I had such a wonderful experience at Level Yoga in Vero Beach. The space is incredibly inviting—peaceful, open, and designed in a way that makes you feel grounded the moment you walk in. I took a class with Katheryn Nix (yin yoga-deep stretch) and absolutely loved the class. Her calm and genuine energy truly shows through her yoga class leaving me feeling grounded and having clarity after. I wish she taught more than 1 class a week because of how much I loved it. I enjoy the creativity and thought of mindfulness poems throughout the yin yoga session.

The studio is super cute and I had yet to find a yoga studio since moving back from Orlando. I'm glad I found this one!

Love Level Yoga! I am in my 60's and find that the instructors take the time to show you the correct positioning for the poses. There is a wide variety of classes. Level Yoga also has several teachers all with their unique style. Level Yoga also has one of the greatest yoga boutiques....If you are looking to begin a yoga practice......check out Level Yoga. Level Yoga has two amazing Barre instructors, their class schedule for barre however is not ideal. Only 2 barre classes in the morning during the week. That doesn’t really allow you to get in shape. Lots of yoga classes at different times during the day are offered but not barre classes.

Level Yoga is amazing! There are so many classes offered with a wide range of teachers to fit any of your needs. In every class you may be given hands on adjustments and even essential oils if you are interested to help create a blissful space. I completed their 200 RYT intensive teacher training in July and had a great time. It was an eye opening, well-rounded experience with so many knowledgeable teachers. A beautiful Yoga studio. Attended 6 am yoga class with amazing instructor Nicole at the Royal Palm Pointe studio. Will be back soon! Went back today (Thanksgiving) and took class with Bridget. She is a great instructor as well, giving a lot of helpful verbal instructions. Loved the Essential oil at the end of session (open palm, if you want to receive it). Great start into the day! Both studios are nice, but I didn’t think the classes were worth the substantial cost ($140/month). This is more for rich people.

I’ve only done a 200 YTT and I’m still learning all the time, but for me, the cues used in the studio didn’t do enough to guide me through poses safely. I injured my knee bicycling a short while back, so the month I used this studio I gravitated toward classes advertising as all level with ample modifications. From that perspective, most of classes were disappointing and left me guessing what/how to modify for poses I’d never found difficult pre minor injury.

Also, I didn’t have ONE teacher who was of color in a month. I inquired and they said they have more than 20 teachers, but none of color. Aside from myself, I saw less than 5 POC attending as students, despite most classes being full.

A couple classes (yin in particular) were great, but overall I felt that the depth of knowledge imparted in the classes wasn’t enough when considering the cost.

A nice studio, but they could do more to be accessible, inclusive, and diverse.

I signed up for a Barre class and a yoga class. It was very welcoming from check in to each class experience. The barre class was my first time and it was amazing! I wish I could go daily. It was challenging my balance and muscles to work harder than I'm used to. The teachers have been great they help with movements and correcting your posture. I especially like at the end of yoga they use lavender and they have soft blocks and cork blocks and provide towels.

My husband & I recently moved here from MI and I was eager to find a yoga studio. I met Carly when I walked in the door and received a warm welcome. It is easy to see her pride and passion for the space. Amanda is equally enthusiastic. They are so full of positive energy.
I attended Ashleigh's class which was a great flow. I will definitely be attending more classes since there is a varied schedule; all props are available and it is a beautiful place to practice.
