This place is phenomenal. I have been working out there for over 2 years. This is the most consistent I have ever been in any workout routine, and I attribute that to My House Fitness and Candace in particular. She has a no nonsense style and she is very results focused. She also has the sense of humor and personality to make it a comfortable experience. She has learned how to push my buttons to make me push past my limits to get the most out of my workouts. Extremely convenient location. Great parking. Great place to help you reach your goals and stick to that resolution!

One of the best decisions that I ever made was to join My House Fitness, Maitland, FL. I was skeptical about trying again since I had taken one trial lesson with a trainer and found the trainer to show little interest and felt rushed.
Due to osteopenia I was highly encouraged to pursue weight training in addition to what I had been doing on my own.
Hence, 6 months after I first walked into My House Fitness, I decided to walk in again and was met by trainer Candace Moore.
Candace asked questions, showed interest, inquired about my expectations and indicated what could realistically be accomplished and after one trial lesson with Candace I signed up. I found a trainer who was a good fit for me.
Candace is professional, competent, knowledgeable, and patient. She listens and tailors sessions to my needs, i.e. if I have sustained an injury; she accommodates me and is both supportive and informative. My workouts are always enjoyable, there’s variety, and all sessions are interesting and challenging.
With Candace Moore as my trainer, I have seen the incredible changes that have taken place over the past year, my body has gone through a tremendous transition, and I am stronger, leaner, more agile, and more confident. Candace is hard working, serious, focused, and so very dedicated to her profession and I am very grateful to Candace for all that I have accomplished and look forward to further achievements in the future.

My House Fitness with Michael Baldwin as my trainer is an awesome place to train. I’ve been training with Michael for nearly 3-years and he’s encouraging and committed to my continual improvement. You should see the biceps on this 58-year old - I’ve never seen that before in my life. Yes I work for it but I couldn’t have done it without Michael and My House Fitness. Thank you!!!

Favorite place to unwind after work, Mike keeps the sessions interesting and fun. I love the small group classes, and individual attention you receive. I have found somewhere to work out, and still be able to joke around and be comfortable. Mike truely cares about helping you and is always available via text for any meal or exercise questions. You won’t find a more devoted person.

Personal trainer Micheal Baldwin is professional, highly skilled and motivated to continually provide a high yield and personalized program that has helped me achieve my personal fitness goals. I came to my house fitness maitland not really sure what to expect, i am currently in my 5th month of training 2-3x a week and i have become addicted! My body has transformed more so than i ever thought possible! I love the trainers, the facility, and the atmosphere!! No judgment, no negativity, just sweat & hardwork!

I have worked out at a lot of gyms and by far this is the best one yet! The instructors for boot camp are amazing and the one on one training is personal and was designed to fit my needs. It's clean, friendly and professional and I highly recommend this as a place to work out and get fit!

Twice a week, I drag myself into My House Fitness to do what I know is best for my 62-year-old body. And both of those days, along with the other five days a week, I thank Christian for helping me get past the physical limitations that face us as we get older. I am stronger, more agile, and feel better than I did in my 40s and 50s. And somehow, she makes the workouts pretty enjoyable because of her great attitude and fun personality. So while I might moan when I head to the workouts, I have a smile on my face when I finish. This is something I do for Me. If you want to get in shape and feel better, I highly recommend My House Fitness in Maitland.

I have been training with Christian at My House Fitness Maitland for the past year and a half. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have if not for the personal attention Christian gives me in each of my training sessions. Christian is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession. I would recommend My House Fitness Maitland in a heartbeat. I have also met and trained with a couple of the other trainers at this location and have been equally impressed. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with the help of Christian and My House Fitness for a long time to come.
