I’ve been coming to Just Move for a while now, and I have to say it’s easily one of the best gyms in the area. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a great variety of machines, free weights, and classes for every type of workout. The atmosphere is motivating without ever feeling intimidating, and it’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
What really stands out though is the team and especially Lucas. He goes above and beyond every time I see him. Whether it’s answering questions, making sure members feel comfortable, or just greeting people with genuine energy, he makes a huge difference in the overall experience. You can tell he really cares about the members and enjoys what he does. Honestly, Lucas is one of the reasons this location feels so welcoming and professional.

This is a gem of a gym. It's a wonderful place to work out. I enjoy coming here every time. The machines are well kept. The bathrooms are clean. The employees are nice. Like to compliment Manger Nolan on assistance with A/C issue. Had approximately 40 members working out during zumba and Yoga. It was 80 degrees in the room. Been going to Just Moves in Winter Haven now for a few months and it has been a very good experience. They have a massive amount of equipment; great free weight area, large selection of machine weights, and cardio equipment galore with many separate rooms for stretching and classes as well. Was set to join planet fitness but a family member told us to go check out just moves fitness in winter haven.
My wife and I went and was welcomed by the excellent staff!
We joined and would not think about going anywhere else.

I love this gym! Just Move is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a member of. They have so much space and so much different equipment. I am a big fan of calisthenics and full body movement, so I get a ton of use out of their TRX area and the AstroTurf area as well. Love the Just Move. They keep upgrading and making their gyms better. I am able to go to the gym and workout with my son and get me on the right healthy lifestyle. Was staying in Sebring, FL visiting family for the 4th of July and looking for a gym with a variety of equipment and early hours. Called in and Just Move wasn’t only open 24 hours, they also allowed drop ins for $15 a day. They have a bunch of facilities to use, and a very good variety of equipment including: Hoist, Naitilus, Hammar strength, Life Fitness, Rigs, Barbells, Dumbbells, multiple jungle gyms, and more. This was perfect stop for a bodybuilder, or crosstraining athlete or someone brand new to the fitness industry. Plenty of cardio equipment, clean locker rooms with showers, clean gym floor, and great staff. Will be our goto gym when visiting family from out of state. Thank you for having us!
