I just made the switch the My House 2 months ago and it was the best decision! Great workouts in just 30 minutes!!! Who knew you could manage to get in a great workout in such little time! The facility is super clean and private and the staff is SO friendly. I really like my trainer Josh! Thank you Doug and Kris for providing a wonderful place to train :)

I enjoy home Fitness and the one on one training. I had a goal and with the help of my trainers we met that goal.
I always felt at home with my trainers. They listened to my needs and were very supportive. I felt comfortable in the environment and never felt intimidated. I am a 61 year old female and could not be happier, a very positive experience.
