This gym is extremely tiny with rude staff and different hours of operation than listed. The gym closes at 5 pm instead of the 7pm listed online. The front desk lady was INSANELY rude when she was telling me they were closed and it was time to go despite their hours of operation online. I usually go to the palm city location so I explained I was sorry that Palm city closes at 7 so I assumed it was the same and she said 7 THIRTY ACTUALLY. I have never had someone be so openly rude. I can’t recommend this gym any less

I'm 71, and the clean environment and variety of equipment appeals to me. The music and staff also add to the encouragement to train, not strain. No pain, no gain is history.

Great local gym facility with friendly staff and fellow gym members. On the smaller side, but never too full. Hours are rather short, so check them before you come.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at the Martin Health & Fitness Center at Hobe Sound. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. I didn't know they were the only medically certified fitness center on the Treasure Coast.
