At 60 years old and not having worked out for 15 years I finally decided to join Method and signing up for personal lessons with the owner Lynne. Lynne told me I'd see results in 3-6 months and she was right! She has helped me gain so much strength and I love working out under her direction! I also LOVE Rosemary's Zumba class (which I didn't think I would as I don't dance, but it's more light aerobics than dancing!) THANK YOU Lynne!!!!!

Charles at the front desk is hilarious. He was extremely informative and helpful when signing me and my partner up for a joint membership-- which was surprisingly cheap! The gym is extremely clean with tons of options for gym equipment. I love that it is open 24/7! Thank you, Method, for making my fitness experience a comfortable one!

Love this gym! Been going here a while and the owners always make sure everything is clean. Lots of sanitizer bottles available at the front as well as clean rags so everyone can have their own to wipe down their machines.
