Built on a unique farm-style training ground, it blends nature, science, and strength to deliver powerful results. Using advanced tools like Landmine University systems, Weck Method RMT ropes, sleds, and strongman equipment, we help clients build real-world strength, mobility, and resilience. Through personalized coaching, athletic development, and dynamic group programs, we empower people to move better, feel stronger, and live kinetically.

Dan is an amazing trainer. Lucky that I had the opportunity to be trained by him. I trained with him for a short period of time but I must say I learned a lot from him. When I first came to see him I was experiencing lower back pain and he was able to guide me and teach me what exercises and movements I should and I should not do. He is patient and very professional. I highly recommend Dan Palacios.

Dan is one of the most amazing trainers I've had the pleasure of working with. My background is primarily bodybuilding and weight training, but I've been wanting to move into tactical training. From the first training session, I knew he had done his research and was very knowledgeable about body mechanics, movement, and tactical training. It was clear he knew how to help me push towards my goals and prevent me from injurying myself. Dan is very knowledgeable in fitness and has a well rounded approach to overall health. He pays attention to balance and movement so your body moves the right way instead of just working you out for an hour. He knows that proper movement is best for longevity and will see what your body needs for that session whether intense workout or more stretch and stability.

We started off with great warm up exercises for our specific type of training. Dan is very knowledgeable when comes to training properly. His workouts are designed to enhance performance, especially in specific areas such as law enforcement training. He’s a funny guy, so there’s nothing like a good mixture of laugher and pain! Dan trains my husband, who is battling hemiparesis due to brain injury from being struck by a car. After extensive formal rehab sessions, he graduated to having a personal trainer. His progress with Dan in the last eight months has been inspiring. Dan’s knowledge of anatomy and kinetics is extensive, but most important is his human touch. He knows just how to reach you, respect where you are in your process and gently push you further than you could believe.
