I took my 1 year old to My Gym 1-2 times a week for a few months. My son had fun and we enjoyed some of the activities offered but I feel the price for the monthly membership is way too expensive for what is offered. Classes are less than an hour and at times fill up so even though you pay for the membership you’re not guaranteed a spot. There is one specific employee who almost always looked miserable and did not make an effort to be welcoming. I felt like she favored some of the parents and children over others which is not appropriate.

My daughter enjoyed her time in the class somewhat but as a parent I felt the staff was very disengaged and had a horrible attitude when parents had questions. I started to get a negative vibe and never returned. I’d recommend trying other locations or options.

I started bringing my baby here at 15 months old. It was her first exposure to being around other children, in an open play environment, and being in a structured class.
From the first day that we joined, we immediately felt the love and care that goes into this facility!
The instructors that we have worked with are nothing short of incredible!
I can’t say enough good things about Mrs. Charlene, Ms. Quinn, and Ms. Kayla. They all have embraced and loved my child and you can see the joy on my little ones face every time we go!
We go 2-3 times a week on average and always love playing and learning new skills.
She loves the ball pit, swings, trampoline and much more.
I highly recommend My Gym to any mom/dad that would like to socialize with other parents, let their kids have fun in a safe environment, and learn to be social!
Do yourself a favor and try the trial week class! You won’t be disappointed! 🥰

There aren’t enough positive words or phrases to describe the level of satisfaction we have for MyGym. Our boy (2y 10m) has been coming here for the longest time and we are convinced that he has grown and developed greatly based on the skills learned in his classes. A once very reserved little boy will now run and jump in while giggling all the way. The staff are all phenomenal and have taken the time to interact with all the children. We highly recommend MyGym to anyone and everyone.

I have been taking my child to MyGym for 4 months now and we absolutely love it! It’s the best decision I’ve made for my toddler. All the teachers are so sweet and interactive with the children. They are so patient when teaching new skills and make sure to celebrate when a child makes a new achievement in the gym. My 16month old had crushed so many developmental milestones and I truly believe MyGym has been a huge contributing factor.

We absolutely love mygym! We have been going here for a year and an half and the way all of the staff interacts with the kids is amazing! We love all the staff (they have all worked there for the year and a half we have been going)! All of their classes are PERFECT for the age groups and they are always coming up with creative ways to teach the kids! We also had our child’s Bday party here and it was awesome. They set up everything and did everything in a timely fashion. 10/10 recommend

After attending two classes here, I am surprised the staff members took these jobs voluntarily knowing it involved working with kids, because everyone who works here seems completely miserable. As a parent, I would have hoped someone facilitating these classes would have a modicum of enthusiasm and at the very least, kindness toward the little ones. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

I want to start off by saying; I have never been to a children’s place with such bad customer service. I had an issue with the membership and the girl in the front told me she couldn’t reach her boss and there was nothing she could do. I then told them to reach out to me when the supervisor was available and never received a call back. It almost seems like they don’t care about losing their customers. It’s safe to say I will not be recommending or returning to this place again.

I took my child here for social interaction she was only 1 in class. Everyone working was new they charged my card without consent I was told I could decide if I wanted to come back after free period I told them I did not I got charge 2 months . Canceled then charged again and they refuse to stop charging me

We recently had a birthday party here for our two year old, the kids had a lot of fun and the space was clean and well organized. Our two hosts did a really excellent job considering how chaotic it can be with toddlers ages 2-4 and trying to keep things organized as possible. Make sure you call ahead before visiting because the hours and rules regarding visitors can be sporadic.

I have been bringing my daughter to My Gym for a few months now and have gotten to know the staff so well and truly look forward to attending. Working with small children is exhausting yet the staff at My Gym GENUINELY enjoy working with the kids. It’s very easy to tell when people are faking the funk because it’s just a job but they are authentic and actually care to work with the kids. The other parents have been a joy thus far and the establishment is always very clean which is a huge plus. At first I was very reluctant because of the cost but now we go a minimum of 2x per week (and could go more) and it is worth every penny.

The girls at my gym are AMAZING. We live close by and are able to enjoy many of their active and engaging classes. Our son just joined pre school prep after being involved with the gym since he was 9months old and having his 2nd birthday party there He is loving it and I’m so grateful for the picture updates/recaps daily. His younger brother will soon be introduced as HE is almost 9months now. Hopefully he loves it just as much. Thank you for providing a wonderful, clean, and fun place for the kiddos! 🥰

Well, after a little hiatus, we decided to take my child back to My Gym. Long story short, realized one of the parents was recording the session and and wasn’t too happy about it. Called Saturday to voice my opinion and it was met with promises to “text” me back. Nothing. Called back Monday, same issue only I’m also told that “they’re sure the parent isn’t going to do anything malicious with the video” and “ why didn’t you tell us right when it was happening when it was happening?” (Victim blaming) regardless of me telling them that we were uncomfortable. I waited all day for a response from the “owner” and of course I didn’t receive one. With COVID going on, and school out, this may seem like a blip on their radar. But this is my child and if I’m uncomfortable with someone filming her during a private gym session ( which is illegal by the way 🙃) then I think action should of been taken... I have my reasons as to why they weren’t but it’s irrelevant at this point. Asked to speak to the owner and never got a response so I’m leaving this review. We will never bring our child back to an establishment that doesn’t 100% meet safety criteria. More or less, we will never bring OUR child to a place that makes excuses for other people when a child or parent is clearly uncomfortable.

We were turned away because our daughter was “3 months too young” for a class that had 1 other child in it and was told to wait in the lobby (for an hour) for the next class. You want a 2 year old to wait in the lobby for an hour? Ownership is obviously allowing a group of adolescents to run their business into the ground. We will not be returning to this establishment again. Our daughter cried the whole way home. Good job guys 👍🏻

This company has taken money from my account after I was told I would no longer be charged. Took me over a week to get a hold of them to which, when I did, Madison (an employee there) said she would look into it for me as to why I was charged and call me back. She called back and left me a voicemail (that I still have) stating that my account was indeed canceled like I had requested and I would be refunded my money. That was THREE WEEKS AGO. I called a week ago and left a message inquiring why I was not refunded my money. They still have not called back nor answered their phone. Next step will be legal action as their horrible business practice has turned into a fraudulent misuse of my account.

These classes in no way compare to other gym classes I have taken my children to. There is no real structure and I feel as if their 'classes' are more designed for children to run around and play then to teach your children proper tumbling and given the individual attention they need. There is also no notice given on how their 'billing cycle; works. We informed the company a week before we were taking our children out and the owner told us that would be fine. Especially as I am currently pregnant and having medical issues which has led to a financial struggle it was not working for our children. A week later our debit card is charged for $108. Upon calling we are told on their website there is a 28 day cancellation policy in writing needed and there is nothing he can do. We were never initially advised to this and I will not be bringing my children back to this place but will legally dispute this transaction as I never signed anything stating we agreed to a 28 day notice. God forbid my children or I had died, I assume there would be 'nothing' he could do.

I have been bringing both my granddaughters to My Gym since September of 2011. My first granddaughter was 17 months when she was first introduced to Mr. Alex and his staff.
At the age of 4, she still has fun playing on the nice equipment. And I love that the gym helps with muscle development, flexibility, and her coordination, while at the same time providing social interaction and builds her self confidence.
The facilities are always clean and well maintained. The staff is not only friendly, but they get to know each student on a personal level.
Because of the great experience we've had at My Gym with the first granddaughter, I've been bringing my second grandchild since she was born. She loves taking the Music Class, where she can sing, dance and play instruments under the direction of Mr. Alex. The puppet show finally is the highlight of her day.
We all love My Gym, and so will you!
