A manager was in the spin class and did nothing to address the issue stating.” I am off the clock, and not working today.” The staff who was working came to the class but said they were not allowed to do anything because the manager was in the class.

While I am at it here is an honest review of this facility.

On this Saturday 11/29/1015 @0915 the lockers were especially dirty with hair and dirt inside, also smashed bugs (2) on the benches in the locker room. Be sure to bring shower shoes as I would not walk on the filthy floor. Toilets were dirty with paper on the floor and a mess in the bowls.

I love to go to Jorge Cordova’s 8pm Zumba class. I always have the best time! The music, the vibes, and the energy is always amazing!! I committed, for my health, to come at least 3xs a week, and there is nothing like starting my week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8pm with Jorge. Estoy en el programa Hit con Paulina mi trainer y es espectacular, súper profesional, tiene mucha paciencia y se preocupa en que personas como yo aprendan a hacer bien los ejercicios… es lo que anhelaba alguien que me guíe bien para no lastimarme al hacer los ejercicios. What a horrible experience. Please do not go to this LA Fitness. Their manager Marcela treated my mom and I horribly when I tried to use the free pass which didn't apply to me because I was a member before, which is FINE. The issue is not the policies, is the horrible way she spoke to us and treated us. She didn't let me speak, basically called my mom a liar, and also her co-worker said "I don't have to let you in only because you're here." Yiiiiikes. Guys, please go to EOS instead, you pay the same $30 and can have an extra person come with you, they have a movie theater with cardio machines and also a whole BBL room. More than anything, they have an AMAZING staff. Can't say the same about this LA Fitness, the complete opposite here. It's been a long time since I received this bad of a customer service genuinely. I mean honestly at the end is was just funny to me. I don't really care, I go to EOS, I just wanted to come with her one day so she didn't go alone. But they don't know this. What if I ended up liking it more? If I had a good experience, what do they know? They gambled all of that because according to them "I had no business with them" since I wasn't planning to start a membership. I'm sure LA Fitness does not instruct them to say this, this is on them. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I couldn't pass this one honestly. Do not come here, is not worth the headache.

I could like this gym more if cleanliness and hygiene were promoted. I have yet to see more than one or two people place a towel on their seat and wipe down. This place has maybe 2 stations with tiny wipes. When 3 young men took over the machine I still had my bag and phone at while I walked over to grab a wipe I confirmed that the members at this gym do not follow basic sanitation. The treadmills have a 30 minute cap. There are also no group fitness classes early in the morning. This is significantly close to my home but for these reasons I drive the extra 3 miles to a different gym.

It is sad to see how far La Fitness has fallen. These used to be nicer gyms.

I've been to this one a couple times now. Not once do I see anyone clean the equipment after themselves. Or ever re-rack their weights and when they do it is like people don't know how to read numbers anymore and just put them wherever. I almost feel like La needs to up their price and get better clientele in or up their standards.

They don't even deserve one star. I went to make a membership for my son and they said he was underaged when he was 13 and said if I make a la fitness membership I can leave and let my son stay as a guest. Then a month passed and they said I can't leave my son at la fitness and then go to work and I told them why and they said my son isn't under aged. So I asked for a refund and they said if it was within a month of me getting the membership I could have got a refund. When the whole month I left my son there with no problem now as soon as month passed they want to do this so right now I'm feeling like I was played.

The gym is simply spectacular, starting with the reception, with very well-prepared staff to answer all your questions and provide information. The gym is huge, beautiful, clean, and you simply won't be stuck to anyone else when doing this exercise. There's plenty of space for you to do your workout, rest, and repeat. It's definitely one of the most beautiful gyms I've ever been to. I highly recommend it.

I want to share my story since I started coming to Zumba class with Jorge. I was going through emotional struggle. My therapist suggested to me that I should start some sort of exercise that will help me to relieve some of the depression, anxiety, including my endocrinologist doctor. From that moment that I decided to come as much as possible, I started to feel much better. Even in the blood work shows improvement by coming to his class. My complaint it’s to the full management at the to with Manager Ray and the whole marketing!!!!!
They changed the information for cancellations, the stuff that answers the phone says one thing and management says another. I have been trying to cancel it but this back and forth and the lack of “answering” the phone during business hours it’s absurd!!!!! Nobody answers and when they do they give you the wrong I formation.
If you are doing the marketing events, forget about it, they don’t help to promote at all.

This gym offers a good variety of machines and equipment, and I particularly enjoy the enthusiastic spin classes. It's one of the more popular locations in the area, so it can get quite crowded during weekday peak times. There are several areas that need significant improvement. The whirlpool is frequently out of service or has non-functioning jets, which is disappointing. Consistently, you have to search for a shower stall with hot water; this is unacceptable. Additionally, leaky shower heads waste a considerable amount of water all day long; terrible for the environment and wasted money that could be applied to improving maintenance. During weekday evenings, it's almost guaranteed several towel dispensers will be empty and locker room trash bins will be overflowing and surrounded by trash on the floor. Hopefully, management addresses these easily corrected issues promptly to provide the level of service customers deserve.

EDIT: It's been a few weeks since my initial review and most of the noted issues seem to have been addressed so I'm bumping up my rating from three stars to four. Looking forward to bumping the review up to five stars in the near future if merited...

Pésima gestión de membresías. Desde el 2023 tengo una membresía que saqué en Los Ángeles por la cual pago $49.99. Recién me percaté que la membresía actual por ese mismo precio incluye un invitado, beneficio que no disfruto aunque pago lo mismo. Pedí actualizar la mía y la solución que me dieron fue pagar $20 extra cada mes, es decir, subirla a $69.99 o cancelar mi membresía anterior y sacar la actual como si fuera un cliente nuevo, pagando todos los cargos de iniciación y siguiendo con mi mensualidad actual de $49.99. Como cliente no me hace ningún sentido que la misma compañía ofrezca beneficios distintos a pesar de pagar lo mismo, tampoco hace sentido que me penalice por tener más tiempo siendo cliente cuando lo usual es lo contrario. Finalmente pedí cancelar mi membresía y la respuesta del agente fue: ok, con total indiferencia como si no les importara perder un cliente. Felizmente la competencia ofrece mejores precios, servicio 24horas y un evidente mejor trato y consideración, creo que salgo ganando.

I frequent two different gyms weekly on a regular basis. This is by far is my favorite location/company. The facility is cleaned regularly and the staff is amazing. I get greeted by name when I come in by the manager, Marcela. She is always kind and professional. Ray and Juan are very helpful and are always willing to help and answer questions about machines or form. Staff is always walking around with a smile and cleaning up/reracking weights and plates left by other gym members. This gym definitely feels like a community, it makes it hard to take rest days!!!!

The staff is great. Being a member for over 5 years and not planning to go anywhere else. My Visit to Exporta Fitness on Osceola Parkway

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Exporta Fitness on Osceola Parkway, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.

A special shoutout goes to Ray, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. Ray was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He took the time to introduce me to everything Exporta Fitness has to offer—its amenities, unique advantages, and overall vibe. It was clear he genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and informed.

One of the highlights of my visit was how Ray explained the membership options and the benefits of working with personal trainers. He broke down all the details in a way that was easy to understand and made the decision process seamless for me. His professionalism and positive energy made a lasting impression.

After I signed up with Exporta Fitness, Ray didn’t just stop there. He went the extra mile by giving me a courtesy call to check in. I've been to many fitness centers over the years, but the one on Osceola Parkway is my favorite. What separates this club from others is the staff! Ray, Marcela and the team have created a great environment for you to accomplish your fitness goals. They care about the club members and it makes coming here more inviting than other clubs I've experienced. Please keep up the great work!

My son was jumped by 7 men. The staff did not even call 911. Security was not available to do anything until the fight was over. No cameras. This place is not safe at all. After holding a membership for a few years and thinking this was a safe place to workout and play basketball. My son was left with hospital bills , broken bones and no customer services. I have yet to hear from anyone in that facility. No concerns what so ever for their customers. The manager Marcela was extremely unprofessional with this situation. My son was bleeding to death and no one offered any help. This place should close down until they can provide security and at least working cameras at the basketball court. Don't be a victim of violence in the hands of “professionals”.

Unbelievable.. kick boxing class got cancel but there was a substitute class than no call no show??? Till I ask front desk what?? Happen they didn't know?? Than I took the body works class omg!! Horrible speakers sound!! Was going on at this location nobody complaint...Thanks God I am just visiting.. ATTENTION PEOPLE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS GYM..GET BETTER QUALITY..

This gym is kept up to par! Clean and ready to go! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The GM Ray makes everyone feel like they are family as soon as they walk through the doors! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and very hands on helping through the workouts! I’ve tried many gyms before…. Needless to say I will only be returning to this gym specifically!

Dirty restrooms and showers and the spa hydromassage never works... they should charge less the fee of this gym... I only go there coz I like to swim and is closest in this area.. we have another one in Hunters Creek and basically it's the same.

I want to share that the manager Marcela is awesome. She has helped me with my account many times and I know she is a tough lady, but she means well. This is the cleanest club and I see her walking the club everyday with her staff. She has been here many years and I’m happy to come here everyday.

Le doy 3 estrellas no porque sea un mal gimnasio pero no estoy contenta ni con atención de la guardería ya que no he querido llevar a mi hijo más porque tienen una mala actitud y no me parece profesional la señora se la pasan gritando a los niños y si nos vamos por la parte legal( es bien delicado) se tiene que tener mucha ética y ser muy profesional para la atención y el cuidado de un niño que no es el tuyo, por otra parte me dijo hacia Marcela que también me parece una persona bastante grosera tanto con el personal y con los clientes esto no es porque me lo contaron esto es porque yo he tenido la experiencia. Un día mi hijo salió de la guardería y se quedó menos de cinco minutos en la sala de estar mientras yo culminaba un ejercicio y ella fue bien grosera al momento de irme a buscar con mi hijo tomado la mano En el lugar donde yo estaba culminando mi ejercicio, días después ella estaba con su hijo en el gimnasio durante muchas horas lo digo porque cuando entré estaba el niño y al salir seguía allí… entonces si tú vas a corregir algo, mejor da el ejemplo….. con lo demás todo excelente

The gym isn’t an issue it’s just the staffing. I signed up for training sessions and one of the employees “Jesus” kept pretending to be the manager and was manipulative/rude during sessions and phone calls. When looking on the site a man named Juan is the actual training manager. His English is really bad which makes communication hard. He also would send diet/training notes in Spanish knowing i only speak English and he didn’t respond to questions when messaged *he would leave them on read* He was unprofessional and did not take training seriously. If the gym had a sauna I’d give it two stars.

This was the worst gym I’ve ever been and I’ve been here for a long time. I’m so happy I canceled. Marcella was the worst general manager I’ve ever seen. I see her harassing people yelling at people, and there was one time where she almost accused me of something that didn’t do in the bathroom. She should be fired immediately. She’s not a good person at all I tried canceling my account. She froze it instead, I simply told her I need to cancel my account. She doesn’t listen and I’m over here looking at her when she’s yelling at people customers have a little empathy. Plus, she’s always having an attitude for no apparent reason so long Esporta.

Estou a mais de 1 ano na esporta , limpeza 100%, funcionários simpáticos, que falem inglês , português , espanhol, tem estrutores pra te ajudar nos exercícios, classes super agitadas incluída pro membros , dica a maioria faz perna na segunda então faço braço , pra não ficar esperando muito pra um aparelho !
