The only beachside gym located in New Smyrna. We are a full service gym with Nautilus, MedEx, Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment as well as a Peloton and Stairmaster. We have some of the best personal trainers on staff. Our classes include yoga, Bootcamp, Silver Sneakers, barre, strength and stretch, cardio, Zumba and Pilates.

Been here for the last few years on vacation. They did some major upgrades on lifting equipment. The staff is great and it is nice to be able to pay for a week while here.

This gym is fantastic. Everyone here is like family. The owners, trainers, and staff are always available.They are both knowledgeable and friendly. They keep the place immaculate as well. I have nothing but high praises for the Nautilus By The Sea.

This gym was exactly what we needed during vacation. It’s pretty basic but gets the job done! It has fantastic deals for day or week passes and plenty of weight machines and cardio equipment. The manager said they were in the process of building out a bigger weight room in the back as well. It’s easy to miss this spot but def worth checking out if you’re in need of a place for quick workout. Especially great for vacationers given temporary passes and location.

Went to this gym while on vacation and it was awesome. Going to Nautilus by the Sea is like taking a time machine back into the '80s when Nautilus first released their circuit equipment. The equipment is in perfect condition too. Excellent selection of all types of cardio equipment as well.Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend if in town for a few days.

I am visiting from out of town and I was totally blown away. Everything was top notch. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was very clean and well taken care of. I have hardly ever seen such an impressive collection of MedX and Nautilus equipment in my life. If you truly appreciate top of the line machines this gym is a must visit. Amazing!

The staff is knowledgeable & friendly, the property is immaculately clean, and there are enough machines - so that you can keep your workout moving.
They also offer a great selection of fitness & yoga classes.
One caveat - the free-weight area is very limited. There's only one free-weight rack (for bench press, squats, etc).
So NBTS is perfect if you want to focus on overall fitness (classes & machines) and augment with free-weights.

Alot of retirees when I was there. Impressed with the diligence everyone displayed in wiping down equipment. Nice machines and staff. Very clean! Probably not a great place if you need alot of free weights but it suited me just fine.

I love this place! I am a person who likes to go to the gym and just work out in a clean, quiet, and professional environment. This is it. Nautilus isn’t what I picture when I think of ‘Gym’. I have steered clear of gyms because I don’t enjoy the clinky clanky sounds of weights and the stereotypical images that come to my mind. The other people here working out are there for their overall health and therapy. This place is very peaceful and bright and clean.
Additionally, and adding to the attractiveness of this place is the staff and owners. They always welcomed me with a bright smile and warm welcome. And when I have questions they are knowledgeable and thorough and happy to help.
If you are searching for a gym, I highly recommend Nautilus by the Sea. At least stop by and check it out for yourself and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.
