I have been attending this studio for a few months and it feels like home. Highly trained teachers, awesome variety of classes, clean, and with a great boutique where you can buy all your yoga needs including handmade crystals jewelry. There's a very nice uplifting vibe of mainfulness and camaraderie. Definitely the place for your body to get flexible and fit, and your emotional-spiritual bodies to experience the growth and expantion of your highest self, for the greatest good. I took Buffy’s crystal bowl healing class which included a vision board workshop and I am forever grateful I went! This class was beyond amazing and beyond healing for me! I have been feeling like I hit a reset button on my life since this class, the energy and vibes have taken away so many anxieties, I feel refreshed and cannot wait to return for another class!

Warm and welcoming studio. Teachers and staff are amazing. Have taken classes and workshops since they opened. They have a wide variety of classes and times. Prices are very reasonable. This is my happy place. Yoga is for all ages and sizes. Love this place, and the people. ❤
