The worst gym experience I’ve ever had they have team moms coaching they keep your money if you have a credit and leave the gym. In my opinion do not go here just invest in a D1 gym you won’t regret it.

I have been cheering at LXA for 5 full years and this season will be my 6th season I have nothing bad to say about LXA the staff are all very good at their jobs and have a amazing chemistry with each other the owner Kimberly has been making winning teams for years and I have enjoyed every year with LXA 5 stars

Our daughter absolutely loves it here! From the coaches and staff to the girls on her team(s) and other parents everyone is welcoming and encouraging. This was our daughter’s first ever sport and she fell in love immediately. We noticed her confidence soared and she has fun every single practice. We have watched her skills develop over the past year and a half and I’m just amazed at everything she has accomplished because of the coaches and their support. We absolutely love LXA and cannot thank everyone enough for everything they do for our girls!!

We love lxa. My daughter has social anxiety and the coaches have do an amazing job working with her and helping her come out of her shell and shine. I’m so proud of the growth I’ve seen in her as an athlete and emotionally and socially and we owe all the thanks to LXA!

Love this place and program. The owner Kim is knowledgeable and maintains a facility of excellence. My daughter loves cheering with the other girls and has learned so much through the private tumbling lessons they offer. Couldn’t recommend them more. 10/10

My daughter is in her 3 season with LXA and she loves it. She has gained so many friends and it has become Like a second family. She started with their half year program and then she decided on full year and have never looked back. She continues to move up with her tumbling as well. The coaches have been amazing as well.

My daughter has been going to this gym for 4 years now and we have grown to be family. The coaches and girls become close, and as a parent I feel like they truly care about my daughter. My daughter has learned a lot in the these last few years and we've had so much fun attending multiple competitions!

My daughter just completed her first full year at LXA. This was her first year as a cheerleader and she excelled so much because of how hard the coaches pushed her and challenged her. Do the coaches yell? Yes. Do football coaches yell? Also yes. This is a sport that if done incorrectly, can be extremely dangerous. If your child is engaging in activity that could be unsafe and put themself or others in danger, or not listen when specific instructions are being given, there’s a good chance they will be called out and made to do some sort of wall sit or something else. Not once has my daughter ever been afraid of cheer or expressed that she was afraid to go back. She loves all of the staff. She also does their after school program and is there 5 days a week, so she spends more time at that gym than she does at home. We were on the best team because of how amazing all of the girls and their parents were. Many parents expressed how sad they were for this season to end because of how great it was and how much fun we all had as parents. I not only made friends with parents on our team, but parents of athletes on other teams as well!

The bottom line is LXA is a fantastic organization that is only getting better and better. Coach Kimberly (the owner) takes all parents concerns seriously. As long as the kids (and parents) follow the rules, there are no issues. I’m excited to see how my daughter grows with LXA! 💚💜🖤

Lakeland Express Athletics is a great cheer gym. Family atmosphere. Plenty of offerings. Coaches strive for excellence, which is great! My daughter has excelled so much in her tumbling and flexibility and we’ve been with the gym for 2 years.

I am so happy we found LXA. My daughter has thrived here. When we started she had minimal cheer experience and absolutely no tumbling. The owner amd other coaches are extremely supportive and encouraged her to push herself. We are getting ready to enter her third season with LXA. She has grown so much (both as a cheerleader and personally) from the support she has gotten from the coaches, owner and her teammates. LXA is like a second family!

The owner, Coach Kim, is a bully to her students and staff. Very unprofessional, yells at the girls and makes them cry. I would never recommend this business and unfortunately it’s all Lakeland has to offer for this sport.

This is the one sport my son has been included and uplifted by coaches. I love that Coach Kimberly the owner is bet involved and she I very thorough when explaining. I have had very little questions if any at all and handles any concerns in a timely manner.

My daughter loves this gym. She was shy before she started cheer and it really made her come out of her shell. She cheered for the half year team and absolutely loved her coaches and her friends. We look forward to her cheering again. I highly recommend this gym and if you want your child on a winning team, then this is the place to go.

I wasn't a fan of this gym. It is veryy small but ALOT of adult drama. As I sat there while my daughter would tumble... You could hear other moms talking trash about other moms... AND children. I stuck it out until our Favorite coach left...

The best gym around, they treat you like family, coaches are amazing and certified with many years of experience. The cheapest gym by far and well worth the money. Staff and parents are all friendly. Air conditioned inside with tumble track and parent view to watch. Come check them out, you dont want to miss what they have to offer. Guarentee it. Your children won't want to leave. I have 2 daughters and we have been with LXA for 4 years now. We absolutely love it here.

If you are looking for a gym for competitive cheerleading and tumbling I would recommend this gym .... they are very family oriented and the coaches are amazing ...... my daughters have been cheering for almost 2 years at lxa and they love it ....
