LFT LAB is a group strength bias and conditioning training facility, developed by the creator of Roar Station. If you are looking to develop lean, tone muscle mass and get stronger these classes are for you. This studio focuses on smart well developed programming and caters to all levels. Our trainers are trained to make sure that you are perfecting your form and moving efficiently.

I really like the workout and the overall concept—it’s creative and effective. However, the class feels a bit rushed. There are five stations with up to six people, and only 8.5 minutes per station. That time isn’t quite enough when you factor in wiping down equipment after each use and adjusting settings if the previous person was a different height.
When working on your primary lift, you need time to build up to your working set, and doing that while racking weights and cleaning in such a short window feels challenging. Rushing through these steps can compromise form, which increases the risk of injury, especially for those lifting heavier weights.
Pairing participants by height or allowing more time per station could make the experience smoother and safer. Overall, it’s a great idea with solid programming, but the timing and setup could use some refinement to maximize both effectiveness and safety.

I really liked this gym the first couple classes, the appeal faded as I felt a little lost in bigger size classes. I wish there were screens like you see in other gyms with demonstrations. A nice client told me you can modify most of the workouts, to avoid feeling pain, which I often felt for the next few days post workout.

Booked a class and do not recommend. Over crowded/ not enough equipment. Found myself warming up almost near the front door as I had to move around to find space to complete the moves because even the people around me had to move for space. There’s no direction as to the process of how the stations work…it’s literally a free for all. I had to ask the front desk “ where do I go now” after the warm up..she said you can start any where you want as every station was packed to the brim so I choose the one last station with 3 people seeing that it was the least amount. As I complete my first set pull ups I find myself literally standing and waiting to trade off like the couple next to me with a guy who made it clear he wasn’t trading off he set up shop at the bench press for himself as when the instructor comes to say i to need to squeeze in there as the 3rd with the couple that was doing it correctly. So awkward…Point being they charge an upward of $30 a class to be so unorganized that 1 person can hog a whole 2 person station while I need to force myself into being a 3rd wheel at another? Im not doing that. I’m paying to literally stand around and wait for 10 minutes or be told I need to fight my way into using already used equipment is not the point of paying for group class. If I wanted to wait around for equipment Id go to one of those chain gyms like you fit or La fitness. I would of had much better luck. After a total of 10 minutes in the class I gathered my stuff and left as it was not at all what I expected for paying for a group class. Don’t waste your time.

If you want an amazing one of a kind workout this is the place for you! The instructors are extremely helpful and motivating! It is a wonderful atmosphere to workout and very welcoming. Special shout out to the noon instructors 😊 and Lexi for always being so wonderful!

I have been a member of Roar/Lft Lab for over two years, and it is with regret that I must cancel my membership due to an upcoming move. I followed the standard cancellation procedure as outlined in the policy, notifying the front desk staff 30 days in advance. During my visit, I personally spoke with the front desk associate, who assured me that the cancellation would be processed. I was instructed to scan a barcode and complete a form, which I did while at the gym. She informed me that no further action was needed and failed to inform me that I should receive a text confirmation.
However, I was later informed that my cancellation request "did not go through" and that I am still being charged for an additional month of membership, which I am unable to use. Despite explaining the situation, I was not offered any resolution, and I was told that the cancellation was not processed correctly.
I would strongly recommend that you ensure any cancellation requests are fully documented in writing and that you receive confirmation of cancellation to avoid similar issues. I was disappointed to find that, even after being a long-time member, no exceptions or attempts at resolution were made, and the focus seemed to be primarily on collecting payment rather than ensuring a positive customer experience.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Roar/Lift Lab based on my experience, as I am leaving with a negative impression of the customer service provided

Love this gym. The instructors are fun, high energy and very knowledgeable about form/fitness. If you’re into lifting and trying to build strength/muscle this is for you.
**UPDATE**
One year later and I’m still a member of Lft Lab. This gym continues to develop amazing programs that challenge you and keep it interesting. I love my morning crew and every
coach. Worth every penny.

Best workouts and coaches ever. I’ve never been a big fan of workout classes but once I started coming here that completely changed. The programming, coaching, and personal progress I’ve made at this gym is unlike anything else. After a year and a half, I’ve never felt stronger! I haven’t gotten bored of anything about LFT Lab and there’s really nothing comparable to this community.

Been working out here for the past 3 months and let’s just say, I’m NOT the type to just leave a review because I was asked, but I feel that I should share my experience. I would 10/10 recommend this place. From Day 1 I’ve had a positive experience. I can’t stand when a gym is overly “sales-y” and tries to overcompensate for their lack of programming. Definitely not my experience here. They felt out my vibe and adjusted their approach. The programming is by far one of the best I’ve experienced. I’ve been to quite a few of our local class-based gyms here in FTL (L, R&WA, RS) and everything makes you feel like you’ve worked out but for me really didn’t have any results. Since working out at LFTLAB I’ve lost 26 labs of body fat. My waist went from a men’s 36 to a 31. I’ve seen noticeable muscle gains in my shoulders, chest, quads, glutes, biceps and triceps. I adore the instructors and their individual personalities. The reception staff is very accommodating and super pleasant. I’m glad they remember my name because sometimes I forget to register for class. Overall my experience has been positive and can’t wait to see what my results will look like in another 90 days.

I’ve been coming to Lyft lab for almost a year now and I’m just in love with how amazing the programming is and how incredible the trainers are. Jess, Tania, Catie, and Caro have been inspiring- the level of coaching is out of this world and these girls have built a serious community of strong feminine energy and support. If you’re looking to really get into lifting in a super well equipped environment with an amazing staff this is the place to do it. The cycle and overall program is updated every few weeks, and every cycle builds on your progress on a weekly basis so you can really track how strong you’re getting! Highly recommend

There is no place like this!!! The trainers are amazing. The workouts are the best. I’ve been working out there for a year now and my body has never been more fit and lean. Didn't get a good first impression. I have been lifting weights at home for about 3 months now and I wanted to try this gym thinking I would get some guidance and help with proper form.
Unfortunately when I got there I did not get any guidance or even a warm welcome. I was kind of just thrown into it. The trainer didn't check on me once. They didn't ask if I needed help. I bought the buy one get one to try it and I definitely won't be going back. No one even called or emailed to see if I would come back for the second class. I will just keep working out at home for now and maybe look at some gyms.
It is a very nice space, clean and organized. I guess if you need no guidance this is a good workout.
