Been coming here for 6 months. I just moved Vero and used to go to an LA Fitness for 5 years. This gym has all the necessary equipment you need including heavy dumbbells, a squat rack, bench press and all the common machines. What I love the most about this gym is the vibes and everyone is very nice, and its never busy. This is a mom and pop style business ran by the owner Jay. He's a super cool dude and welcomed me from the first day. I love that its 24/7 so I can come late at night or early in the morning. There's no more rushing your workouts before the gym closes or waiting for equipment. This gym gives old school gym vibes, especially with its iron plates IYKYK. This gym is great for everybody, from beginners to the typical gym bro.

I’ve been going to this gym for almost 4 years now and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s the best gym I’ve been to and offers a fantastic old school feel. The gym has every machine and piece of equipment you could ask for and then some. In tandem with the overall thoroughness of the workout equipment, the best part of this gym is the owner Jay, an overall class act and great guy who really cares about what he does. Jay remembers everyone’s name and ensures that every member feels welcome and appreciated. Started coming to lifestyle 24/7 early 2019 and still here 2024! A friend brought me in for a free visit and met jay the owner right away, felt welcome every time and has become my comfort gym out of all the gyms I have been to in Indian River County. The gym not a big as a franchise one but it is not as packed. At the times I go I am able to get my workouts done without having to wait.

May I say that this gym is one of the most reliable, Safe and Caring environment. I've been at this gym for almost 2 years years and not onot once have I had any complaints. The staff are amazing they are welcoming and all and all in all just incredible. Everybody is really sweet and I wouldn't ask for a better environment or gym. If you're planning to look at other gyms to compare with Lifestyle just do yourself a favor and stop now, because they won't be as good as Lifestyle. The owner Jay has created the best possible gym environment you can find. Great people, awesome equipment, friendly service, clean gym floor and bathrooms, great membership options and more are just some of the things that make this gym the best. The only people who workout out here are ones that are personable, kind, and always willing to chat and help. My girlfriend was not excited to join a gym with me because she thought she'd be really uncomfortable. She's a regular at Lifestyle now to say the least. I checked out a lot of gyms before joining this one and I never looked back. Atmosphere is friendly, warm and knowledgeable. I truly enjoy the fact that they are always ready to assist you in anyway they can. Jim has taught me so much in the short amount of time since joining 2 months ago. The machines are in great working order. In fact, he just installed new ellipticals, stairclimmer and treadmills.

Lifestyle Fitness 24/7 is a great place to work out. The gym is very clean. Jay the owner treats all his clients as if they were family, he knows everyone's name. Joined this gym two months ago! My experience at this gym has been nothing, but AMAZING. The gym owner, his name is Jay. He is always interacting with his members in a very helpful and positive way. If you need any assistance or help of any kind, he will immediately drop what he is doing to tend to any concerns or questions you may have.

I’ve been following his tips he has given me to improve my workouts and my physique, workout routine, and motivation has never been so high in my life! I would definitely recommend this gym for a place to feel at home and be in a judge-free environment. My husband, son, and I have been going here for about a year now and we love this gym. The owner is always friendly and seems to know everyone by name. Even if I don't go in often, he still knows who I am and asks how my husband and/or son is/are doing and vice versa and asks about whomever isn't with me/us if someone wasn't able to come that time. He's attentive and helpful and genuinely cares about how everyone is liking the gym and their time there.
I'm not the biggest fan of going to the gym but going here makes it easier. I can also go anytime, day or night, and I feel safe. He has cameras everywhere and with the front door being exposed to a large, open, grass lawn and the mall parking lot just across the way, there just aren't many dark corners or hidden areas to worry about after dark. These things, along with my own personal safety precautions, keep the fear of surprise at bay.
There's enough equipment that if I get bored of one routine I have other options to work the same muscle or muscle groups at another set-up. I just feel like, any muscle area I want to focus on, there's equipment for it.
*The only thing I would change is the tv's and audio on the treadmills always seem to have problems. I'd love to just go, plug in my headphones, and watch some mindless television. The sensors seem to be broken on a couple of them as well. Other than that, the rest of the equipment is in great shape. I'd totally give this 5 stars once the treadmills are fixed/replaced.

I've been a member here for a little under a year. The staff has always been beyond helpful whenever I've got questions about the contract, or with equipment. I've never had to wait for equipment either, which is always a huge plus in any gym.

While it's not filled with every piece of gym equipment on the planet, you get far more of an experience here for what the actual cost of the contract is. It has everything you need to get yourself into top shape. And, you don't have to worry about people getting pissed at you like planet fitness and sounding 'lunk alarms' because you accidentally grunted while picking something up.

I have been working out here for the last year or so and it is a nice local gym. The staff keeps the place super clean and all the maintenance up on all of the equipment. Recently they starred to renovate the inside putting in new floors and updating the paint from the brown to a white making it much brighter on the inside. I have truly never had any kind of problem here with anything so I would definitely recommend this as a place to check out in the Vero Beach area.

Only 3 reviews here and so I thought I had to add my two cents. The people complaining, one, that was about the previous owner 8 years ago. The other one, you should read things before you sign, and also complaining about the setup and such when it is plain as day before you sign up is just shallow. My experience with the new owner, Jay, has been great. I see him explain the options to potential new members and he was not misleading with me or anyone else I have seen. They have lots of options for short and longer contracts as well as a month-to-month option with no contract. I have been training for nearly 30 years. Been in every kind of gym from the basement of the YMCA in NYC to the fanciest health clubs in South Florida. This is probably the closest you'll get to a neighborhood gym atmosphere, where attitudes are checked at the door and ladies can also work out with out being harassed. Kind of like the Cheers of gyms and the owner knows everyone by name.

In the several years my wife and I have been members I can count on one hand the times I had to wait for equipment. Jay is a hands on owner and runs a one man operation. The place is kept very clean and has all the equipment you need. You have 24/7 access so it fits anyone's schedule. It has recently been refreshed with new rubber flooring, and a new paint job with some new colors.

There are a few independent personal trainers and one of them, Jim, is always willing to share his vast knowledge. Check it out if you are looking for place to workout in Vero!
