Really good la fitness. Very clean. Nice staff. I just wish the vending machine had more zero sugar diabetic friendly options that aren't citrus energy drinks. Monster zero or red bull zero would be nice or even different bang flavors. Also the tv channels on the cardio equipment are very limited and it would be nice if they had more options.

Eric LA Fitness Mission Bay Plaza told me if i become sick i will not owe them the agreed upon financial contract per trainingbagreenent, but when i became sick he refused to give me the contract, played games by not beimg availsble to mail contract and whem i came by he was not there. His behavior in my opinion constitues illegal emotional abuse to a consumer. Also financial embezzlement from someone over the age of 60. For these reasons my dealings with Eric appear fraudilent and the contract is in void. Eric would not even give me his email.

They will not allow you to cancel in anyway other than walking in and canceling with a manager!! so if you're in a situation where you cannot come in, you will be charged continuously until you can walk in and cancel!! I paid 109 for three months after canceling the First time. When they called, I had to cancel a second time and they charge me for all the months. I haven't been there because I don't have a receipt of cancellation. :( this is why you go someplace else EΕS π₯°

I went in to cancel my membership. I stood at the front desk for about 2-3 minutes.There was an irritated looking girl with long fake lashes sitting behind the desk but she payed me no mind so I moved closer to left end of the desk so she would notice me. She turned and looked and just nodded her head at me and raised her eyebrows but said nothing so I said Iβm here to see Angelica and she said OK but she was irritated when she said it, little did I know she was Angelica, I guess she expected me to know that. Her response to everything I said was one of irritation. Maybe she was just having a bad day, who knows, but def not a nice experience. Also, I signed up January 23rd, paid first, last, and like two weeks later I paid my annual fee. A week after that I started trying to cancel because come to find out I had no multi club access or guest privileges, which I could swear at signup I was told I did and right across the street at EoS I got unlimited everything for almost half the price. Anyhow Angelica was supposed to be there till 6 but on 3 different occasions I called between 4:30-5 to confirm she would be there and she was already gone for the day so I wasnβt able to cancel before they attempted to withdraw my next monthly payment. When she canceled me she lmk I owed and I told her I wasnβt paying it because I had already paid $300 in fees for less than a month of having a membership and I was unable to cancel on time. Her response was thatβs fine you donβt have to pay but you can except to keep getting harassed by phone calls until that payment is made. After I left the location I called corporate, they canceled my membership effective immediately and wiped out the pending charge. Terrible customer service. Glad I switched over to EoS.

My son comes sometimes to this location, and today I brought him here. As a courtesy, my son asked the woman at the host station is I could come and use the restroom. I am his mother. But this woman said that I couldn't use it. This is the first time I have to go and she did not let me. It is unreasonable and uncourteous not to allow me to use it.
This is the last time I come here and I am thinking of changing my son from this Gym.

Itβs a good gym, very clean, The only thing they should improve is to offer more yoga classes. In fact, they just removed a yoga class they offered on Thursdays at 5:45 pm. Now they only have Zumba at that time.

used to come here under my friendβs guest pass and i was a minor at the time so i had to come and have my parents sign for me. i was told how it worked was that once they signed i was in the system. however, everytime i would come with this same friend the people at the front desk said i was nowhere to be found in the system and that my parents would have to come and sign for me. the manager came to help and i told him about this situation to which he sarcastically responded βwhy donβt you buy your own membership?β. well why doesnβt your system work??? nonetheless, i took his advice and got a membership; across the street at EOS fitness where im paying a fraction of the price π₯π₯

Very disappointed when my credit card was defrauded, the powers that be canceled my membership that was on seasonal hold, rather than call or email me first. This resulted in them charging me a reinstatement fee. I don't understand why I wasn't contacted since they have all of my addresses, email and phone. A contact by them would have been a class thing to do, showing that they valued my business.

Better of the boca locations but not great. 3 of the stairmasters have been broken for months. LA fitness really never spends money to fix or upgrade their machines. Brand new gym next door will most likely take 75% of their members. Fix the stairmasters and upgrade the broken machines. Idk how LA stays in business across the country.

I don't know why I've waited this long to put up a review for this amazing place. This is my favorite gym to workout of my entire life! It is always clean, never had any issue. The area of the machines always working, and equipped with the hygiene supplies to keep everything clean, the sauna, the bathroom (always super clean), the staff always around keeping everything in their place! The people that work there, are awesome! Specially Henry with his welcoming smile and words of motivation everytime I open that front door. Even the cleaning lady Alberta, always with a beautiful smile for me. I feel like I am at home when I am there. Every time I go, I come out full of positive energy and with a smile. LA Fitness is great! One thing I really appreciate is that it is always clean! Especially the womenβs bathroom. Clean environment is always appreciated.
