Very unwelcoming. The gym is right across the street from my house and I went there to see if it could be a good place for me and my husband. I was greeting with the "can I help you?" by someone who said that they was a personal trainer but didn't work there, and was blocking the door as if I was gonna run in. I couldn't get any information about the gym...only was told to go online and sign up lol. What happened to someone that work there that can give me info and a tour? I guess I looked like I was broke and couldn't afford the fees lol

This gym is a waste of money they charge too much plus a fee. and the weights at planet fitness is better and it’s cheaper there plus you can bring a partner to workout with you can’t even bring a partner in this gym they deserve less than one star and the treadmills don’t even work right

Do not waste your money on this gym, they scam, they don’t clean their stuff, and the bathroom smell. Trust me I been through here before. Your best option is LA fitness or planet fitness you can actually bring a partner to work out with. This poor gym.

I joined this gym when I moved into the area
I moved out of the area over 15 miles away
And have been calling for over a month to cancel my membership. They never answer. I’m denying all charges to my card thanks for nothing.

This is definitely my go-to gym. 24 hour access is convenient, the trainers there are amazing, it's never too busy, and the equipment is in good shape. There's always a positive environment, and I haven't met another member that has given me any kind of issue.

Super upset. Called over to try and reactivate my account so I can start going again. The person on the phone told me I couldn't have my old plan anymore and the plan was double in price from before when though I had my account since nearly when they open there doors. The person tells me if I didn't like the price then I should go to you fit. Talk about about customer service and low appreciate for customers.

I've been going to gyms for 35 years. This is an excellent, new medium sized gym. Has all of the necessary equipment and weights. Highly recommend it.

I really enjoy this place. Its a small gym that has all the equipment necessary for people with busier lifestyles. The hours are great and the gym is clean. Also has showers, for those that are wondering.
