This is what community is. I’ve been to both the meditation and the Yoga classes. I have a knee injury and both instructors are always supportive with modifiers that allow me to execute poses effectively and safely. If you hear about their story and the impact they have on the community it shows you that this is more than a business but a passion for them.
The studio is beautiful and so relaxing. There are yoga mats to use if you don’t have one and they also have a shop in the back where you can purchase one to have for yourself. Both instructors I’ve worked with are knowledgeable and always willing to give insight into the way a pose helps improve health and mobility. Overall, such a great and meaningful experience and I look forward to continue attending classes.

This is my favorite yoga studio. The vibes are welcoming from the minute you open the door. The instructors and the space are outstanding. The instructors welcome all skill levels from those that attend yoga classes regularly to the newbie. I brought my mom who has never set foot in any yoga class and she was immediately comfortable. The instructors offered her adjustments to the poses based on her skill level. They also offered options to higher skill levels. I can’t say enough wonderful words about this studio. I suggest it all my friends

I really enjoy attending Vanni’s yoga classes. Her guidance has been invaluable both spiritually and physically. She creates a welcoming environment where I feel supported in my practice. Her teaching have helped me deepen my understanding of yoga and its benefits. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking to enhance their yoga journey!

I am disabled, and I’ve been using this yoga center for over a year. I am blessed to have them in my life. The owner dropped everything to help me. I could hardly even stand without a cane when I first came , now I’m doing beginners yoga with the best of them, she has made my disease stop from becoming worse . She is a lifesaver.

Great classes with excellent learning experience! Traditional yoga studio with all aspects of Yoga being covered including opportunities for practicing Karma Yoga. Plenty of educational material and resources available here. The knowledge and experience gained is well beyond anything I could have imagined. The instructions and practices give you great peace and joy which allow you to continue your work in the world. I look forward to every class.
