There are leaks in the roof, the equipment has not been properly maintained, and the place is filthy. The coaches are also unprofessional, focusing on established members over new ones.

I highly recommend this boxing gym , the coaches treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door! & I first join the gym around 170lb & went down all the way to 129lb the best gym around for weight loss/self defense/ weight lifting & much more! Well what can I say goal accomplished !!!!!! β¦.. all the trainers in this gym really knows what they are doing result are result from one on one to meal plans ,self defense ,muscle gains,weight loss even adviceβ¦but the boxing is just unreal must try it out !!!!!!!
