My son started at My Gym when he was 6 months old and 18 months later we are still going! My son has learned so much in a short amount of time. The teachers at My Gym are wonderful, they learn each child’s demeanor and how they learn and make sure they are successful. My son didn’t walk until he was older, but they made sure he could participate in every activity.
My son has made so many friends and we as parents have as well.
We had my son’s 2nd birthday party here and it was amazing. We didn’t have to do anything other than bring decorations and cake. They did everything else.
I can’t recommend My Gym enough!

My gym is great, personally I think it is a lot better then some other places because they’re very cleanly, oraganized, fun, and gives your kid something to do instead of sitting on the iPad. I highly reccomend

Fantastic experience every time! I’ve taken my daughter since she was 5 months and it’s always a wonderful time. My daughter doesn’t go to daycare, so this is a great place for her to socialize. She learns from watching and the class helps me as a first time mom learn new songs and techniques to get her active and having fun.
Also a huge perk is that both parents are allowed in the gym together. I love that my husband and I can both participate with her!

My daughter has taken classes here since she was 3. Yesterday we celebrated her 5th birthday at MyGym. The classes have always been amazing and building my daughters confidence in physical tasks as well as helping her exercise in ways she could not at home. The staff is equally as amazing and Mrs Allison has patience and redirection skills that rival no one.

This place is the bomb. Been bringing my son here for about 3-4 months now, and have seen him grow leaps and bounds in self confidence, strength , agility, and overall happiness. Started in waddlers and are currently in gymsters. Great staff and a super clean facility.

I can’t say enough about the awesome team at My Gym Winter Garden. They are so incredibly kind and compassionate and create absolutely amazing programs for kids of all ages. We first started here when my oldest was a baby and we continued through their Ninja program as it’s jam packed full of fun! All of their programs help to build communication skills as well as physical confidence. We loved it so much we came back with our second when he was a baby. You will not regret attending this location!

UPDATE: I just wanted to come back here to say we hosted a birthday party at Mygym and it was absolutely fantastic! All of the kids had an incredible time especially our little one! They made her feel so special and were so incredibly patient and kind with each and every child. Ms Allison and Ms Sarah were just beyond amazing! There were so many different activities for the kids to do and in between they all just had the time of their lives having the entire gym to themselves! I also loved the personal touches like special music and games. There is no better value for a birthday party in the Orlando area and I am so so glad we chose to do her party here!

I brought my son here to MyGym for a free session as a means to socialize and get out of the house as he doesn’t attend daycare. We were greeted and all of the instructors were calling my son by his name immediately and treating him like a long time regular. I can’t wait to sign him up and see his confidence grow! Our daughter has enjoyed going to my gym moving up through the classes for the last 2 yrs. The coaches are GREAT with the kids and it's a great option to get her energy out when it's raining or sooo hot outside.

Choose another. There are several reasons I would not recommend this gym for small children.
1) The class set up and pacing is not one for young children in mind.
-They play loud music during their warm up period and expect the children to also be able to pay attention to instructions and seem to get frustrated at the children when they loose interest. The instructor literally said “sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do” during a warm up for a class comprising 3 and 4 yo.
- They are over critical of young children’s form (I’m not speaking of modification safety). I’m talking about over correcting a child in diapers for how they are doing a push-up. They also do this by moving the children’s bodies without asking if they can touch the children.
-They then have the children waiting for a good portion of the class for a turn. Don’t get me wrong waiting ones turn and patience are good things to practice. However, the spans of times are outside the attention sons of the children, which they then start trying to do other things, so then the instructors are spending a lot of energy trying to regain control of the class.

2) Cancelling is difficult. You cannot cancel until 2 months have passed and then once you give written notice cancellation does not take place for 4 weeks, so even if you stop going you will be paying for awhile.

I would recommend trying Little Gym down colonial instead, which allows the children to be more active for a greater portion of the class.

Signed my girls up for three days of break camp this week and they absolutely LOVED it! This was a saving grace for us this week to keep the girls busy and they asked every morning what time we were headed to gym! The instructors made me feel comfortable and the kids just loved them. We started going to MyGym WG earlier this year and we fell in love on our first visit! My daughter has the absolute best time and her teachers are the kindest, most positive people I know. They truly want to make sure each kiddo is having a great time and they take the time to interact with each one on a personal level.

The facility is always clean and they are wonderful to communicate with if an issue comes up such as missing a class. They truly care about the kiddos + their families. I cannot wait for my daughter to be able to attend the drop off camps when she’s a little older!

He attends the camp once a week during summer vacation and winter break and it's a great time for me to get a little me time while my kiddo has a safe and fun fitness experience!!!
