Chris and I started this incredible journey over 10 years ago. I have been a fireman for close to 20 years, am on a speciality team, and a lifetime ago, I was in the military, yet Chris has kept me challenged, humble and has helped me become a functional athlete week after week, year after year. He has welcomed and encouraged me to bring my 3 year old to workouts when I’ve had childcare issues, and incorporates my toddler into the workouts!! No matter how much I complain, cuss him, threaten him with violence, or yell inappropriate things, he never lets me quit and reminds me that I am more than capable.

Kris is an incredible trainer for high school athletes! He focuses on the total package-strength, speed and agility. My oldest son began working with Kris over 7 years ago and Kris is the first person he texts when he is home from college, he loves training with him that much! My youngest started training with Kris last year and looks forward to every workout. I can't say enough about Kris. I have been with him 10 years. I was able to reach my original weight loss goals within the first year and could have continued maintenance on my own but his constant support and the motivation I get from his sessions is why I am still a client today.

His enthusiasm for fitness, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle are endless. It is clear he loves what he does. The dedication and commitment he provides to all of his clients in helping them achieve their short terms goals or a lifestyle change is unmatched. It doesn’t matter if you are new to exercise or an athlete. The training programs are tailored to you and challenge you physically and mentally, allowing you to reach beyond what you think you are capable of.

Kris has extensive knowledge in many areas of fitness and sport. Because of this I have expanded my fitness endeavors over the years which range from running, power lifting, boxing, weight training, becoming more flexible, even strengthening specific areas where I lack. As a long-time client I appreciate that he is aware of when your body is no longer responding well to a certain training or eating program and it is time to change it up. Most importantly he ensures safety and proper form.

I began training with Kris over 7 years ago (2017).  Although I was in shape in terms of cardio, as I was an avid long-distance runner and fairly healthy eater since childhood, I had minimal understanding of weight/strength training.  As a 33-year-old woman at the time with my 40’s era on the horizon, I had a new goal to work on being toned and strong yet still “feminine”.  Kris is incredibly patient, cognizant of my needs, attentive, encouraging, and kind but he is also direct and honest. What I love most is his attention to my form, especially as a former ballet dancer for several years, and his concern for me to learn how to be safe and effective in my training.  He is able to combine such an impressive wealth of knowledge and seriousness to his craft while incorporating his light-spirited fun, energetic, and positive personality. That combination is something you cannot teach- it is a gift and he has it.  To invest in someone like Kris as your trainer is to invest in YOUR LONG-TERM health and well-being.  This man lives, eats, trains, and breaths what he preaches and it would be investing in another team member of lifetime support for both your mental and physical wellbeing.  As a licensed psychologist, I couldn’t recommend anyone more and I’m so glad I made that investment in myself.
