I’ve been a member there since the beginning (before it even opened) and as a Legacy Member I thought our membership dues wouldn’t rise so quickly. In just the past 12 months my membership was raised 3x. That’s excessive! One of the times was because I added someone to my membership. The add on is $130 extra monthly, but then they actually went and increased my part of the membership an additional $30 monthly. When I asked why - they said whenever you change your membership we can adjust your membership. I was like “are you kidding? I bring you a paying client and you punish me?” So an increase less than a year ago, the increase when I added a family member, and now another increase. I’m not getting anything for it. In fact now I can’t even use the massage beds during the hours of 1-4 unless I go downstairs and ask for one. Then run back upstairs and either I lost time because they turned it on already or someone got on it and I have to say get off. And forget about the other equipment (inflatable pants and sleeves, massage guns, etc) can’t use them during those goes at all. They’re locked up. Their excuse is they don’t have the staff. That screws over people, like me, who only are able to go to the gym during those hours!
Oh and then there’s the Alpha classes. When I signed up I was told ALL classes were going to be on the second floor. Nope. They have during peak time these classes where the instructor blast music, talks to 6 attendees who are two feet in front of them through a microphone, and hog up equipment.
This is supposed to be a luxury health club. It’s turning into nothing but a money grab.
We’re going to start looking at other gyms. It’s just not worth it.

Quite possibly my favorite place ever.
I’ve been to many gyms over the years, but this one is truly at the top of the list. From the moment I joined, I felt more welcomed here than I ever did at any other gym—or even the high-priced golf clubs I used to belong to.

The staff is always friendly, the facility is spotless, and it’s clear that everyone genuinely enjoys working here. The rooftop pool on the 4th floor overlooking Palm Beach is a highlight—I take most of my business calls from that incredible view.

The locker rooms are consistently clean, and Johnny stands out—always warm and welcoming, and clearly proud of the work he does.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Lifetime offers more value for our family than any gym or golf membership ever has. We get to enjoy world-class classes, amazing amenities, and a welcoming community—together.

Five stars from the Dunn family. We absolutely love it here!

GREAT gym overall; more of a healthy country club vibe; would be much better with a basketball court but the pickleball definitely has its niche here.

Worth the price if you take the classes.

I’ve been to quite a few premier gyms in my life but this is hands down the best gym I’ve ever joined. The staff are fantastic and they keep the place so clean. The locker room, sauna and cold plunge are always being cleaned and the workout floor is spotless as well. Even at the most crowded times the floor is big enough that it’s never really a problem. It’s really like a mini city - it will literally take you over a week just to figure out where everything is it’s so large. Anyways, like others have said I now start my day excited to hit the gym, swim some laps, cold plunge, sauna and a hot shower.

I really want to give a special shout out to the cleaning crew for keeping everything so clean, this crew is working non-stop and they do a great job!

If your on the fence about jointing just do it, I haven’t felt better, looked better and slept better in years.

Solid gym. Great coaches and group classes. Really helped me push my comfort levels and try all kinds of different exercise types. If you are just looking for a basic gym to get in and out of life time is probably a little overkill. Value comes from the group training, recovery area, spa, etc.

I was a member at Lifetime Fitness in Palm Beach Gardens for over two years. It’s an incredibly beautiful facility with a wide range of high-end amenities, and I’ve always found the staff to be professional and courteous. The gym is also impressively clean and well-maintained.

That said, the membership is quite expensive—around $300 per month—which I think is only justifiable if you’re using the gym very frequently. Additionally, the guest policy is overly restrictive, allowing only two guest visits per month, which feels out of step with the premium price.

Ultimately, I decided to pause my membership after learning about the gym allowing men in the women’s locker room. This was a deal-breaker for me. Also going into the summer months I won’t be able to use the facility as regularly. I hope Lifetime reconsiders and aligns their locker room policy with common-sense privacy standards and the law.

It’s a gym I genuinely enjoyed, and I’ll be watching to see how things develop. Would love to hear an explanation and would consider changing my low rated review and returning as a member.

**I want to update my review to reflect the excellent follow-up I received from Susan, the General Manager at Life Time Palm Beach Gardens. She responded to my concerns quickly and with great professionalism, taking the time to clarify policies and provide thoughtful explanations.

James at the LifeSpa in Palm Beach Gardens is quite literally my hair goddess! He has been doing my hair for the last decade, and always sets realistic expectations and follows through! He has taken me a variety of colors, but mostly treats my dark hair and gives the absolute best blowouts and head massages there ever was! My hair is extremely long and has hand tied extensions… And he still finds away to make my heavy hair look bouncy and voluptuous!

Me and my mom have been members here for almost a year and a half paying hundreds and membership fees. I just wanna say, The receptionist at the front desk, who is an older woman with short brown hair, Is very disrespectful and has made me and my mom both feel extremely uncomfortable coming and she can be very cold but the way she responds. Needless to say, I have canceled my membership. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to only be able to bring a guest once every other month anybody that signs up here is better off signing up at EOS. Or the sweat house. Avoid getting overcharged and treated like trash. We have recommended to other people to go to lifetime in the past and they had negative experiences with the same receptionist woman up at the front customer service goes along ways and this place is truly terrible

I go to the spa here to get my hair done. I see James Presuto! He's amazing! Every time I go he listens to what I want and even gives recommendations or suggestions if I'm unsure. There have been a few times where I didn't know what I wanted and he helped me pick something I love! I also love that he will ask me how often I plan to come in so if I want to go longer inbetween touch ups he knows exactly what to do so it grows out beautifully! and if I ask for something way lighter than my natural color he will let me know that I will likely have to maintain it more. He's very smart and professional! I have NEVER had a bad experience with James. He is also nice and funny! I look forward to my hair days :)

Lifetime isn’t for you if you just need a spot to lift weights for a 45 minutes or run on the treadmill - and that’s okay. This gym is great if you are open to trying new things. The classes are fantastic mostly due to the great training staff. All of them. Don’t do yoga? You probably need it. Not an experienced lifter? Plenty of great classes for you. I was never much of a swimmer but the facility is just too nice not to take advantage of it and I’ve come to enjoy it. Coming to this gym has truly become my favorite part of the day. It helped me become a morning person. Starting your day with a good workout, sauna, and a cold plunge could make even night nurse become a morning person.

If you have kids, the kids club is top notch. They have tons of fun things for the kids to do. They even have some classes for the kids I wish they would offer for adults!

The pickleball staff is great too. With three courts, it is hard to find time. If you are a daily player, you may need to supplement with another location. But there is a good group of players there and everyone is pretty welcoming.

Lifetime is a great spot if you utilize it all. It’s a terrible spot if you want to get in a quick pump 3 times a week.

Member for a few years, attention to detail went out the window. The food is overpriced and microwaved. The facility gets so busy that you would have to wait or find another piece of equipment to use. If you want to work downstairs you’ll have to deal with music blasting through speakers above your head. Getting time on the pickleball court is practically impossible as it’s taken up by people who play there every hour of every day. Unless you are spending 4 hours there every day it’s not worth the cost.

i joined and cancelled my membership within 3 days. The place is packed and had an air of arrogance. Super expensive to join and the area for the workout machines is small! My friend took a couple of pilates classes and the instructor told her she had to take five individual classes with him if she wanted to continue. So ridiculous, she has taken Pilates before and has done very well.oh and he charged $170 per hour for the individual class! that is absurd!

Indoor pool is kept too cold. Much colder than other indoor pools. Also I'm receiving a measly 10 percent discount on a Medicare program but that comes with all kinds of restrictions when using the facility. Now their massage chairs have a 10 minute max usage (ridiculous) but to add insult to injury no one other than a signature membership is allowed on them. I cancelled my membership rather than be treated that way.

There is so much that is amazing about this gym and few things that are a little frustrating.

First the good:
The equipment and facilities are top notch. I’ve never been to a gym with a better selection of amenities. It’s fantastic!! Everything is always clean and well taken care of.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Lots of awesome people provide a welcoming vibe and ensure a positive experience. The other members for the most part are friendly, helpful, and so many are living interesting lives, which is great for building new friendships. I’ve been to other lifetimes and the vibe felt way more high brow.

There are tons of great classes to help with any fitness goal you may have.

My only complaint is a few of the classes take place on the main equipment floor. During these classes most of the squat racks are not allowed to be used by members not in the class, even if no one from the class is using it. In addition the classes blast loud music (often rap music) which can be annoying if you’re trying to focus on your own workout. You have to turn your headphones to full volume just to block it out. I’ve heard many other members express the exact same frustration and they seem to be responsive to feedback so hopefully they will make an adjustment.

The overwhelming majority of people leaving a 1-star are broke or entitled people and can't handle hearing the word " no " or think that because they pay $300 per month they won't ever be inconvenienced again and won't have to deal with issues all gyms face like how its GOING to be busy at 5pm or how their will always be a guy who pours water in the dry sauna and it breaks for a few days or a week LMAO

I paid $300 per month for myself and an additional $100 per month to add on my partner. All in was $400. If you use daycare and buy items at the cafe you'll see $500+ leaving your account every month. Was an awesome year and loved the rooftop pool. The staff was great from all of my interactions.

If you're a somewhat social person it's a great place to make friends who are also likely doing well in life who can afford the membership.

If you're searching for a gym that truly stands out, look no further! This place is more than just a gym; it’s an athletic country club with state-of-the-art facilities that cater to every fitness enthusiast's needs. The variety and quality of classes offered are simply top-notch, especially the Alpha classes, which are in a league of their own.

The instructors, particularly Josh, Rachel, and Becca, are fantastic. They are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating, making every session enjoyable and effective. Despite the high standards, the environment is welcoming and never intimidating, which is perfect for anyone at any fitness level. Thanks to their excellent programs, I’ve been able to drop my resting heart rate and achieve the best cardiovascular shape of my life.

The facility itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained. A special shout-out to the gentleman who takes care of the men's locker room—his hard work and attention to detail do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. The staff at the front desk are always polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

I genuinely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey!

Ridiculous price for this gym. Searched online everywhere and conflicts with what the front desk told me. $299/month plus $200 initiation fee. A whooping $500 to start at this gym. Oh and it’s only one type of membership, so there is no other options. So you are telling me if I choose not to visit multiple Lifetime gyms or not participate in classes, I still have to pay the same amount as someone who does utilize all that? Totally unfair. What a rip off!! I remember it used to he $100/month at the Boca one, thanks to inflation these gyms are not worth the price now.

Update 5/6/24 That horrible employe is still working there.
Just disgusting. Update: 2/10/24 Another horrible text message from this same employee. What idiot does this??? We cancelled our membership yesterday and this instructor put things in writing that are terrible. He even claims that we did not cancel our memberships. LOL! Well I have it in writing that we did and we were issued a refund for February. Twisted...
My opinion if you're going to join this gym you better have a good attorney. 😉
There's frequent fights on the pickleball courts and I and other women were harassed by one of the instructors at this location.
I have also been made aware of lockers being vandalized.
None of the above is ever acceptable and in what is supposedly a higher end experience the disappointment is worse.
When my husband looked up lifetime fitness on the better business site there are currently 148 complaints in the past 3 years that's clearly excessive.

great facilities, very well kept equipment, maintenance is on point. the downfall of this gym is the employees. there is a lot of drama and politics that goes on behind the scenes, which ultimately ruins the overall vibe and experience of a place that i go to try and escape all of that nonsense. mr suit at the front desk discriminates on who is and is not allowed to enter as a guest. the employees that are there solely to focus on doing their job and try their best to create a positive environment, are forced to leave because of drama from other employees, and members are left dealing with employees that are there for some sort of power game. total vibe killer. it’s a shame that the employees have ruined this place i once loved so much

For the price I pay it just doesn't cut it. It should be 24/7 like the other life time facilities...
Also lots of stuff broken + materials are just not very fancy like you'd expect for the most expensive gym in such a nice area. They don't have after shave like other locations.. The layout of the rooftop pool is terrible in my opinion and the weights section in the gym is very small for such a HUGE gym floor. It gets crazy clustered and you can't find a space to work out. Even at times where you would expect it to be totally dead, it can be hard to get the equipment you want to use. For example I even had a hard time in the middle of the week just after lunch time like 1pm. There should be two free weight zones with benches and chairs to sit on. All in all not worth it in my opinion, but I still go as it tends to be the most cleanly sauna, steam, cold plunge for a non dedicated spa.

3.5. Lovely facility with great amenities - with fees to match. But for workouts - very inefficient use of space on third floor (weights and cardio). Only one heavy bag placed in a weird spot. Resistance training equipment is often 80-100% occupied.... and maybe a third of the floor is devoted to cardio that is usually 20% occupied. Need to rethink their resistance training setup. Let me start of by saying the gym is beautiful, the amenities are some of the best ive seen in the area and it was pretty clean.

What i did not like was the fact that it was packed, the only bathroom i was able to find had only two stalls so i had to wait almost 10 mins and the staff which i have read some of the reviews complain about the same thing. I found the staff to be really unpleasant and almost annoyed if i had a question which as someone who was trying out the gym for the first time i had a few (mind you they dont let you use the facility for free there is a $50 day pass which i found absurd. All to say that the membership is $300. I dont mind paying $300 if im getting my $ worth but it did not feel that way.

Shocked by these reviews. People are so rude and entitled around here! It’s a gym. The classes are awesome, weights area is smaller, the tours are hit or miss if there is an extra person at the desk, food is fine for a gym, clean for a gym. I have met some really cool people there and if you think the parking is bad, try living in an actual city and going to the gym with a car. The short walk from your car to the front door is good for a warm up. The roof pool is almost always empty, coffee bar area is really nice, there’s a cold plunge and a spa! Facials and massages, beauty treatments and hair dressers. There is a chiro but it’s way over priced, and the massage beds and compression boots are free. Pilates is extra. I really like it! Happy I found a nice gym.

Lots of things I like: convenience of being able to lift, do a stretch class, get some sun on roof, work on my laptop and have a bite, maybe do the cold plunge. Staff is mostly all great. Love the pool.

Things they really* need to address:
1. Weight room is subpar and I've been to a lot of gyms. One smithe machine? One leg press? Dumbell area is small and crowded. WAY too many cardio machines and never even half full. Also, why do Alpha and other classes during peak times and block off whole areas of the gym?
2. Impossible to stay "warm" during workouts, it's always freezing. Even in the locker rooms and showers.
3. In coffee shop which is supposed to be for people to work, music is loud and can barely do a zoom or concentrate, it's not instrumental music either, it's bellowing lyrics. They should also host networking hours maybe once a week for members! They do Bingo for goodness sake. Would bring business to coffee shop and allow member interaction/collaboration.
4. Water fountains/water bottle fill water is supposed to be filtered but smells like chlorine.
5. Member events are terrible, at least the last one I went to, think was Cubana nights? Pay for everything, premixed drinks that tasted like sour mix, even the chips and salsa were expensive! Some member appreciation, jeez.

All in all, most these issues boil down to management. They need to address this or get a new GM. I can see other comments are similar...

After going to many lifetime gyms throughout the country; this one is the gold standard. For me it is worth every dollar we pay for the monthly dues. The workers at the club are extremely friendly and always helpful. Layout of the gym is very very nice. The most important thing to me is the cleanliness is the best. Other lifetimes should take note of how the PBG location maintains its club - Always immaculately clean (especially the locker rooms). Keep up the great work!

While the gym itself may be nice the staff are AWFUL! Especially in childcare. I canceled my membership a few months after opening it because childcare was such a nightmare. Even when they were fully staffed they would make my six year old sit in the baby section or sit at a desk and color because the staff was to lazy and didn’t want to get off their butts and let him have fun and run around. I personally only signed up for this gym because of how great they made child care out to be. It was a scam. A bunch of lazy do nothing employees.

Beautiful & clean gym with a ton of great amenities and classes. My fiancé and I have been members since their opening, and the main complaint among members, and ourselves, is the GTX classes taking up half the gym during prime hours. Can we please find a new spot for this? There is a whole floor dedicated to classes that are just empty rooms most the time, and also just way too many cardio machines on the workout floor as well. The pricing for not having a basketball court, like most Life Time gyms, is way too high. There are definitely way better Life Time gyms across the country. This one is in desperate need of a redesign/additions for the current price.

I joined Lifetime specifically because of the childcare center. Loved the idea of having a fun, safe environment while I got to enjoy a workout class and the other amenities. The classes are GREAT, the facilities are beautiful and luxurious. However - the Kid's Academy is just not safe for young children.

I picked up my 1 year old daughter from the Kids Academy after a 45-minute class, and when the staff member went to get her, she was not in the Toddler Area where she was supposed to be. They clearly had no idea she had gotten out, so I have no idea how long she was left unattended. She instead was over in the "big kids" area intended for ages 3+, ALONE, playing with LEGOS. Tiny legos. Entirely unsupervised. They offered no explanation and clearly do not seem to understand how dangerous this was, and how tragically this could have ended. It makes me sick to think that not one staff member noticed that my 1 year old daughter was off by herself; in my eyes, she could have been choking and not one person would have noticed.

If your child is under 3, I implore you to please reconsider. I'm sure the Kids Academy is wonderful for older children who can communicate and are not at risk of hurting themselves the way babies and toddlers are.

It actually pains me to write this, because of how much I enjoyed Lifetime once upon a time. The staff members are indeed very sweet, but unfortunately, do not seem to be qualified to care for such young children.

dear friends. the first time I meet with such a boorish approach to a client, I signed up for a specific time, arrived, and they told me my guide had already left with another client, so they told me I had to reschedule. you just don't love your customers and don't value them, it's a pity. and this is considered the best club, shame for such an attitude. the staff is very two-faced, those who are already in the club are greeted with a smile, and interested customers are treated poorly. Remember your salary and profits are brought to you by your customers!!!

Overrated, the gym is fair. Power outages seem to be a monthly occurrence which is a huge inconvenience. The staff’s response to the power outage was that they sent an email. I’m sorry but I should not have to check emails prior to going to the gym. Nice facility but a lousy experience and I only joined two months ago, I won’t be here much longer.

This place is gorgeous- but its badly run. Management should be fired on the spot. The head of the trainers, i think Nataly or something like it- screams and yells at the trainers as if they are her bumbling idiots. Not only disrespectful, but makes customer uncomfortable. She should not be int he position she is in. Obviously never attended a human resource class or management skills.

Having worked out at Life Time Fitness locations all over the country, this one is by far the most disappointing for one simple reason: the worst treadmills. They only have the dangerous tread versions (easy to trip while using) which are trying to data collect on members, and don’t even have a ledge for iPhones (should the user want to watch things on their phones). Having a solid basic treadmill is the easiest thing for a gym to get right, but this location fails.

Huge fan of the Lifetime brand as a whole, have been a member since I was born up in Minnesota. My parents literally met working together when it was still Northwest Health Club. Never have had a problem at a Lifetime in the past, and have always loved the staff.

This club in particular is terrible considering its diamond status/price. Main complaints would be the staff, terrible weightroom layout, and their ridiculous scheduling.

I have been going to this location since it has opened, and have yet to have any trainer do anything other than tell me “you can’t use this machine/piece of equipment.” The only staff member that has tried to reach out is Tony over in the recovery area, he is 10/10.

The weightroom itself is ultra crowded. I have been to silver and gold level lifetimes with better choices of equipment.

To make things worse, they schedule alpha classes during peak hours, taking up over half of the room. Not in love with consistently having to wait a half hour to hour for a squat rack while paying over $200 a month. Also have had times where even though the class only has a few members, they still reserve the platforms leaving them empty for hours at a time while the rest of the gym fights for the remaining 3. Only one smith machine in the whole gym is also ridiculous, a $10 per month discount gym will even have two. The gym also has half of the top floor dedicated to cardio, yet there is rarely a time where even half the machines get used.

Hopefully corporate decides to make changes, because I along with many other members are getting fed up with paying for “country club service” while having to deal with all the above.

My husband and I walked in to get information about joining Lifetime. The receptionist did not give a warm welcome, was downright rude (similar to reviews from others) and said if we didn’t have an appointment for a tour we were out of luck. Not a good look at your front desk giving first impressions to potential members Lifetime owners.

We’ll stick with the gym right down the street from us where the staff is super warm, friendly and accommodating and we don’t have to deal with the commute to Lifetime, the packed parking and rude staff.

I have taken classes with Mary and Zion and they have been great! I enjoy Mary’s treadmill class. I’ve also got out of my comfort zone and took Zion’s Hip Hop class on Wednesday and I had a great time. Mary and Zion’s classes are fun yet challenging. I travel 45 min-1hr just to go to Lifetime and I love it there, I also bring my young children with me. They love jumping on the trampolines and they love the yoga class when offered. If I can ask for one/two things it would be if they can offer the themed Kids Camp in the summer which is offered at other locations and fitness classes for both parents and kids to workout together would be nice such as yoga or dance. However, there is so much to do there and I look forward to trying it all.

I have been a member of Lifetime Fitness for a few years at different clubs and was excited for this location to open. Nice amenities, but if you are looking to actually workout, this is not the place for you. The actual workout area is very small, and often taken up by classes. During prime time, they block off half of the gym and all but 3 squat racks whether the class is using them or not. Lots of people just standing around waiting for equipment.

Many staff members are rude, and one trainer in particular makes many female members uncomfortable. He has been seen inappropriately touching clients multiple times and is unprofessional towards clients. There are some good trainers and it’s too bad they get grouped in with the bad.

For the price members pay, hopefully we will see some changes.

This place is beyond a gym. It is state of the art in class and lacks nothing! From a bar, a cafe, and a beach bar and pool on the top floor is amazing! The rejuvenation area with the works, one will feel one is in a spa and not a gym! The modern equipment suited for everyone to have a great workout and then head on over to the recovery massage for a 10-minute body soothing massage! I love this gym and was so sorry to have to leave it because I relocated to the Ft. Lauderdale area because of family. And excellent customer service, everyone is warm and friendly! The closest one to me is in Boca, but I heard it's not as nice as Palm Beach Gardens... I will also miss Palm Beach so much... but will visit from time to time!

The equipment & classes are great but this club will squeeze every cent out of you. Additionally, if you travel a lot for work there is no flexible policy for pausing your membership dues. You must provide a 30 day notice which is often not feasible. I’ve also gotten my hair done at this salon a few times & it take a long time & stylists are not knowledgeable about the products and openly share they have not received much training on the product line. Lastly, the rooftop is not an ideal location to work from as there are no outlets. There are also very limited to no social events for young professionals. Disappointing waste of money.

Now that the gym is open I will share my observations as someone who lifts weights and has been around the gym industry and held many memberships over years. For the amount of space that they have, the dumbbell area is an afterthought - far too small and crammed. The heaviest weights should really be in the middle and taper to the sides like 24 Hour Fitness has done.

There are plenty of squat racks and plenty of bench-presses but only one smith machine, one leg press and one cable cross over. Out of all machines, there is only ONE shoulder lateral. There are only THREE lat - pull downs which is another flaw for a gym of this size with a membership base they are trying to reach. I’m told that more equipment is on order so in time I’m sure everything will be more accommodating but as of Jan 1, 2023 I have yet to see it.

There is not a turf area for agility drills, sled pulls, etc which is really surprising.

Cardio is what sells memberships and needless to say, MOST of the gym floor is cardio - plenty of variety so if you like that, its good, however, no fans on any of the machines. This is Florida and you’d be surprised how much a little fan makes a difference. There is plenty of natural sunlight on the gym floor which is appealing since other area gyms have, for some reason, adopted a dimly lit space.

Locker rooms are nice with plenty of towels and personal care items but the recovery area which contains sauna, steam and cold plunge is VERY disappointing. The cold plunge at another gym I go to has done wonders for my back. This plunge pool is an absolute joke. It’s only 3 ft deep with steps on both sides which truly will only accommodate two or three people. The other club I go to is as big but is 4 ft deep without surrounding steps and will easily fit 6 people. Often times, members are waiting. This was a very poor design, enough to make me possibly hold onto my other membership.

Rooms for classes are nice as is the rooftop pool. Cafe looks decent for a quick snack if needed.

Overall, it’s very nice but some things were poorly designed.

Also, there is a little attention given to small details. Machines shift over time and no one goes around to reset the equipment. (So I do it myself) It’s close to a 4 star facility (5 in some respects) but due to the small poorly designed weight area for a gym of this size and considering the price point, I have to give them a 3 star review.

I give this gym a 5 star, compared to other nearby gyms.

Now, for where it starts to lose points. They have too many power outages to the point they close for the day/s. You would expect a high-end gym to have solar/back up. Nope!

Bathroom:
They only have one bathroom for men on the 3rd floor and someone is always blowing it up like the world trade. They should remove the water closet and just put a urinal.

Equipment: Before I joined, I asked if they would have a Reverse Hyper V, belt squat, Racks with dead lift platforms, GHR and a few other things. They said yes to all. They do not have a reverse Hyper V, the belt squat chain is too long so you end up doing half reps like a “gym bro”, the hamstring machines they have does not allow for a full range of motion. During Alpha class there is only 3 usable rack and it’s a struggle to get one. Sometimes there are “gym bros” getting a pump doing curls for the girls on the rack.

Staff: I must stay for the most part they are pleasant and professional. I have two exceptions though. There is a gentleman in the front that I thought was just very unprofessional, had a condescending and unprofessional tone when speaking to me. I just let it be, nor complained to management because I am not one to lose sleep over someone’s personal issues. But after a few months of attending, I noticed he does not carry himself in the same manner with someone of a different ethnicity. The other issue I see is that there is a male trainer that is a savage. He just hits on everyone and anything that walks and talks. By all means, if you want to use your profession to get some tail, go for it but be a bit more discrete about it.

Kids club/area - This a great area and would be good if they were properly staffed. There is a shortage all the time so the activities on schedule are never available since there isn't enough staff. They need to either get more staff or update the activities if they are not going to run them due to lack of staff

If fitness is a major part of your life and you want to go to the best gym in the area this is definitely for you! They have top notch equipment and an incredible staff and facility. There’s also many other great gyms in the area depending on your individual need but this is almost in a league of its own. This is also the most expensive ‘gym’ in the area. Marketed as an athletic country club this is a get what you pay for type of place and then some. With a restaurant/cafe, a barber shop, and a roof top pool that speaks for itself, and too much more to get into… it’s worth checking out if it’s an investment you want to make. My rating is definitely based on the facility itself, what it has to offer, and not the cost, but this is truly the best in the area for what it offers (again depending on your needs of course).

At the time of this review the member rate is $249/month for an individual if you didn’t sign up before it opened it’s doors recently. If you work in the area I know some companies that offer a discounted rate but 95% of us will pay the rate mentioned above. They do offer a paid one day membership if you want to try it out.

Very nice place, new and clean. Have many amenities, 1st level consist of cafe, spa, lounge and changing room, thur the changing room you can access to the steam room, sauna room and indoor pool.
2nd level are all the classes and children dropp off area. Level 3 are the gym which have all the state of the art equipment and pickleball, level 4 there is the out door swimming pool which is super nice.
Everything is nice...just the price is on the higher end side. But hey, what you pay is what you get ... higher price nicer things.
But the best part for me is the opening hours, it's open at 4am for weekday and close at midnight. Which I can't find this else where. Might not matter to other people but for me I like to go there 4 to 5am before I have to get my kids out of bed for school.

Really nice Building feel like a a hotel or country club, nice for socialize and meet people but I am really concerned about the gym floor setup really disappointed because they have everything no organized to hit body parts and also no enough mirrors to see the form specially in the free weight racks for squats. They just have one smith machine and one leg press load plates so for a big gym brand like this will be better to have a heavy duty equipment. Also I having a hard time for one female trainer (top trainer or director trainer NATALIA about my small bag I carry because I have my grips and my belt with my personal stuffs to hit the gym so she is no nice and I feel like she just go to me to tell me about the small bag on the floor when I see more people with small bags. And be aware if you going ti training with your couple or buddies because is not allow no even to help to pickup the weights. Okay so I have been a member of Lifetime I like to say twice in my life, once was pre-Covid, throughout the country to "nicer" and more vast network of Health Clubs (and growing), and then I re-joined "post Covid" (circa 2021) Well I must admit I have hads Covid hit me pretty pre Covid I was a Minor League Ball Player who moonlighted as a Freelance Journalist for "NBC Sports" and all I can say is when I saw they were building one literally a stone's throw from Paloma where I have lived since 2007 I was so happy, (I wouldn't have to go to Boca Raton anymore!?!?!) I was elated so I right away signed up as I thought as a founding member and was on the waitlist right away. they started charging me 30.00 more then before covid but I figured it would be worth it even though when I was making almost 700,000 a year I thought 149.00 was a lot for really was essentially a really, really nice gym, well, now I wait and wait for Lifetime at gardens to open and one day I call and I was shocked to learn they were open a week, then I get there and walk in and was impressed definitely different then most lifetime's, more like the Coral Gables Location then any of them. yet when they said to me and I quote, "it will be just the difference between 179.00 to 250.00 that is all" I almost literally passed out. Listen I have and can live in Mirasol and pay almost the same. So unless they decide to give me what they promise shockingly enough I am fine with Boca, Thank you very much. I wish I could go to the gardens but not for 250.00, no thank you. But overall it's nice I will admit, yet the men's locker room floor is very slippery. almost wiped out. but very impressed with facilities, just no basketball? Like what?

This Life Time is going to be INCREDIBLE!

Very impressive Preview Center. They have a huge area for previewing classes, workout equipment and virtual tours of all the amenities in the resort. This place is going to be huge ….with a huge parking garage right next to it!

When we arrived, the General Manager, Susan greeted us right away! She is so kind and you can see her engaging with everyone. She knows her team very well and has been with the company for a long time, so you know she will run a great resort.

We were introduced to the manager team: Brenna who is amazing (Concierge), Catalina who is amazing (Operations), Natalia who is amazing (Personal Training), and Michelle who multi-tasked brilliantly, explaining the Kids Academy & Aquatics areas while playing with our 4-year old.

My wife is most excited for the Life Spa after meeting the Spa Manager, Allisun! She showed us all the services they will offer at this full-service spa and salon.

They are offering great incentives (including a fancy founding member bag & bottle) for joining early and becoming Founding members and the process was simple with no pressure. Thank you to Life Time veteran, Brian, who helped us get our membership.

We can’t wait to start attending the Life Time in PBG when they open in mid-August! Also excited to be able to use other Life Time locations across the country since we travel frequently.
