This dance studio is truly exceptional. The owner goes above and beyond to develop dancers not only in their technique and artistry but also as kind, grounded human beings. The dancers are exposed to top-notch professionals, and the caliber of instruction is truly next-level. My daughter has grown tremendously in this environment—both as a dancer and as a person. It’s a competitive atmosphere, but one that feels supportive and encouraging, pushing every dancer to continually grow and improve their craft. We feel incredibly grateful to be part of this community.

The studio program is great overall, but one thing that seems to be missing is the team bonding aspect. My daughter has mentioned that sometimes she feels uncomfortable because the classes can feel a bit cliquey many of the girls stick to their own groups and the quieter girls that are alone feel excluded. This creates an environment that feels less welcoming than it could be. Which is one of the most important things of a dance studio. One idea might be for the teachers to incorporate more bonding activities, like games, icebreakers, or small group dances, to encourage everyone to interact and get to know each other. These small changes could make a big difference. It would be nice to see all the girls create a team/friendships. Another thing is sometimes some of the girls take up class time by messing around and talking in their little group when the teacher is teaching it’s a distraction for everyone when they’re only there for an hour to learn. Discipline is important.

The teachers bullied some of the students, this studio has an very toxic environment instead of a safe place to dance. I would not recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive or professional experience. There is also a lot of favoritism, which makes the studio feel unfair and discouraging. This is not a healthy or supportive place to grow as a dancer, and I would not recommend spending your money here.

Only "good vibes here" is the motto you'll see at their front desk and it truly is. My daughter throughout the past 5 years has gained an amazing dance family. Through good and really tough times. I also love that there is no body shaming and that talent is portrayed from the heart and that's the most important lesson we've learned. The level of creativity, enthusiasm, passion and the love of this art is in every inch of this place and found in every professional teacher. There are no favorites, no attitudes, a lot of respect and discipline. Male dancers also get to thrive. Hope you get to view their IG, FB and Youtube!

To all the hard-working dance moms out there who think it’s all the same at every dance studio, and that you should just stay where you are, that it won’t be any different - it’s not true. It’s not the same everywhere, I thought it was too, but I was wrong. You and your kid put in a lot of time, effort and love into this passion, and you deserve better. You deserve professionalism and to be met with the same passion, dedication and love of dance. That’s why you deserve to experience Miami Dance Collective and their instructors. They bring the same energy, dedication and respect that they expect of their students, to their classes every day. It’s an unparalleled artistry, you have to experience. The transparency, organization and professionalism you’re looking for is here, I promise you.

This place is great! The work they do and how the kids really enjoy and develop themselves is truly amazing. They have a nice space for us parents to wait and watch our kids without interfering with the classes. Highly recommend!

As my daughter just graduated from Miami Dance Collective & danced with Ms. Marie & Ms. Kristin for the last 9 years I can say that this studio is not only a dance studio but has been a home & a family. Beyond the professional faculty and devoted staff, Marie & Kristin (founders) are making sure the dancers have access to national educators & choreographers. Driving from Miami Beach was worth it!

Put my daughter in their summer camp and can honestly say I’m so happy we did, she is thriving and loving every minute. They learn so much and she says it’s the best camp she’s been to.

The teacher of this studio Marie Louise Gaschler, goes around getting into the other studios in Miami, looking to complain, very unethical of her to do it, very little respect for others thanks !

MDC has been our family for 5 years . My daughter has been dancing with Mrs Marie and Mrs Kristen since age 5. We left for a bit but we came back to where all started . My daughter is happy. MDC will give you what any dancer would want, technique, discipline, team work, motivation and most importantly, self confidence.
I drive from Miami Beach every day for my daughter to trained. I wouldn’t do it any other way.
If you are looking for a studio with all the qualities I mentioned above, this is your place. Call them and inquire.

Years ago we lived in Miami and my daughter took classes with the owners. We unfortunately had to relocate to China for 3 years. On our return to the USA we bought our house based on where Miami Dance Collective was located. We love the school!!!
