Erika is the best!! I first started with Erika knowing NOTHING. Erika takes her time and really shows you the ins and outs of all things training. She knows when to push you past what you think you can do which I definitely needed! I had some medical issues occur a few times and Erika always modified what was needed to best meet my needs. The nutritional support I received from Erika was so helpful in my weight loss journey too! Then add on the yoga and sound bath classes she has and it’s just a one stop shop for not only physical health but to recharge your mental health as well. Without a doubt I highly recommend Legg Fitness!!! I’ve met goals and I feel better not only physically but mentally too!! Let Erika be your biggest cheerleader. She is pretty great to have in your corner!

Erika is amazing! I love her sound bath meditations, breathe stretch & restore classes as well as her massages & stretches. She is intuitive & can sense what I need & she does deliver! She always adds an extra touch that makes it special & personal. I definitely recommend Erika. I’m so happy I found her!

I love working out with Erika. She knows how to keep me going when I feel like I cannot. She also has so much muscle and anatomy knowledge that I never get injured. She is good at motivating me just the right amount. It’s nothing like being at a big busy gym where they are just going through the same exercises day after day. She listens when I tell her something hurts and she knows how to build supporting muscles. Overall it’s a great workout with Erika Legg.

Erika has taught me how to lift weights and exercise to gain strength and balance and avoid injury. She also provides PT home exercises for my knee and shoulder . I couldn't step up at all 4 months ago. Now, I can step up and down without pain.
Erika provides challenging yet achievable workout programs. I love my workouts with her!!

This awesome, personable trainer used to work where I'm temporarily renting and wow, was I impressed! I spoke to her a number of times and found her friendly and very knowledgeable about sports medicine and a host of related and complementary fields. She's clearly a lot of trainer for the money and has happy clients too! Happy at early hours in a gym is tough but she delivers!
