Amanda’s workouts are fun, super personalized, and she actually CARES how you're doing. Expect regular check-ins, solid programming, and a good amount of laughs between the sweating. If you're looking to get back into fitness or level up without hating every second, she’s your girl

Amanda at Movement Theory in Pensacola is absolutely incredible! Her assisted stretching sessions are a total game changer. She has an amazing ability to find exactly where your body needs work and helps you release tension you didn’t even realize you were holding.
After each session, I feel lighter, looser, and genuinely more balanced—like my body has been reset. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and makes the whole experience relaxing yet effective. Whether you’re an athlete, on your feet all day, or just need to move and feel better, this is the place to go.

Amanda has changed my life! About a year ago, I decided to give strength training a try after years of doing mostly cardio. I’ve never really been able to stick with weightlifting, so I figured I would try it for a bit and then move on. Amanda changed all everything. When I came to her, I told her that I wanted to build muscle, lose body fat, recomposition my body, and learn good form. Amanda has guided me to accomplish all of that plus some! She uses her high level of expertise to create workout programs and nutrition guides that reflect my personal goals. She listens to my concerns and quickly adapts to my needs. She goes above and beyond to make sure I stay consistent, which has allowed me to build strength in ways that I never thought were possible. She also emphasizes the importance of muscle recovery and provides guidance on stretching and minimizing injuries. Most importantly, she does all of this with a smile. I’m now down 30 pounds but have gained muscle mass in the areas I wanted. I’ve never felt healthier and more confident! If you’re hesitant about trying something new or have been training but want to get better results, go to Amanda. I’ve seen her work with all body types and fitness levels. I recommend her to everyone. Get on her schedule while you still can!
