I’ve been a member at Madabolic for a year, attending 5 days a week, and I can honestly say I’ve never once been bored. The programming is constantly evolving, each class feels intentionally designed, and the coaches deliver the perfect mix of support, energy, and attention to form. I’ve tried just about every type of workout out there, but nothing has given me the results that Madabolic has. It’s challenging in the best way, consistent, and genuinely fun. After dealing with some health issues, I was looking for a gym where I could ease back into training something other than the typical crowded gyms with long waits and no sense of community. I decided to try the $5 for 5 days at MADabolic after doing some research, and I’m so glad I did.
From day one, it was a no-brainer. I was hooked.
The environment is incredibly inviting and full of like-minded, positive individuals who are all there to better themselves. No cliques, no side-eye just genuine people from all walks of life showing up and putting in the work. As for the trainers and workouts, I can’t say enough good things. Each trainer brings their own style, every session is different, and I’m constantly learning something new.
I’ve been a member for almost a month now, and this place and the people have genuinely changed my life. Not only have I regained the strength I lost while recovering, but my confidence inside and outside the gym has grown tremendously. I wake up happy and ready to take on the day.

I’ve joined MAD on October of 2021 and have been there since then! This place is not just a gym but to me, it’s a community and family. I’ve met and became friends with so many people. The coaches are awesome and I love the workouts!! Every day is different. You don’t know what to expect which is also challenging but fun!

Wow what can I say about MADabolic and how much it’s transformed my life. First off I lost 50 pounds in 75 days. MADabolic is like all the good things about CrossFit without the dangerous movements. The staff is INCREDIBLE. So helpful so supportive. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. It’s truly the best fitness decision I’ve ever made. The workouts are different everyday which is fantastic. You don’t have to plan your workouts. I love the punching bag striking we do 5 times a week. Everything is just next level. Give it the 5 day trial I guarantee you’ll be hooked.

Great atmosphere and coaches. Challenging classes but supportive people. I travel for work about half the time and have the chance to train at a different location in Texas. Both follow the same philosophy, which I really appreciate. They also communicated with each other and adjusted a plan that works for me. MADabolic is unlike any other group fitness classes, in a good way! While you have the energy of working out beside others, you stay in your lane (literally) and can only focus on what you are doing and your form, without the pressure of what the person next to you is doing. This also allows the coaches to give individual form checks, keeping you safe and scaling up and down as you need that day. As a functional personal trainer, I really respect MADabolic's programming: they move through every plane of motion, and their approach is functional, so movements can be applied to everyday living. They don't push you to go too hard or too fast like many other group fitness classes do. To be completely honest, MADabolic is the only group fitness class I would recommend to friends, family and clients, and it's the only functional strength class I will go to for my own workouts. It's great for all ages and all fitness levels.

I can’t say enough about how much Madabolic has changed my life and relationship with fitness. I was never able to keep up a self motivated workout regiment before finding MAD. I tried out a few classes with a friend in 2021 and haven’t looked back! Being in a group setting to feed off the class energy while still getting constant 1:1 coach feedback during the workout is so valuable and makes me actually excited to come workout. Love this place! I’ve tried other gyms similar to this one in the past and the thing that stands out the most is the attentiveness of their trainers. They are amazing! They go around at each class consistently correct poor form. There are so many things I thought I was doing properly that needed some tweets. Given my line of work I can’t risk an injury and now that I’m pregnant it’s even more important for me to feel safe during each workout. Their gym is clean. The workouts are great, I can already see results! The whole gym community is wonderful. Did I mention their trainers are amazing? I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have been working out with the amazing crew at MADabolic Jupiter for a little over a month now and I am extremely impressed!! I make it in to about 2 to 3 classes a week on average and I am already seeing the physical results and I feel stronger and have more energy to tackle my day! These guys/gals are the real deal, if you have even considered it, just do it, you will not regret it!! Shout out to Ryan, the coach on Monday mornings, he makes you feel comfortable and helps you scale each exercise to best fit what works best for you and your body. I had a blast @ MADabolic Jupiter on Wednesday. Zach, the owner, coached the class and from start to finish the energy was contagious.
It was my first ever MADabolic workout and I was lucky enough to have an anaerobic workout planned (I like heavy weights). Clients are encouraged to pick weights that are comfortable for them and thanks to the organized flow and setup of the class, Zach was able to move between everyone correcting form and offering help as needed. The workout called for 100% effort in short bursts, across 5 movements, and even as a trainer myself, my mind and body were challenged to work with familiar movements presented in new and dynamic ways.
Zach’s explanations and movement demos were clear and his cues were concise and easy to follow. balancing safety with technical precision. I’m excited to implement what I learned into my own routines and can’t wait for my next MADabolic workout 💪🏻

I’ve been in and out of gyms my whole life with various experiences. I most recently came from F45 and Lifetime but I must say Mad Jupiter is the best gym I’ve been to at this phase of my fitness journey. I even signed a full year membership 3 days into a five day trial.
The staff are very welcoming and provide constructive coaching during the workouts. This is way more helpful than the cheerleader/DJ I’ve experienced at most group fitness locations.
The facilities are always clean, organized, and have a unique aesthetic that leans into the Jupiter gym theme. A sweet mural of the lighthouse and a couple of beach themed objects all painted in Mad’s vibrant green on black decorates the main wall.
The equipment is well kept and they have all of the appropriate weights for the scheduled class each day. The workouts are focused on functional movements leaning heavily into squats, presses, and striking.
If you are looking for a group exercise that focuses on strength while being surrounded by good people this gym is worth your time.

MAD’s focus is on functional movements. You’ll see squats, deadlifts, presses, and push-pull movements using body weight, kettlebells, med balls, and dumbbells. In addition to weights the slide board, rower, bike, and ski erg are also incorporated into workouts.
A unique part of MAD is their striking bags. Every day you can expect to glove up and get a few jabs, strikes, uppercuts, or crosses on the bag.

I have been a part of a couple of different workout groups in the past, but MADabolic has been the best by far! I like the smaller setting so the instructors are able to really pay attention to everyone's techniques, and they all genuinely care about each individual's progress. The environment is very friendly and welcoming, and all my fellow gym participants are a fun group to work out with.
If you aren't able to perform certain movements due to injury and such, the instructors are quick to give you an alternative. I have neck injuries, and in the past, with the other groups, I would experience frequent headaches, but that hasn't happened as often with this team.

Innate primitive movements that are lost with modern conveniences which make us weak. Slow movements allow for focus on muscles groups and allowing time for form to be on point. Being able to push and challenge myself in a motivating environment. You don’t need something new to be the best you need something that works. We no longer need to go to the river to fetch water or wash clothes by hand, or hunt for dinner, but those are the things that kept us strong. We live in a time we need to seek those movements outside of daily living. We don’t need to exhaust ourselves. So far this program seems to being doing all that. Looking forward to seeing more!

I love Mad as a whole! I have never been a person who does any sort of weight exercises and was always scared as I didn’t know what to do, but at Mad all the coaches make you feel comfortable and allow you to learn on your own and at the same time guide you so well to perfect your performance. This is my first week and so far everyone seems really friendly and helpful. The classes are hard but not impossible or overwhelming and there are plenty of modifications for the beginner (like me) but also challenging enough for the really fit (not me, yet). I’ve been working out at MADabolic in Jupiter for about four months now, and I’ve seen such a difference in my physique, my energy levels/endurance and it’s definitely peaked my motivation again. I’ve done the regular old gym, also done CrossFit and I think this is the perfect combination of the two. I like to say it’s functional lifting with intervals.
MADabolic takes all the guesswork out of your work out regiment. All you need to do is show up. The workouts are always different, fun, just the right amount difficult (just kidding sometimes so hard) and SO worth it. My favorite is getting on the punching bag!

UPDATE: It's been over a year and about 200 classes and we love this place as much as we did a year ago.
I've only had five workouts in the week and a half since I joined and, through those fives classes, I've met four instructors. The staff is personable, attentive, and motivational. The exercises are challenging, and there's great flexibility in the range of weight you can choose to employ for each. Careful attention is paid to form and posture. Having had my rotator cuffs repaired and numerous spine surgeries, I can really appreciate that.
I look forward to each class knowing it will be different than the last, equally as challenging, and the staff will help guide and push me through.

If you had told me 4 months ago that I would be working out consistently 4-5 days a week and actually loving it, I would have thought you were crazy. I’ve spent more than a decade talking myself in and out of exercising, trying everything out there to figure out what I could manage to stick with long enough until I saw results. I would lose weight with lots of cardio but never built muscle and told myself it wasn’t in my genetics. Once I started coming to MAD, I knew this was something different. I really love this gym. MADabolic offers an upbeat atmosphere with good music, cutting edge equipment, an aesthetically appealing space, and great coaching. You are in and out in under an hour and the predetermined workouts make it mindless. Every movement is entirely functional lending to a decreased risk of injury. I always feel like I get an awesome workout but I never feel debilitated afterwards to the point where I’m uncomfortable in my daily routine. The methods incorporated in the workouts improve my job performance as a professional firefighter. The MADabolic trainers are remarkably knowledgeable, attentive, and caring compared to my former gym, where my monthly fee of 185$ paid for dancing cheerleaders in a tight small area. At MADabolic, I feel like a confident bada** as I learn functional strength training with proper form. The trainers are focused and there to work, ensuring high quality sessions. In terms of location, it is properly maintained & clean with high quality equipment and large enough gym space that you never feel packed. Possibly one of my favorite things is the structured warm ups that go with the workout of the day. Everything has a purpose, the warm ups, exercises, timing, and effort %. This is a perfect example of a TRUE functional strength training gym.
To be honest, this gym is such a gem because despite being class based I still feel like it’s 1v1 personal training. While learning new exercises there has not been a time where I felt left behind or lost. This is a place where I can confidently take control of my health, I walk in feeling great and leave feeling even better after a challenging session. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

I’ve been attending MADabolic for over 3 months now and, after every class, I feel like I need to review this place because it’s just SO GOOD!
It’s not gimmick-y like a lot of gyms. It’s super comfortable, clean, and well maintained; great facility with nice showers. The trainers here are all super knowledgeable- you can always feel confident that they are looking out for your form first and foremost, that they are ready with a great modification or correction if needed. I look forward to each class and know that I’m getting real benefits💕

As a reformed gym rat, it was a novelty when I signed up for MADabolic. I am a month in and let me tell you... I'm just MAD I didn't sign up earlier! Every class I learn so much from the coaches and find each session to be a different kind of challenging.

This gym was amazing. Super clean and fun. The weights are scaled really well and the focus isn't on how much weight you can do but how good of form you can maintain in your rep. Really liked the punching bag stuff as well. Good mix of crowd also

This gym is an absolute MUST TRY. I was hooked after the first class. The workouts are challenging and the energy is unmatched. It is rare to find a gym with trainers who genuinely care about your technique and form, while still pushing you to be your best every class. I have tried many different gyms and different types of workouts, and MAD is by far one of my favorites.

There is so much I could say in favor of MADabolic over other gyms and training programs I’ve tried in the past. MADabolic offers intentional, functional training that incorporates the best of endurance, strength, agility and performance. I’m an athlete and still love to compete in various sports and events. I am already noticing a difference in my power on the tennis court and improved endurance during longer matches. MADabolic also leaves me feeling like I worked hard but not completely depleted. I can't say enough great things about this gym or the types of workouts they offer. After years of doing CrossFit and other HIIT workouts I was always injured or found myself constantly modifying workouts. I have been doing these workouts for a while now and at 45 I can say I have never had better coaching and workouts. The whole team just makes you feel like they want you to get the best workout as safely as possible. This gym is immaculate and I absolutely love it here

MADabolic is a breath of fresh air in a fittness industry suffocated by point systems, undereducated trainers, crowded equipment, and injury plagued athletes.
From their meticulously planned workout schedule to the emphasis placed on effort and form rather than reps and PRs, the programming is unmatched.
You won’t find treadmills or barbells here. You will gain strength and speed nonetheless. In just a few weeks I have already personally experienced improvements in my stability, explosiveness, and stamina both in the gym and on the (soccer) field.
The trainers here are the best in the business. They provide consistent coaching, will push you to do your best, and fill the room with positive energy every class.
