Cleaning is not happening here. They pretend to do it, but it’s not happening. Look at any machine up close. Gum, weight dust, spit, food, etc. Enough is an enough. It gets worse daily.

Also, let’s not forget the people giving training. They spend their time on the phone while clients stand and wait for them to get off the phone to move on to the next thing. It’s hilarious coming here, but it’s close by so there you go. The roof tiles have tons of leaking water spots, nothing in the pool area is being taken care of, mold everywhere. I’m afraid to touch anything here to be honest. Don’t even get me started on the sauna. A health inspector needs to come out and take a look at this place asap.

It’s clear they don’t have solid management here seeing what’s happening day in or day out. If they do, it’s obvious they don’t care about people’s health and well being.

Imagine how bad the areas unseen are if the areas this public are as nasty as they are.

Lastly let’s mention all the facilities they “offer” but yet have no staff available, so they are closed. Like the kids area, cycling classes, pool classes constantly cancelled.

I’m assuming this place is due for a shut down soon?

My favorite is scrolling through the other reviews. LA fitness only responds to good reviews. 😂

Today, Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, I arrived at 6:00 AM and the gym was still closed, even though the regular posted hours are 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM. It was already 6:20 AM and no staff had shown up to open the doors.

Several other members were also waiting outside, and some mentioned this is not the first time this has happened. This is unacceptable for a facility that charges monthly fees and promotes itself as being reliable.

Please hire responsible staff who can follow the scheduled opening times. Members should be able to trust that the gym will open when it’s supposed to.

It is incredibly annoying to be subjected to the garbage propaganda from FOX "news" being spewed nonstop on the television by the lat pull down machine. Change the channel or turn off the sound. Either way get rid of Faux News and stop making workouts cringy.

Absolute garbage. The sauna has been broken for weeks as always and now it’s closed for good cause they can’t fix it? This gym has turned in to absolute trash in the last 3 years I’ve gone here. Fix and upgrade nothing. I only go to this gym for the sauna. So now it’s closed for good. I have no reason to go anymore

Only got a membership here for the pool. But now after seeing how gross the pool, hot tub full of mold, gym equipment full of dust and hair and nails. It’s apparent they just do the surface clean and not the deep clean. For a gym that supposed to be health first it’s not there at all. Seriously thinking of going to cheaper gym that’s cleaner. This place needs a true manager in place ASAP. Also last but not least the roof is leaking and full of mold on the ceiling serious health risk for breathing. After leaving this review I’m actually canceling the membership and going else where. It NOT worth $50 a month at all.

Very nice gym by La Fitness standards. It is very well maintained. The staff is amazing. Very polite and accomofating. Ajay have a smile when they see you.
But i must say, i was really taken back by the fact that they have women cleaning the men's lockerroom. I was very uncomfodtable with a woman being in the lockerroom while I am changing. Although they put a sign to let you know, i can't schedule my use of the locker room when it is being cleaned by women. Very inconvenient and very uncomfortable. What would they think about men cleaning the womans lockerroom? I doubt very much that would happen. I find this to be very offensive and disrespectful and somewhat sexist to men. They should rethink that policy.

Worst-dirty gym I have seen. No one cleans it. Chose it only because it has a pool unlike other gyms near, got a UTI. Fine, I will just use the gym part- the walking machines are never wiped, people spill there shakes or wtvr and it has sat there for the month that I used this gym. Changing rooms- mold. Bathrooms- mold. Sauna? Omg did some one take a dump there guys? And this is the womens one. Lockers inside dirty. Everything dirty, no maintenance, rust on top of dirt. Health hazard.

I have a national pass for LA Fitness. This facility is like most of the La Fitness’s. It could use an update. Overall average gym, the sauna doesn’t have a working light, and wasn’t super clean but useable. I enjoyed how wide open this one was. Overall good experience, these gyms could always be cleaner. This location wasn’t too crowded either so that was a plus.

I say this as passionately as possible. The sauna at this facility is a concern. The disgusting smell. Not only does it not work (low temperature) but it is likely infested with mold or other issues. Its absolutely horrible. I took the picture here and it smelled as if sewage had built up inside at 150 degrees. LA Fitness should send management out for a full audit of this facility. I'd imagine there's more to uncover.

Update 10/2/2024: the pool is a biohazard. The pictures I took yesterday morning. They show the black and green mold and mildew, as long as the murky water and the mold stains on the bottom of the middle lane. I have raised the gross conditions with many GM's during my four years of membership.

Shout out to Willie, the lead janitor, who has implemented a noticeably new effort to making the club look, well, like a proper club for the first time a long time. The weights are put back, the floors and surfaces in the club and the bathrooms are clean, the paper products are never out anymore, he and his crew are always visible doing their work and also interacting with members in encouraging ways, Willie says hi and remembers our names, and he's also stuck around through like three GM's. I think only two of the personal trainers have been around as long as he has. I've noticed a needed change in the gym's physical appearance. I hope his bosses have too. For context, I've been a member for just under four years and work out in the early morning and use weights, cardio, and the pool.

Love this place! So friendly and welcoming. One of my biggest anxieties and fears is going to a gym that a lot of people are at but this place really set itself apart from the rest. Karyn the manager that was there when I came was so friendly and kind and encouraging and I just felt so comfortable and even more motivated to come back on a consistent basis! Excited to see myself grow because of how encouraging and caring the staff, especially the manager is. I never expect to have contact with managers at gyms but she clearly cares about her job and it shows that she loves being there and loves conversing with the gym’s clients. 10/10 recommend!

This location as soo many issues that needs to be fixed. The biggest is opening on time, definitely on the weekends. I have showed up just after 8am a couple times now and there have been multiple people waiting outside the doors for it to be opened. This last time the lady that works there didn't even know how to unlock the doors for everyone to get in. I ended up waiting 30mins then leaving like most people. Still not sure when they got the doors unlocked. The next one would be weights all over the place. I get that people working out are responsible to put the weights away that they use. But when you have employees standing around doing nothing that's something easy they could accomplish to keep the places together. There are more things I could name off. Unfortunately, this place has yet to get better after all the years it's been open.
