Nancy, Kelly, and Yari always take great care of me when I order a smoothie. Yuned keeps the place spotless, and I make sure to thank her for her hard work every time. And then there’s Tre Catchings — bodybuilder and fitness trainer. You want this man on your team. He knows his craft.

This could be a better gym to do your workkout but the administration of Nancy does not meet the quality. It takes months to fix or repair any equipment. good luck trying to match dumbells they are all over the place, there are no signs to educate the member about the use of equipment. its like there is not conscience and courtesy of the members about uploading the equipment after using them. This is a nice little gym for your average fitness enthusiast. It has every piece of equipment you NEED not want. You’re not gonna find any Premium equipment here, No Nautilis, no hammer strength, no precor, No freemotion. Unfortunately, the dumbbells only go up to 100 lbs. Most of the people that go to this gym, don’t know how to read, half them probably didn’t even finish school. The problem is all the weights are listed in lbs and most everybody that uses this gym probably goes by kilos. So all the dumbbells are in the wrong spot, I spend at least 10 minutes every time I’m here trying to fix them and people put them in the wrong spot right in front of me. I can’t even tell them because they wouldn’t understand me anyway. This is a very clean gym with very friendly staff who have been here for decades. I give it a five star.

If you notice all the other reviews and why they’re one star, honestly it’s for stupid reasons. Unexplained fees, simple solution, read your contract, put back your weights, that will also avoid fees, I’m sure they would be happy to provide you a contract in Spanish, they complain about the gym not being remodeled, then the gym decides to remodel, and then they complain about that. I can understand a four star review but one star? Like I said, I give it five stars, If I were to give it anything less than five, it’s due to the members. I’ve seen bad reviews because they don’t speak French, simple solution, learn English

I emailed 3 times to cancel my membership (because they don’t answer the phone) and they still charged me for 4 months after and now are calling me to update my payment method 😀 yay. I did like the facility bc I worked out at night but I moved away. I would just suggest to check your emails <3 thx Edit (now I’m getting really pissed off because I’ve reached out multiple times and they are still charging me) terrible company. I have reported to my card company as fraud charges. i would recommend doing the same otherwise they will keep charging you and hope you don’t notice.

Unsure why people are so upset about their customer service, they have never been anything but friendly with me. All clubs have rules that need to be followed. I think most people are just entitled 🤷‍♂️

My only gripes about the club are:
1) at any given time, at least 3-4 machines are broken
2) peak hours are so busy, getting a machine is not easy and many of the other members work out in packs or cliques

These two factors in tandem make it difficult, or even impossible at times, to get in your workout done in a timely fashion.

My advice, come work out off-hours if possible.

If you're new to the club, be mindful they have rules that need to be followed and be patient if they are busy.

After nearly two months, I am still quite please with my membership. Everything below still applies. In addition, when you go regularly at around the same time, a sense of community develops. People are more friendly and helpful.

It's also nice to see couples working out together. My only 'however' has nothing to do with the facility. As pleasant as everyone is, I am often disappointed in the sloppiness of others. There are hampers in convenient locations but not always used. Paper towels are left on counters and floors. Folks, cmon.

After hours let's do our part and clean up after ourselves. It encourages us to invite others to join this affordable and desperately needed facility. Again, hats off to Kelly & the gang.

First thoughts. I'm a senior. The rates are great for 24/7 access. EVERYONE is pleasant and well behaved. All ages, fitness levels; men and women. Casual atmosphere, a willingness to help a stranger. Showers and sauna clean and most importantly, GREAT security. You feel safe and protected. Thank you Kelly et al.

Super unprofessional. Super rude. Worst business model ever. Wants to charge me $85 to work out for a day. You heard that right. Said I cannot try out the gym for free. Said I cannot pay for a day pass so that I can work out with my father while visiting from Sarasota, I’m willing to pay for a month membership of $85. Called in advance to set it up. Was treated like I was the one with the problem. When I asked to speak to a manager, her smile was heard over the phone when she replied that she was the manager, and that no one could help me. I pay less than $30 a month and Sarasota for me, my wife, plus kids care for two children.
Price gouging due to the limited resources in a bad area. Said that they would charge my dad $300 if I went with him while they weren’t staffed. I didn’t even inquire about that. I encourage anyone to read the reviews that may or the same message I’m just now discovering while coming here to say the same. I’ve worked in the fitness industry for years as well as sales and customer service and management… this place lacks necessary ethics and business sense.

Staff is friendly contrary to what other reviews suggest. I think other reviews don’t realize that the rules need to be explained and followed so good riddance to them. Gym overall is good. Depending the time you go its not that full. Even at peak times you can still get a decent workout in, compared to larger commercial gyms. It’s mostly always clean and has a wide range of weight and cardio equipment. I would suggest if possible to add in another smith machine and squat rack as it seems they are always in use.

Went in today to get my member card that i signed up for online. Nancy at the front desk, already knew who i was without even saying anything. She guided me through all the rules and explained in detail why they are enforced so heavily. She then explained how the badge & camera system work. After which she gave me a brief tour of the facility and everything it has to offer.

I see a lot of negative reviews about Nancy but the experience i had with her today was just fine. She’s just doing her job and making sure the members are safe and no odd people are let in. 🤷‍♂️
You can’t blame her for doing her job. Maybe she’s not as people friendly as some would like her to be? Idk

Anyways, looks like a great place.
The members in during my visit seemed nice enough and not bothersome. Definitely looking forward to a more comfortable & quieter gym space.

So I just walked in to Max out fitness Center in Lehigh Acres at 3:15 PM Friday, 15 Dec 2023. To sign up. Was greeted with may I help you from a female staff member behind the counter, and I responded yes but I’d like to use the restroom first before we talk business. She responded I was not allowed unless I was a member. I said, are you serious? She said yes. what if you hurt yourself?
What if I wanted to see their facility before I signed up? Didn’t make sense to me so I turned around and walked out.
After reading the reviews, I can see why they have such a poor rating.

She didn't like when we ask why we only can go during the staff hours if it is a 24/7 gym. She said because to go after staff hours I need to have a credit card on file. She just assumed we didn't own a credit card. I offered her my credit card, and she got furious. She mentioned if we come with someone that is not a member we will be charge a penalty. I said I understand, and she raised her voice again, and very angry said, if we brake the rules you will be fine $250. I told her that would be fine because we are not there to cause trouble or harm anybody.

A conversation with her is like a school debate. I am paying for 4 memberships, and only one of us in my family is using the gym. I went to talk to her after 2 years, and she still treated me, like trash. She have to go.

Yesterday I visited this gym for the first time and unfortunately, it turned out to be a highly disappointing experience. As a newcomer, I expected to be greeted with warmth and helpfulness, but the girl at the front desk shattered those expectations with her incredibly rude and unpleasant.

As a result of this terrible customer service experience, I have decided not to get a membership at this gym. It's truly a shame that my first day turned out to be my last, all due to the unpleasant encounter with the staff member. I went to this gym to gather information and perhaps tour to gym before continuing with the membership process. Whenever I entered the gym I was encountered with one lady at the front, I told her I was wanting information and to tour the gym. She looked at my friend and I in disgust, and she interrupted me by saying First of all are you guys even 18 then proceeded to say you can look from here(the lobby) in the rudest way. Then another woman came and said are they even wearing gym shoes in a nasty way before even explaining to both of us we need gym shoes to tour the gym. Great if you just want a gym with equipment. They had classes in another area but took those away. I LOVED the spinning class they had. Gets crowded at night (around 5 until around 8) so expect to have many of the equipment you want already in use. On the smaller side of gyms but fits a lot of equipment. Former member, had to move to another city. Every now and then I'll get a day pass just because of visiting family.

Noticed a good line up of upgrades. Upgraded stair masters, non carpet flooring for dumbbell area, etc..

Not why 3 stars? Because most machines are all bunched up together that it feels like an obstacle course just to go spot someone or take turns. It will be a mission to find a pair of clips. Don't bother using clips, because they don't work anymore. The little rack with all the types of handle bars is a mess.

What can I say....the BEST in Lehigh. Awesome staff. Great Instructors. Clean, neat, & always smells good. They strive on greeting you and helping you. You walk in and you are greeted by name. The price is reasonable - you have 24/7 access, classes, locker rooms, sauna, kid's area.
