Even if the things are the same, even if you have new gear and equipment the feeling of self-satisfaction is there.

Sometimes restrooms are always dirty in the men's/women's when it comes to walls, toilet seats, curtains. Yeah, its a pain. I get it.

The pool is nice. The steam room and jacuzzi sometimes breakdown. But the sauna room is a plus. You get to spend 5 minutes up to 1 hour depending on the flow of conversation.

Yeah, they do have nice dance or exercise program classes in the dojo.

I recently started going back to this location because it was convenient! The front desk ignores the members. The roof leaks. Buckets scattered everywhere due to the roof leaks. The a/c is spotty due to the leaks! No a/c in the Men's locker room! They do have lots more equipment than in the past! This could be a great club if they replaced the roof and fixed the a/c and had friendlier staff! The Cypress Creek location the front desk staff always friendly and working a/c and no roof leaks. With competition across the street and also a block over they are losing out on opportunities!

Air conditioning never works, barely come here for that reason, but omg as soon you pass the reception you can feel that heavy and humid air in the weight room, been like that since May, they need to change the rooftop unit or if they can’t afford it at least install a 3 Ton daizuki mini split on the wall $3k if I can afford it I’m sure a business also can

Cons:
- AC is set to too high of a temp
- There’s only one leg curl machine and there’s no lying leg curl machine only seated
- There are like 2 barbell clips in the whole gym
- It’s not very clean, especially behind squat racks there’s always a dead bug behind them
- A lot of stairmasters are broken and there are only 5
- Dumbbells are never in the right spot
- Lifting machines are somewhat old
- There’s no equipment for knee raises (the one that has back and arm support for doing ab exercises while hanging)
- There’s no 45° back hyperextension equipment

I joined this gym last year and paid a lot of money for membership, I loved going every day dispute the rusted equipment Max made itl forgettable. One day he was gone then the gym went down hill equipment broken for months with no time frame to be
fixed according to the person that answered the phone. Now I don’t go that regularly me and my crew. The Steam room broken at least if the sauna was overcrowded I could have hopped over to the steam room now when the sauna is overcrowded people stay longer than 15 minutes there’s no steam room to fill that gap so what’s the point? Yet payment is taken each month can’t wait until the membership is up.

Looks and feel like this place do not have AC you may as well skip the sauna. As soon as even the cleaning lady sweating and as soon as you walk through the door you can tell no AC. Oh yea will not be renewing this membership.

Pros: Staff is very friendly and about 70% of the weight lifting equipment is newer. Cons: The other 30% is old and rusty. A portion of the weight lifting area has had no AC for over month. All of the elliptical machines are rusty. There are 5 stair master machines and 1-2 are always not working. Numerous ceiling leaks throughout the gym when it’s raining. For $30 a month I don’t feel I’m getting what I pay for. Lots of other nicer and newer gyms in the for the same price or less.

Very Disappointed, every time I come to this place to workout the steam room is never working and the spa is closed. The place three weeks they haven’t been open and they don’t even have a sign on the front door letting people know, but 3 weeks is to long not to be working, I come here because it’s close to my house and I would have to go 20 miles to the next location that has what I want. They need to take better care of this place and try to keep all of the areas available so everyone can use them.

The gym is great for the equipment and amenities. The staff are super friendly but my only issue is the weights area is so freaking hot. The other areas are cool to say but the weights are just needs some love and proper ventilating. The fans are a big help but we need better AC. I would give this a 5 star but the sweat hit the 3 stars 😂

It feels like an old school gym - which I like. Unfortunately it is, for lack of better working, a mess.
Water bottles and paper towels left strewn on the floors and equipment
I accept leaving the weights on the bar when done but they are frequently left on the floor (in the walkways)
On the average 30% of the dumbbells are not on the rack only to be found scattered throughout the gym. Those that are on the rack are not in their correct places. Therefore to use a dumbbell you have to scour the rack and gym for a matching pair
I understand when there is only one staff member on duty they need to stay near the front door. Yet it is not uncommon to find two members at the door, both on their cellphones, with the gym in utter chaos.
I believe if members saw staff cleaning up and organizing the equipment, or even better addressing when someone doesn’t, the issue would correct itself.

Been with LA for over 20 years and my son came into town on military leave, and wanted to work out so I gave him my card. They informed me that he couldn't workout with my card and it would be 20$ for the day. I get it!! Policies. They couldn't extend me a courtesy and allowed him a one day free pass? But they told him he would have to pay. This lack of grace for one day is all i needed to end this partnership. Thank you Planet Fitness for welcoming me with open arms.

There are two saunas, and you would think one is for women and one for men. But they’re both for whoever gets there first I guess. I constantly check to see if one is free or at least being used by another woman so I can use it. But both are always occupied by men which is unfair because then women can never feel comfortable using it. In every other LA fitness the saunas are separated by gender which is the rational thing to do but I don’t know why in this location they don’t apply the same rule

I’ve be their customer forever and I already had some issues with missing informations about pricing specially during pandemic, but this time was the last. I added someone in my plan and the seller told me that the full price would be $35 dollars for the whole plan and again I had a beautiful surprise. They charged me $101 dólars, the plan was like a new individual plan, and he didn’t mentioned any cancelation procedure, I was keeping trying to contact them but I had to miss a day in my work to go business hours to know that they won’t give my money back. I was for LA FITNESS forever and I didn’t leave the gym like a lot of people is doing. I feel disrespected and my money was stoled! VERY BAD. NO MORE LA FITNESS FOR ME. 👎🏼

After staff reassured me they had my lost item in their possession. Asking for my name and the proper spelling multiple times to label and ensure I would received them the following day. When I returned to pick them up the next day they were no longer there. The employee then retracted his statement of “Labeling it.” If it was in employee possession that night and gone the next morning. I can only assume the staff is stealing from their Members. I reported a disruptive man that does bad use of the eliptical machines every morning around 7:00am. He slams the machines and is super loud. You can hear him slamming the machine in the entire cardio area. For weeks, I emailed back and forth with LaFitness and reported this to the gym and they did Nothing about it. All machines are all old and in bad shape. The whole experience is horrible every morning and they did nothing to stop this guy and make sure that people do proper use of the gym everyday. Please Avoid this gym at all cost. Consider better going to EOS or Crunch.

I do pest control so one day I was working out at this location I told the guy cleaning up they have a dead rat somewhere in the ac because you can smell it but because he don't understand English he didn't understand anything I was saying. The manager at this location is very rude, I've been a member with LA fitness for more than 2 years and when i wanted to cancel it, i felt like I'm begging them money. I called, and they said i have to come and cancel with the manager in person. When i went in person to cancel it today at 8:30am, the guy there told me you need come back at 9am because the manager is not here yet, so i came back at 9:10am, and it turned out that the guy that told me to come at 9am is the manager, and he canceled it. When i asked if he is the manager, he said no, but i just don't want you to wait, so why didn't you do it the first time i came? Horrible customer service.

I happened to be visiting in Coral Springs and thought I would see if I could use the club for just a day. I went online and immediately receiuved a free guest pass but I figured I would have to get the tour. However, i received a follow-up call from the club manager, Max Helman, and when I explained my situation he set me up to just come in and work out, no hassles whatsoever. I got to work-out at this really well-equipped club, played some racquetteball and had a very enjoyable afternoon. If I decide to move in the area here I will definitely join this club and I am very appreciative to Max for making this very a enjoyable, easy experience.

Sadly this place is totally disappointing, had too switch to this location since Parkland closed its doors in Jan 2024, equipment is rusted (a lot of equipment), narrowed spacing between classes, cardio, training section etc...bathrooms always stink, again crowded layout, people not always pleasant or available at front desk, it's too crunched, pool area stinks of chemicals. Horrible experience. I signed up and the people at the counter went back and forth about who would give me a tour (in front of my face.) they only have 2 squat racks, the place looks, smells and feels old and run down. And all of the free weights are in disarray- out of order. Looks like management/ownership is just there to do a job. From beginning to end, unprofessional and messy. Would not recommend.

I’m an Atlanta native visiting family in Coral Springs, Florida, and I must say I’m thoroughly impressed with LA Fitness here. The facility boasts a well-equipped HIT section, a variety of cardio equipment, free weights, benches, and machines. The layout is prestigious, and the overall cleanliness deserves an 8.9 out of 10. While I’d like to see more attention to cleaning the sauna and floors in the bathrooms, the janitors are doing a commendable job wiping down all equipment. My overall experience is a solid 9.0 out of 10, and I highly recommend it!

I like the locker room, and the shower has a lot of space. However, can you buy shower heads and manage the water pressure better. Like what the heck.

The machines are old and rusted. Some of the paints on the wall are bubbling, and I pray we are not getting sick being in there. The place needs a new paint job. Like deco, design and details mean a lot!! Please make the necessary changes at least to the bubbling paint and have the stream room always working. Also, hire younger staff that can manage keeping the place clean! Please take care of the problem areas ASAP. PLEASE

I just wanted to leave a quick comment about the a few instructors bc we shouldnt leave reviews only when they are bad. About classes Zumbas best is Elgin and Noelle.. But mannnn Elgin and Noelle will have u burning calories. They are full of great energy just love it! It is not ur regular zumba class. .ust attend to understand. I hope that they are well compensated bc when it comes to classes they make this location. The rest of the place is pretty well maintained. Can't complain. Women's restroom usually always clean. I just canceled my membership because this place is falling apart. The SPA area needs a deep cleaning with a high-pressure hose. Old equipment and poor customer service. The hygiene conditions in the bathrooms and spa area are extremely poor.

Единственное хотелось попросить руководство запретить видео съёмки, если это возможно по закону на групповых занятиях. Я знаю несколько женщин которые перестали посещать групповые занятия из-за видео съёмок некоторых участников
Я сама несколько раз уходила прям во время занятий из-за съёмок, не хочется быть звездой социальных сетей.
Я знаю несколько женщин с мусульманских стран которые тоже из-за этого не могут посетить групповые классы
Пожалуйста подумайте что можно сделать, чтобы спокойно заниматься не оглядываясь, что тебя снимают на камеру

Make this make sense.
As an existing member with access to one(1) club, in order to upgrade to a membership to access clubs nationwide, you have to pay another initiation fee. Why? Just raise my monthly payment. Why do i have to pay another initiation fee? This is a bogus policy to LA Fitness.

Been going to this gym for almost two years now. It’s a great gym, and there is always issues that can arise like gym equipment being broken, the sauna, steam room, or the jacuzzi being broken down temporarily, but regardless of those minor things this gym is great.

WHY did la fitness remove the paper towels? It's sooooooooo inconvenient, and it's dirty people sweat. PUT the papers back on the wall so we can wipe our faces and clean the machines 😏

I came home after 6yrs and I can honestly say I'm Not Impressed At All! There's Not many sets of weights. People put there things down on machines their not even using. I went in 5:30am and still not People friendly. Will not return.

Excelente, full completo, con gran variedad de máquinas para entrenas y muchas disciplinas relacionadas al fitness, además cuenta con cancha deportiva y piscina... en total resumen un lugar muy bueno y exclusivo, te lo recomiendo que no te arrepentirás.

This is the smallest LA fitness I've been too. I went in this morning to hit the weights and the options were very limited. It was way too crowded for me to spend more than 10 min inside. As if this gym isn't small enough, there is a private fitness area jammed right in the middle of the gym, which in my opinion is ridiculous for such a small gym and took up what little space they do have.
