We took a mat Pilates class and got a perfect workout which was a balance of challenge and fun. Our instructor was so professional and an expert on Pilates form. Her cues were detailed and helpful. The studio was beautiful, organized , and clean.

I visited MYST while I was in 30A and was truly wowed! The practice space is beautiful. The instructors are incredible. And the retail selection is great - everything from essential oils to matching sets to jewelry. I can't wait to go back!

Balance 30a yoga is infinitely better than myst30a in all aspects, the practice, the friendliness of the staff and not to mention the amazing cafe next door. It’s Definitely worth the drive to balance studio if you are a yoga lover .

I attended the 7:30 AM beach yoga class led by Julia, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Julia’s warm and calming presence made the session feel approachable and peaceful, especially for someone like me who is still fairly new to yoga. Practicing on the sand added a unique challenge, but Julia was mindful of that and gave us time to settle into each pose without pressure. The ocean backdrop combined with her gentle guidance created the perfect setting for a relaxing and grounding start to the day. I would absolutely take this class again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

If I could give 100 stars I would! Myst30A was quick to respond when I reached out for a private yoga session. They were extremely informative and helpful!

Lexi did yoga for our group at our rental and she was spectacular! We’re still talking about how impressive she was, even days later. We had a group with different levels of yoga experience and we all felt she was extremely great at her job—really great at instructing what to do and we all felt SO relaxed after. So much so, we booked her again the next day! She was professional, fun, kind, on time and you’d be lucky to work with Lexi!

Myst 30A is the reason I can never leave this town because I love this studio so much. All the ladies I have met over the years that have led classes that are like no other (and I have traveled everywhere for yoga) I consistently take a hot vinyasa with Brooke or Olivia each week - I leave feeling amazing, refreshed, kinder, positive mental head space and core muscle strength engaged. I also do yoga sculpt with Grace, Magen and Brooke. If you want a challenging hit style fun moving, sweating, squats with weights all the while still moving in the flow of a yoga class - this class is for you. My strength and stamina is like no other when doing at least two classes a week not to mention a tight behind LOL!!! My body and mind thank you all, I love you and I’m so lucky to be in your presence. There are other great teachers too my busy work schedule won’t allow me to do all - Bella, Jackie - they all top notch talented women.

Myst30a is my go to for yoga. All the instructors are wonderful. I can’t pick a favorite. Yoga flow is my favorite way to start the day. It helps with breath, stress release and strengthening. Stop in for a class. You will feel great afterwards!

The instructors and classes are good . Not happy due to buying a package of classes and I was never told at the time of purchase they expire . I don’t live there full time so this was a problem for me my classes expired and I had a lot left that I paid for. Think that’s ridiculous! If you pay for a certain amount of classes they should never expire.

I was visiting for the weekend and took 3 classes here. They were all different types classes and with 3 different instructors. My experience ranged from off-the-charts amazing to very good and I have to say, I was very impressed. My only suggestion/small complaint, is that the class times in the website did not match the collateral I picked up in the studio, so I was late for class and had to wait for the next one on Sunday 👍

I enjoyed 3 excellent classes while here on vacation. The first was the Power and Restore class taught by Danielle Le, a perfect combination of yang and yin and an excellent way to start the day. The other two classes were taught by Heather- my favorite of which being the breathwork/soundbath class. Very transcendental. Heather is an amazing and nurturing soul, great at hands-on work as well. I was very excited to come do yoga while vacationing in the 30A area, I had been to this studio once before about a year ago so decided to come back. The instructor behind the desk (Zaidee Long) was so rude and seemed very annoyed at having to answer basic questions like location of mats and towels. The class was fine but I am definetely not happy with the way I was treated before class making it hard to enjoy being there at all, just rude and disrespectful. Not the vibe you want from a yoga studio.

I LOVE this awesome yoga and fitness studio in Beautiful 30Avenue in Inlet Beach Florida. They have an awesome variety of yoga classes for all levels, including a hot yoga class. The TRX class has really strengthened my core and helped me avoid injury during my marathon training buildup. The studio is so friendly and nurturing, and they stock a fantastic line of clothing from Alternative Apparel to Onzie leggings, and also my new fav super soft Joah Brown tanks and tees!

Otium 30A is a one stop feel good fitness place! The choices abound between; yoga, pilates, TRX or barre. Afterwards I can replenish my body with some cold press juice. A beautiful yoga studio with a great retail shop. The studio is spacious and lively - perfect for yoga. The retail and juice area is well appointed with fashion-forward clothing that is easy to shop.
I came to the Sunday morning class with Jamie as the instructor after having not practiced in several months. Her class is perfect for beginners and incorporates options for more advanced poses and flow. There was a wide range of participants including families with children so you will never feel out of place. Will definitely be back.
