Not sure who the arrogant skinny guy with dark hair and bulging eyes at the front desk was, but he definitely needs serious training in customer service and professional conduct. His sarcastic laugh and rude attitude were unacceptable. I was planning to purchase a membership, but after that interaction—absolutely not. When I started in March I paid for a year membership and 9 months of a personal trainer, what a great journey. Lexi took me from over weight to 25lbs lighter and definitely more stronger and toned. The gym and the staff are great. My personal trainer, Fernando, has helped me transforming no just my body building muscle and shaping it, but most important, drastically improving my health. Love this place. I take group classes 3-4 days a week. All the instructors are amazing. Justin is so much fun with Zumba and body works, and Eddie's yoga is absolutely amazing. So much personality makes the classes zoom by and so effective. They are unique in so many ways. Different than most classes I have taken elsewhere. I always look forward to going to my classes. La fitness turned out to be quite a good surprise..

Was aggressively sales pitched. Young dark haired manager was rude. Very assertive, he made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. He was also at the other newer Alico location with the same nasty attitude. Really hoped to find a good gym but LA fitness and Esporta’s reviews make it clear, I have to keep looking. Not a clean or comfortable gym. Sales tactics should never be forceful.

Y aquí le muestro el trabajo que se basa para hacer ejercicio en un gym como este llevo tres años en este gimnasio y nunca en mi vida he visto cosas igual ni en este ni en ninguno de la zona hoy por hoy estoy cancelando mi membresía porque es imposible tú hacer un ejercicio entregar la mancuerna en el lobby porque si no te las está robando no entiendo no entiendo cómo en un Gym no existe las medidas de seguridad para que todas las herramientas de hacer ejercicio estén donde tengan que estar y no estén en este lugar además de esto tienes que darle un ID un audífono un celular cualquier cosa personal en qué contrato está escrito eso porque yo tengo que hacer algo que nadie me dijo cuando yo entré aquí esto es una falta de respeto a todas las personas todo el mundo se está quejando nadie se siente contento con las nuevas medidas tomadas por este gimnasio porque supuestamente las personas se estaban robando Con lo que se hace ejercicio pero nada de eso tiene por qué perjudicar a los otros Customer otros Customer tenemos un contrato que pagamos todos los meses para que cuando nosotros vengamos a este Gym no tengamos que pasar ninguno de estos trabajos que estamos pasando es increíble como un LA Fitness en Cape Coral en el medio del Prado esté con tan mala regulaciones y tan malas medidas tomadas es increíble este gym no se lo RECOMIENDO A NADIE

The bullying and intimidation factors to try to make you purchase things like training is way to much. Not everyone is there to be a fitness model and just trying to better themselves on a budget and busy life. So for that reason we left this gym and went to crunch.

Joined four months ago. It’s a bit pricy for gym memberships. Has many amenities like racquetball, a basketball gym, pool, spa, cycling classes, yoga and the regular workout equipment. Depending when you go it can get very crowded and you end up waiting for machines. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking.

Update.
For the past month I have been going to this gym and the air conditioning has been warm. Not to mention most of the equipment requiring accessories like v bars and ropes are missing. I asked the manager about it and he told me it was due to thefts. So the policy now is I have to provide my identification in order to obtain a an accessory for the machines. I told him this was not acceptable. This same day I called corporate to complain. They said they would bring it up at the next board meeting. This doesn’t help the clients I reminded her. One month later the same policy is in place. I just cancelled my membership. This is not the way a business should be run.

They canceled my membership due to me Changing my card when I came back to give them the new card. They tried to charge me the new set up fee, and on top of it raised my rate to nearly like 35 A month when I was paying 20.
This was super dirty move buy them.

Joined the other day, mainly because they have a lap pool. The staff was pleasant and very helpful with helping me set and attain my personal goals.

I’m looking forward to integrating more of the equipment and working with a personal trainer. Plenty of instructor led activities offered at different times on different days included in my membership.

I’m ready to start a new chapter in my life and found the perfect establishment to start.

I Was traveling for work TDY and printed out a guest pass. I had utilized one out of three days at another gym, nevertheless when I came to the esporta in Cape Coral they denied my entry. As an act of Duty military member and only using one day of pass... Dustin G. who was the director, blatenly said; that I must pay $20 and will not allow me to use the other days of my guest pass.

I reiterated I am active duty and only use one out of three days but he still denied entry.

Very disgraceful And it really shows what a this club is not active duty military friendly, Not honoring their three-day pass let alone Dustin continued to laugh and smile as he walked away and denied entry.

I would highly recommend not using this gym especially dealing with this director.

This Esporta/LA Fitness gym is pure raggedy to say the least. The equipment is outdated and makes squeaky noises. The gym doesn’t have 35 pound plates. There’s a basketball court inside but I couldn’t even play because all the basketballs were in terrible condition. They looked like carpet balls. I would choose another gym in Cape Coral before attending this one. The free 3 day pass isn’t worth it.

He took my phone at 7:10 and at 7:11 esporta google reviews was being searched on my phone he handed me back my phone with the suddenly working code at 7:13 and an hour later I get a notification esporta commented on a 5 star review I left.
