We scheduled and paid for a private group class about a month in advanced and when we showed up it was not on the schedule and nothing was prepped. The employee who was there threw something together for us and I never heard from the woman I booked with even after reaching out through email.

I highly recommend Dee if you get a chance to join a class. It was the best yoga class I've ever attended. Her energy and voice is just so supportive and caring. Her class always uplifts me. She manages to create a high energy, invigorating practice yet calm. It's a beautiful thing I've never experienced before and I always leave there feeling this radiating, calm energy. Its beautiful.

Review: Dee Turney’s Hot Yoga Class

On Sunday, the 24th, my sister and I had the pleasure of joining Dee Turney’s hot yoga class, and I can confidently say it was the best hot yoga experience I’ve ever had. The session was an incredible blend of zen, spirituality, and the perfect intensity to work up a satisfying sweat.

Dee’s energy is absolutely radiant—she brings such warmth and positivity to the studio, creating an atmosphere that leaves everyone smiling, including me! The vibe was uplifting, the instruction was seamless, and the entire experience felt like a reset for both body and mind.

I will definitely be back to join Dee’s class again. A solid 10/10 ⭐️! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier hot yoga session.

My sister and I decided to go for an aerial yoga class while in town. I cannot speak highly enough for the service we got. We hit an accident and were running late. They waited for us to arrive and even had the class run late to support our situation! The instructor was amazing and supported everyone well and encouraged new timers!

The studio is very quaint in a homey kind of way. When you walk in you're already entering the studio. There is no separation between that & cubbies for personal belongings, etc.

If it's your first class here, make sure you leave enough to find the building. Google maps has a hard time directing you to the correct spot. Tip: go down the "one way" street between Magnolia St & S Riverside Dr. Not many parking spots directly infront of the studio, so maybe snag a spot on Canal St?

There is a second studio in Port Orange that is set up a little differently. Your membership / package gets you access to both / either studio. Definitely worth checking them out. Lots of class options.

I love Kula Yoga!!! I attend class at least 4x a week at the NSB studio, and every teacher is awesome! My absolute favorite is Amanda P. She is fast, tough, and amazing at leading our practice. She gives tons of modifications so that anyone of any age or level of experience can benefit from her classes. Her play lists are always awesome and she is motivational and encouraging. Check out a class...you won't be disappointed!!!

I cannot gush enough at Kula in New Symrna Beach! I have done Yoga all over the world and this is by far, one of my most favourite places. I did a week pass while vacationing and loved it so much I considered extending my trip so I could continue doing yoga here! Seriously! It has a great energy about it, including Jackie the studio owner who is super inspiring and has such a kick butt attitude. I took her Detox Yoga class and felt like a million dollars leaving (physically and mentally). Martha's class on Saturday is so inspiring and she has a special earth mother-ish way about teaching with both grace and humour. And, the Restorative Class on Tuesday was the best restorative yoga class I have ever done and I went deeper in thought than I ever have been that allowed for perfect mental clarity, the class was almost magical. The thing I love best about the classes, aside from the great music that allow for deeper poses and meaning (Bob Marley! Radiohead!) was the instructors and their inspirational talks during the class. I felt so uplifted hearing their positive messages about love and life which you feel is directed right at you, this really allowed the yoga practice at Kula to go beyond your typical Downward Dog and Warrior poses, it allowed a mental shift that meant leaving the class in a state of strength and ready to take on the world! This studio is such a gem, it is so much more than a yoga studio, it is the best place you can go for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self. LOVE IT!
