I recently started doing the glutes and legs weight lifting classes here and I love them!!!! Sarah, who leads them is great and she has a nice way of pushing you but still making sure your mantaining your form and doing it correctly.
I usually go lift by myself at my gym but this is just what I needed to break up the monotony of the usual and feel the rush I get when I work out. I love that there held in a closed off space, with a smallish group of women. I would recommend this to women who want to focus on this area of your body (which is most) or women who have been doing this forever and just want something to help you fall back in love with working out.

Great boutique gym. Friendly staff and a wealth of knowledge from Peter. High end machines picked by true experts that you won’t see at most gyms. The focus is on results without the fluff. As someone who didn’t stretch, they taught me the importance of posture and stretching. I use my extra time in their stretching room now. Love it!

Legends is by far the best gym I’ve joined in a long time. It feels exclusive without that intimidating vibe. It’s crowded, which makes every workout enjoyable. The staff is kind and attentive, and there are more than enough strength machines, so I never have to wait to do a set. One of the highlights for me is joining the combined membership with the GHQ women’s-only booty class hosted by Sarah. She’s awesome and makes the class both fun and (seriously) challenging. To start off, $75 is way too much to be charging for a monthly membership for what you're getting. It's not that big of a space. There are other specialty gyms around charging $50 and $60 a month, and they have more equipment, offer prepped meal service, vending machines, and adequate parking. There's no vending machines at this place, no meal prep service, and there's only street parking. Parking will be a huge issue in this area with all the yoga classes, brewery, and other businesses in the area. Also, there is no cable pull for the back and being able to use a bar. They only have a machine that you have to sit on the ground, and it only is able to accept a rope or the little v-handle grip. There's no belt squat. However, the equipment is brand new, and there are a lot of good pieces in there. If they adjust the price and get better parking and maybe find a way to fit in a belt squat and different cable machine, it could get a higher rating from me.
