet Fitness to come to Just Move. I was told I would have to pay $10 for them to SIT at the table. I was shocked!!!. I do pay $10 for times when my daughter wants to use the gym equipment with me, but this time she was not using it. I'm not having them sit in a hot car while I do my training session and I'm not going to complicate my life for a 30 min- 1 hour gym session. I spoke to management, Zach and he said they would come up with a solution. Well, there was no solution because the manager Zach said the owner didn't give a solution and I had to pay $10 in the future for her to SIT at the table. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT. 😡 I'm a working parent trying to get healthier!!!

I’ve been a member at this gym since 2020. The recent additions of new machines has been absolutely amazing. I use the sauna regularly and and am very happy with the size. The prices for the drinks are Very reasonable. The tanning is awesome and far more affordable than a tanning membership at other places. The child care is a huge bonus. Without it, I wouldn’t be able to get to the gym. I often stop to chat with the front desk guys. They are all very kind and helpful with any questions. Even when I don’t stop to chat they greet me with smiles and waves. Damon, Luis and Hector. I also often observe Laura and Shawn working with clients and they are very pleasant!! All around, I love my gym and wouldn’t choose another.

However, adding a cold plunge and infrared sauna would be amazing!!

The gym is great. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. Hector always greets the customers when they walk in. He is always making sure the wipes are stocked to wipe down the equipment. If the desk is busy he is great about communicating with the customers to help them understand he sees them and sometimes he’ll even hop to the other computer to help move things along. Some other great staff interactions have occurred with Luis and Damon as well. I appreciate the friendliness as an extra bonus to doing my workout. It makes me feel more inclined to return because I feel welcomed and I know I can get the best results by coming back to Havendales Just Move.

Front desk has amazing people have started my weight loss journey a year ago. They encourage me to come back every day so do the trainers. The kid clubs Girls are amazing with my children. Definitely would 100% recommend.
