Both my daughters attend here and we’ve been very pleased with the teaches and all they have been taught. We’ve been bringing our oldest for the past 4 years she’s always so excited and happy for her classes, I highly recommend and encourage other parents to check them out!

This dance school is horrible and I don’t recommend anyone enroll here or their children here. The dance director just ignores me, all I requested is that she upload the video of my performance from the 2001 dance recital because it would mean a lot to me since I don’t have any videos of myself as a child. She ignored me entirely even though I’m sure she saw my comments on YouTube since she’s uploading videos of the current recital. She shouldn’t even be a director since she treats people so horribly.

I recently attended a dance recital while stepping in for my sister-in-law, who was out of town. As a visiting aunt, I was genuinely touched by how kind and helpful the other moms were. They guided me through the process and made sure my lack of preparation didn’t negatively impact my niece. It truly felt like a supportive community.
That said, several issues stood out. The main lobby was uncomfortably warm due to the lack of air conditioning, and there was clearly not enough seating to accommodate the number of parents and guests. Adding benches and cubbies could greatly improve the waiting experience.
While the production was undeniably elaborate—with glossy programs and personalized shout-outs to select dancers (which seemed to be paid extras)—the actual performances fell short of expectations, especially considering the high cost of participation. It felt as though more emphasis was placed on the spectacle than on the technical quality of the dancing. I noticed a lack of foundational ballet techniques—no pliés, no fouettés, and few, if any, structured movements. I’m not sure if most parents are aware of this. My observations are based on Show 1; I can’t speak to the skill level of dancers in Show 2. A few returning parents also noted that the choreography and music seem to repeat year after year.
What disappointed me most, however, was the scheduling. Holding such a demanding and time-consuming event over Memorial Day weekend feels out of touch. This holiday is meant to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and to be spent with family—not dominated by a recital that leaves little room for anything else.
It comes down to priorities. Memorial Day isn’t just another date—it’s a moment for national reflection and togetherness. I sincerely hope the company reconsiders its scheduling in the future.

Teachers are so passionate on what they do, but they need to educate the staff on how to have a proper costumer service. One of the receptionist can be rude and does not care about addressing concerns. Other than that, awesome company. First time in the dance world and need guidance. Also, when you do recitals, please make sure you block the seats behind the camera guy. I couldn't enjoy the recital. I was behind the camera guy at all times.

Tonight was my first night back at this studio in a couple of years. I went to try out some of the summer classes, and was pleasantly surprised at the updated look. Talk about a facelift! My favorite part is the new, custom floors they made to absorb the shock on your knees and hips from leaping and jumping. The instructors are bubbly and fun. As for COVID, everyone was required to wear a mask when they entered and had their temperature checked at the door. The dancers are spaced out during the lesson and are instructed to like up at the bathroom to wash their hands after each class. I watched the barres being sanitized after every class. I never felt unsafe.

It's a great dance studio! The teachers are super nice and knowledgeable. Their tumbling is amazing! They really work hard on conditioning and stretching before working on tumbling. Personal circumstances didn't allow me to keep my daughter in the studio. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the recital is TOO long from the moment I had to drop off my daughter to the end (4pm-9pm not even Titanic is that long LOL), BUT I completely understand there are so many student in this studio, so the more classes the more dance numbers.

Instructors for young kids nice and friendly but the way they do some things are unprofessional. Once stuck with them, seems like every month all they do is ask for more and more money to do things. Must own Bank of America to keep up!

I found this academy to be old and run down. It is always hot and very uncomfortable in there. The receptionist is not at all friendly and makes you feel as though you are bothering her when you ask questions. The owner is not any better. One of the instructors prefers to sit down on the floor for most of her class and has the children doing the same. Very disappointing.
