This place has changed my college soccer expierence. I have gained 20 pounds of muscle and went into pre season flying and injury free. Starting off as a volleyball player back in high school (2014), volleyball was all I knew and all I cared about. Entering college I sadly quit sports, which was a drastic change for me. I continued to try to be somewhat active, but work and college consumed me. I could tell my endurance, strength, and diet were declining. Entering my last year of college in 2018, I was desperate to get back in to that athlete mode again. I found MST through recommendations from my professors at FAU. I met Coach Eddie and Coach Nate. They got me in the gym right away and educated me on how to properly lift, proper nutrition, and even helped me build a good workout schedule that I can maintain while working and finishing college. Within the first month, I already felt the program working I had more energy, felt stronger, and overall felt healthier! Now, 6 years later, I am still at MST. Eddie and Nate care about each individual athlete in their gym. Whether it be someone like me just looking to get back in the gym for my own health and wellness or an athlete training for their professional or college careers. They create a program for each individual’s needs and they welcome everyone with open arms. They want every person in that gym to succeed in reaching their goals. With their knowledge and their program, you GET RESULTS. You won’t find this type of training program or these types of coaches anywhere. They are truly one of a kind and WILL MAKE SURE succeed.

MST is the BEST place to train as an athlete. Coach Eddie promised me things I never thought were possible. Coach Eddie said he will help me gain weight, get me stronger, all while making me faster and I didn’t believe it. My name is Gavin Conticello, I’ve been consistently working out at MST for about 6 years now and the progress I’ve made in the gym and on the field has been nothing short of amazing. I began training at MST to prepare to play in a FIBA olympic qualifying tournament. Prior to joining MST I took a couple years off of training completely. Coach Eddie and Coach Nate helped me make significant gains in a short period of time that allowed me to compete at a high level against some of the best female athletes in the world. Being a "mature" athlete, I wasn't sure what to expect from my first few training sessions at MST. Now I can't imagine why I was ever apprehensive. Eddie, Nate, Lauren, and all the staff have gone over the top to make sure I am in the best shape to compete. They truly care about all aspects of training from building strength to avoid injury, to breaking down speed dynamics, to making sure you don't overdo it because you don't know when to stop, as many of us tend to do as we try to extend our athletic lifespan. My speed trainer is the best in the business. I started there at 17 and haven’t looked back. They changed my body from a skinny little kid, to a real athlete. When I first came I was nowhere near being a college athlete, nearly a year later I was playing on a college team. Not only do they provide top tier physical training they provide a very friendly environment. The coaches there went from coaches to big brothers to me. Great staff, great lifts, great program. Taught me how to lift properly using the proper technique, and weight measurements. Light days doesn’t mean the lift is easier means the measurements are lighter but the workload keeps pushing you forward. Every lift is an important one and you attack each one with the same intensity . This are all things learned in a matter of 3 months. Started at 164 lb and ended at 175 lb, with a real noticeable improvement in the baseball field. If you want to learn how to move properly, and become the best athlete you can be Myspeedtrainer is the way to go.

Going to My Speed Trainer was the best decision I’ve ever made! Going in, I was recovering from ACL and meniscus surgery. From the first day I got there, they gave me specific exercises that helped me regain my strength and feel comfortable. Today I am now playing the sport I love without the fear of getting injured again and that’s all thanks to the best trainers. When I first began at My Speed Trainer, I could barley lift the bar, now I just hit 95 lbs! My Speed Trainer is great for all ages and have specific training programs for your sports or even if you just want to get in shape. My Speed Trainer has been a blessing to me over the last 6 Years. Eddie has transformed my game to a whole new level. There’s a reason I have been there for the past 6 years. On top of Eddie helping me build strength and speed, he also helped me get back to the top of my game after ACL surgery. Suffering a ACL injury in my senior year of HighSchool left me a short amount of time to get ready for College football. With the short amount of time Eddie helped me get back stronger and faster than before which helped me earn a scholarship at Florida Tech. I’ve been working out at MST for years. I first came in as a young hockey player looking to get bigger and stronger in preparation for older and more matured competition. The results were great! As a smaller guy I was able to win battles for the puck against much bigger players, no doubt due to the work with Eddie and I put in during the off-season. I play division one men’s basketball for Northeastern University and I came here while I was recovering from and injury and looking to add strength and speed. I learned techniques and gained over ten pounds in two months. I added strength and improved my max raps for numerous exercises. I also came away with my injury healed and had no problems with it because the exercises incorporated things to help my injury. The next summer I returned and wanted to add ten more pounds and more speed and explosion. They helped me accomplished all of those things. This place got my body ready for D1 collegiate athletics.

I came to Eddie and MST back in 2013 to prepare for my pro day. I wanted to improve all my testing results, which consist or the 40, bench press, vertical jump, broad jump, short shuttle and L drill. As well as position specific training. Eddie and his staff provided me and a few other athletes with that and much more. Eddie was very hands on and made sure that we had all the tools to achieve whatever goal that we set for ourselves. We got after it two times a day. Morning session was the preparing us for the combine drills and the afternoon we were in the weight room. By the end of the two months you could see a drastic change in my body and my performance. I got stronger, faster and most importantly my technique improve a tremendous amount! Eddie is a great trainer and an even better guy. He invited into his home a few times, not every trainer does that. So thank you Eddie and MST! I played D-1 football at USF from 2008-2012. I trained at MST to prepare for my NFL pro day at USF. My senior year I suffered a high ankle sprain and missed the last 6 games of the season. I was out of shape and not where I wanted to be physically. Training at MST for 8-10 weeks got me back in the shape and Eddie's speed/lifting regiment helped me get there. The High Speed Treadmill was the most useful piece of equipment for the type of training I needed. Eddie's knowledge of different techniques and video analysis really helped me understand what I needed to work on to achieve peak performance. I ended up signing a free agent contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and I thank Eddie and his staff for helping make that happen. The great workout environment and group of athletes makes it a fun place to train.

When I first started MST 5 years ago, I was a 6’1 173 pound lefty throwing 86mph. I was a 17 year old kid who thought he had everything figured out. Eddy and I fought everyday and the whole time he was just trying to get the best out of me.... I went to college to play baseball and ended up having three surgeries 3 years in a row. This destroyed me. Sports was all I knew. I decided to quit because I didn’t have the right mentality, and the dream of playing healthy seemed impossible to attain. I spent the next two years depressed, lazy, and mad at the world. Eddy still managed to keep in touch in that time always telling me to come in... till one day I finally went in. With no intention to return to sports, Eddy convinced me to give his program a fair chance. He told me I’d get a little bigger and a little stronger.. well, what he didn’t tell me is that I would gain 30+ pounds and hit 92 mph.. So today I am 23 years old with 2 shoulder surgeries, attending Lynn University on a baseball scholarship and “the dream” is back. Eddy brought me back mentally and physically, and I know now I’ve been blessed to have him in my life.

I have been training at MST with Eddie for over 10 years, and have relied on his regime and expertise to improve my performance.
