My daughter began gymnastics here at age 5 and had a wonderful experience. She continues with her love of gymnastics and I believe her time at Keep Flippin' was instrumental in the tenacity she continues to exhibit.

Amazing gym! This gym is inclusive to all kids and the coaches work very hard to make sure the students are gaining skills. We have tried numerous gyms and this one is hard to beat. Daryl Sue has created such a welcoming environment for all children throughout the years.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Dare was the worst when it came to having a civil conversation. All of the good coaches left and is now run by a bunch of kids who don’t even care about your kids progression. Horrible environment!

The owner is extremely rude to all the clients as well as the coach’s. I will never be coming here again they don’t advance your kid, most likely because if you watch the coaches on the camera in the lobby they are just talking. And going to the bathroom in the back you could overhear coaches talking about kids behind their backs. Sheridan was sweet, but otherwise the staff there was completely unprofessional.

I see these previous posts about interactions with the owner. I too have had a few myself. My son has attended classes and summer camps for years. In that time, I have been insulted several times by the owner. I have taken it because my son is my first priority. He was told he could not join the show team because he was late for summer camp and I was unreliable. I am free to drop off and pick up my son anytime I want for a summer camp. He is not required to be there from a start to an end time. My son suffered a tremendous loss in his life a few months ago, and I asked to male changes in summer camp schedule. We sign up in February so obviously, we cannot predict the future. Even in emergency situations, they do not work with you. The owner told me she cannot change the days because of an insurance issue, which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever Heard. I have changed days in the past and it was perfectly fine. The owner has told me other parents and other children have talked about my son and I. When I asked for an explanation, she says I'm not gonna tell you so what is the point of bringing it up to me. If you own a business you would think you would be kinder and more understanding of the children attending classes, and the parents who are paying. After paying for classes all year around now they want to charge parents to come see an end of the year show which is not even a show. It's in the gym during class time for $25 . Then when you don't want to attend, they get upset. We've paid you all year. We don't need to pay an additional $25 for our children to show us what they learned. The owner seems like she enjoys picking fights with parents. I've seen multiple reviews. It's just sad because it should be a place where children have fun. After I wrote this the owner responds that she can't switch to weeks that are full! I didn't ask for weeks that were full. She states that her insurance won't allow for switching or changing of days or they aren't allowed back to the gym ever again. The STUPIDEST thing I've ever heard. Its not even believable for one moment. Insurance companies don't have time to check each child and their schedules. The entire situation really makes me wonder about the mental health of the woman watching our children. Making up lies, physically going after another parent in a previous review by another parent! Be careful who you trust your kids with

Our daughter was enrolled for around 5 years as of this review. She worked her way through the ranks and was eventually invited to join the show team. She was overwhelmed with joy, she belonged to something big. She never missed a day & would show up early. The team at Keep Flipping was a core part of her. She incorporated the show team into every part of her life. She would meet with the team outside of gymnastics for play dates and sleepovers. She truly felt like part of the family. As parents, we valued this relationship very highly. It's a small gym and it helps to have handy men involved, I would have done anything to help out.
We had an incident last week where our daughter expressed frustration with a trainer. She was crying in the bathroom, teammates saw this and attempted to help but she really just wanted to go home. She had no intention of leaving the team. It was a sad scene. Shes ten and working on some emotions. She apologized that night to no avail.
The following day we received a VILE message from the owner. There was clearly some misunderstanding. We were willing to do whatever it took to fix the situation. The owner wouldn't even take our call. She then proceeded to publicly bash our daughter to the team and kicked her off. Our daughter learned her fate only when the team called her.
After further investigation, reading all the texts from the team, we learned that our daughter was being picked on & most of the team saw it. Her emotional outburst was warranted.
This whole situation could have been resolved had the owner been a little more patient. She hastily ripped one of the most beloved aspects of her life away. Our house is filled with expensive Keep Flippin swag, we hear the show songs, we still have to drive by the place. Each of these crush her again and again. This has been the most traumatic incident of her life. It could have been prevented had the owner dropped her EGO and had a little compassion. Daryl, you should be ashamed of what you did. And you should stop referring to this team as "family"

My toddler has been going to Keep Flippin for some time now and she absolutely loves it. The coaches are warm and attentive. She can’t wait to give them the biggest hugs each week. After going to another local gym prior, I can confidentially say they do a great job maintaining order between the classes where all the kids are safe and supervised, while also keeping it spotless. We loved the end of year showcase giving all students a time to shine. My daughter was so proud of herself!

I stopped to offer a FREE service, and the lady at the reception was SUPER RUDE. I have a daughter, and I live nearby; I could have been a customer bringing my daughter for gymnastics classes. But after this treatment, I will never set foot in this place again! Learn to have more empathy!

The Perfect Place for Gymnastics Training at Any Age.

We started Keep Flippin' in Jupiter for the summer of 2022. Honestly, It was the best decision. Scarlett had no training of any kind. She loved it from the first day and has made so much progress there. She has even asked for her birthday party to be there.

Easy instruction brought so much progress. The teachers are wonderful-kind, very hands on and one thing I noticed. No Mean Girls. They are just not tolerated. What a relief! It is such a relaxed group of hard workers having fun. All of the students (I saw every age group) were in harmony with each other and the instructors.

There is a traveling group from there (which I have not seen) that competes at a semi professional level. It is safe, clean and definitely properly supervised.

I recommend it highly.

I love this place! The kids are always so looking forward to their gymnastics class. They have smaller classes which means more attention to the kids and they get to do more stuff! The owner and staff are awesome, very sweet and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful gym that provides an alternative to competitive gymnastics. My daughter went here for years, was on team, and loved it. Competitive gymnastics had become too much of a time commitment and it was so nice to transition to Keep Flippin. Daryl Sue and her team of coaches are like family to us. They truly care for the kids and work hard to make it fun for the kids while building their skills. I highly recommend!!

My 5 year old daughter visited Keep Flippin Gymnastics and the team at Keep Flippin were very patient and positive with teaching her even though she was extremely nervous and shy. By the end of her first session she LOVED it and can't wait to go back for more sessions to overcome her fears and learn new skills! They were many kids at a Open Gym session we attended and I loved seeing how organized it was. The kids all had smiles while showing off their skills!

Our family has had a great experience with Keep Flippin overall several years. With caring staff and knowledgeable coaches that help you develop new skills. The facility is very clean and they have variety of equipment for your children to use. They offer several classes during the week that can easily fit in your busy schedule. The show team puts on amazing local performances throughout the year. Great fun for the whole family. I would definitely recommend Keep Flippin Gymnastics.

This is the best gymnastics studio I've ever been to. And certainly the cleanest by far. The instruction is professional. The teachers are all so pleasant. They come to the lobby after each class to tell you how your child did in class that day. Most importantly, my children live going here! The owner Daryl is a lovely woman and I would recommend her studio to anyone.

BEWARE!! During a calm and civil discussion about our child, the owner Daryl suddenly turned violent and was close to actually committing assault. She then left the conversation but later started sending threatening and insulting emails. I do not feel that kids are safe at this β€œestablishment”.

My nieces go here and they love the classes but the recital was absolutely ridiculous. It was not very organized but the worst part is that you are not allowed to take pictures or video of you child during the performance, even if you are not using flash photography. I was trying to take a few pictures of my nieces so they could see how great they were doing but got called out of my seat to they hallway and told I would be removed from the whole show if they saw my phone out again. I personally think for a child's dance recital that was way overkill. So if you are just sending your child for the classes it's great but unless you want to pay $40 for a video that you will barely be able to see your child in, skip the recital.

Fairly poorly organized practices and especially shows. A lot of downtime spent waiting in lines for children and low intensity training. Would suit most for unconditioned children for recreational gymnastics only.
Billing steady through national holidays, school breaks with no make up classes.
Will not recommend to a friend.
