Discontinuing Towel Service Is a Major Step Back: I’ve always loved this gym and personal training, which makes this review disappointing to write — but removing towel service at a signature-level club is unacceptable. It’s already frustrating when clean towels aren’t available, but eliminating the service entirely takes the club from “high value” to “low value at a high price.”

This decision affects three members of my family who train here regularly, and it’s causing us to seriously reevaluate our monthly training and memberships. If the goal is to maintain a premium, high-priced experience, discontinuing core amenities is the wrong direction. Instead of cutting services, the club should be adding them to justify the cost.

I genuinely hope management reconsiders. I love this gym — but this downgrade makes it hard to justify staying.

Watch out for thieves in the locker rooms, got my credit cards stolen the other day and saw some cops with another person a few days before, probably the same thing. Otherwise it’s a decent gym but for windermere signature gym and pricing you would think they would have nicer and better variety of machines and updated facilities. Place looks like the 1990s but not in the nostalgic way 🤣. I like they keep the sauna actually hot and they have a power rack.

I’ve been going here since 2020 out of convenience and the sauna tbh.

This place is over ran by kids now. Kids wearing slippers, slides, and slaps with socks. Kids sitting in the equipment using their phones, and there buddies just standing around and goofing off on the machines.
My husband can’t get on a machine .
Complaining to the front desk and they do nothing.

I’ve been training with Shane for almost a year & I’m very happy with the results so far. Shane has been great, he listened to my goals, meets me where I am physically every session & has helped me feel comfortable going into the gym to train on my own. He has helped with diet as well & there’s monthly measurements so you can really see the progress you’re making. He holds me accountable, which is what i needed to reach my fitness goals. I would absolutely recommend Shane to anyone looking to start with a personal trainer.

I’ve been a member of LA Fitness Windermere since it opened, and my experience has always been great. The staff is friendly, and I’ve never had any problems with other members. The locker rooms, bathrooms, sauna, and pool are always clean and well-maintained. Lately, I’ve been enjoying the Pilates classes, and I love having everything I need right here.

I can’t say enough about the personal training program at LA fitness Windermere. It’s been a while since I’ve worked out and Allie was my trainer for my first session. She made me feel so comfortable, motivated, and supported the entire time. The workouts were challenging but yet fun and Allie stayed on top of my form and technique the whole time. I’m so excited to continue my journey with her team! Highly recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape but lacking the motivation. Go see Allie and she’ll set you up!

Ali is a wonderful director for personal training. She helped me understand how to get my body fat right and my fitness goal. Ali, as well as help me to get with the perfect personal trainer for me who fit my goals and what I wanted to see in the future she also helped me to get started on getting better and building my body. Randy was my trainer and he really helped me out a lot. I’ve been training with him for three months now and I’ve gained Five pounds of Muscle growth and I’ve lost 10 pounds.
