I purchased camp sessions in early April but then the facility closed due to water damage on April 26th. No further updates regarding reopening were made on social media after May 7th. I reached out multiple times on Facebook, text, and email and did not receive a response about reopening or a refund. I would not have received a refund if I had not contacted my bank. Not sure who the owner is or why they did not respond timely about this situation but I do not recommend going to this business.

This place was a nice addition to the social development of my now 2-year old. I enjoyed meeting other families and the instructors were kind.

What I had a major issue with was the miscommunication surrounding canceling. I informed a team member that I was going to be traveling so I needed to freeze my account. The team member advised a charge of $50 would be the tuition for the month that I would be gone- no problem. Near the end of that month, I decided to cancel due to schedule conflicts.

I called to cancel twice on two different days. No answer. On the second day, I also emailed and text, and was contacted around 11pm on the second day by Mr. Russell. I don’t text after a certain time, so I’d follow up on the third day. I text on the third day and due to the confusion of the text, I requested a phone call. I was told that I would be contacted on the fourth day. I received a call on the fourth day and it only made for a frustrating interaction and left a bad impression to ever return in the future.

I was told by Mr. Russell that I was given incorrect information regarding what the $50 served as. To cancel the account, I had to pay a full month tuition. He also went on and on about how other places charge additional fees and how this place was somehow saving me. This was so irrelevant to our conversation. He proceeded to talk over me so much so that I had to tell him that he was doing so. He did not stop.

He went on to email me the agreement I signed when I initially enrolled. It was irrelevant to our conversation. I have no issue with the agreement other than it does not address the $50 charge purpose or clarify why I am paying full tuition for a month my kid did not attend. Mr. Russell never answered those two items when asked either. I had no problem paying what was owed as long as I understood why it was owed. I literally had to stop him from talking to nicely let him know that this conversation was not productive and at this point just take the money. You know how you can enjoy a meal, but if the service was horrible it just ruins the whole experience? Yeah, this is just that.

Response to reply of owner 4/2: There are a lot of discrepancies in your reply to my initial post. Your agreement that each family signs is silent on a lot of things; hence I understand why you avoided addressing them on the phone call and in your initial reply to me. Notwithstanding, clear communication to customers is essential. This would be my feedback to you, Mr. Russell, to work on for future interactions with customers who have similar questions that require you to answer. Thank you.

Very happy with this place!!!We was looking for some type of activity where Liam can loose some energy and get used to being around the kids. This is perfect place for it, at first he wouldn’t sit in the circle time, but now after a while he loves it!!! Miss Leah and Mr Reiner are his favorite teachers there. While Miss Leah teaching him flips and rolls, Liam loves to play with ball with Mr Reiner. Love that this place changes activities every week to keep kids interested in the activities. We are going to the gym at least 3-4 times a week and each time Liam is so excited to be there and see his teachers!!!

Great for little kids, not so much for one's getting a bit older. In the 50 minutes that we were there, my kid only got to participate in a few activities. There were about 10-12 kids in the class, and two teachers.

Between the previous class, and ours, I did not see them sanitize or wipe down any of the equipment that kids used. Kids are required to wash hands with sanitizer before going on the floor, but that doesn't help with sneezing and drooling on mats and toys.

There was a lot of "wall time" where he just had to wait. They were not given the option if they did not want to do the activity. Teacher was too occupied with other kids to realise mine did not get a turn to do the wall jump activity and let all the other kids go ahead of him.

We had to wear their brand of socks, even though we had gripper socks from previous times, they just did not have "my gym" on them. It was only 3 dollars but still a hassel when we had no previous issue with gripper socks without the brand.

This is great for babies through about 3 or 4, but anything else and your kid will just be waiting around for half the time you paid for. He had fun, but it's cheaper to spend the day at the jump house.

We had my daughter’s second birthday here. Let me start off with, we had never attended classes here. We were just going off of reviews when we booked it. It was fabulous! Prior to the party, they answered any questions I had and worked with me. The day of the party, they kept the kids entertained and made the day very special for my little one.

Leah and Laura were amazing at hosting my daughter's 6th birthday! They do all the work, set up, entertain and have fun with the kids, do the food, cake, tear down and clean up too! The kids had a fantastic time having fun, running around, rock climbing, playing w a parachute and zip lining!

If I could give 10+ stars I would! This place is great! My high energy 3 yr old son goes here and he absolutely loves it! Also being able to do unlimited is great you can try all the classes your child is old enough for! Definitely try this place your kidddos will love it! Also A+ to the teachers there!!! Not only have we been coming here twice a week for almost a year now but we decided to have them throw our son’s 2nd birthday party and it was nothing short of amazing. Miss Leah really is a gem who absolutely loves what she does and takes the time to ensure every child has a fun and educational experience every single time they visit. Her and her team are what keep us coming back week after week. I could not have been happier with the birthday party they threw for us. They took virtually every bit of the stress off of me, and my son and all of our guests had the time of their lives. From the decorations, to the activities, to the timing and flow of the whole 2 hours it was absolutely perfect.

Highly recommend Mygym in Brandon. My wife and I brought our 2 year old these past 8 months and have seen a huge transformation in her personality from shy and standoffish to outgoing and full of life! She loves the teachers teaching her new skills, circle time, puppet shows, and special activities. The teachers do a great job keeping the kids engaged, excited, structured, and the gym clean. We enjoyed the unlimited classes and would recommend it for others, it allows you to take your little one to the gym multiple times a week, it gives a great break to our daily schedules.

If I could, I'd give this place and its staff 10 stars. We celebrated my son's 2nd birthday and it was amazing! Leah and Janai really made this experience memorable and fun for not only the kids but parents as well. They did everything from setting up the decorations, serving the food, cleaning up, informing me of the next activity before actually moving on, informing me of any unexpected or pending guests, keeping everyone engaged and making sure my son truly felt like it was his day. The facility is extremely sanitary and pristine. The space is used very well. There's so much for the kids to do: a rocking climbing wall, ball pit, swings, zipline, slides, ramps, steps, trampoline, etc. Leah and Janai made the party flow so smoothly with their facilitation. They really paid attention to my requests concerning my son's likes, interests and song favorites. My guests all raved about the good time their families had. Mrs. Angela is the sweetest person. My grandson had the time of his life. He didnt want to go home. The activities designed really help the children with sensory integration issues to feel comfortable in this environment. The staff are great with the kids are energetic and engaged. Love this place! My Gym Brandon is amazing!! My 4 year old daughter learned so much from here and the staff are all so awesome! I'm a very protective mom and I observed the staff and how they interacted with the kids and it takes great patience and understanding, especially for the little ones that have a little bit of a harder time listening and the staff handled it all better than some parents can! I felt like my child was safe and in very good hands. She also learned to be more brave and do new things she was afraid of doing before.

We loved it so much we had her bday party here and we were not disappointed! It was worth every single penny. They made everything so easy on her bday, we didn't have to do any work setting up the party at all and the kids had so much fun with the staff and their activities. My daughter said it was the best birthday ever and she can't wait to do it again for her next birthday! 5/5 at least!! We had our son’s 2 year old birthday here and were so impressed! The communication leading up to the event was perfect- clear and thorough. They customized the activities for this party for 2 year olds and were spot on with every idea! Lots of balls, bubbles, swings, zip line, and a playlist with his favorite songs. There were 2 party leaders and they knocked its out of the park- helping me set up, engaging activities with the kids, running the party. I was able to just kick back and enjoy with my son and his Day care friends. We were just so happy with the way everything went and so were the other parents. I just had my son's 4th birthday party here. My son and his friends had a blast! I can not say enough about how amazing Leah and Angela were. We booked a private event for a 3rd birthday party. My daughter had a wonderful time, and as the parents, we also loved being able to enjoy the moment fully. The staff at My Gym are party pros and take care of everything. It was an easy and stress-free experience, and that was exactly what our family needed. During the party, My Gym kept the energy up and designed the activities to match the stamina of a group of 2-4-year-olds. Overall, it was fantastic and I'm appreciative at how kind everyone was.

My son Peter took his second waddlers class today and just absolutely loves it. The Director is so passionate and upbeat and knows all the kids by name. My daughter absolutely loves coming to her Ninja class! All of the teachers are so sweet and handle the kids wonderfully. I initially brought my daughter here because she is so energetic & needs an outlet. My Gym was the answer to our problem. I have nothing but positive things to say. Except....THE WEBSITE! It's not user friendly. I find it such a headache to schedule classes. I dread the time I have to sit down on my laptop to schedule her upcoming classes. I've been told an app is in the works. Please get this out sooner rather than later. But other that I would recommend My Gym to all my mom friends!!!

Seems like a cool place but I was never able to get in contact with anyone. I tried for a week to get a call back and nothing. I even stood outside and watched everyone sit on the floor and eat pizza and no one came to the door and when I called from my car nobody picked up.

Felt a little rushed to leave so they could start the next party after our group! I was a guest at the party and once the kids ate pizza everything seemed to be rushed. They rushed through the happy birthday song , the cake and ice cream, and before we knew it the "BYE BYE" hands song started and the next guest came rolling in with their decorations and they were rolling us out.

I've had two kids enrolled for a couple of years now. From basic courses to Ninja Training - both (a 4 year old, and 7 year old) absolutely love it. The place is clean, and safe, and the staff is absolutely awesome.
