I’ve been taking Lily’s weekly Pilates and Bootcamp class for three months (with the goals of building strength and increasing muscle tone, especially in my core), and I am experiencing amazing results. Because of her knowledge of the body and fitness I have found her workouts to be efficient, effective, and mindful of injury prevention. Lily makes personalized adjustments throughout the workout, increasing my awareness my own body, and helping me to maximize my workout. I love the results but it is the fun, encouraging, and supportive vibe that makes me look forward to my weekly workouts. Highly recommend!!

Lily at Ngo Limit Fitness is truly the best at what she does. She motivates me to show up every session, encourages me when I want to quit on that last set, and makes me want to push myself harder every day. Lily is very easy to work with. She pushes you but doesn't take you out of your comfort zone. I have been training with her for 3 years and I am stronger and more fit in my 50s then I was in my 30s. I had several aching body parts when I started with her and now feel like I have been resurrected.

I have been training with Lily for almost 6 years. She pushes me outside my comfort zone and corrects my form to ensure I get the most out of my workouts. She is extremely knowledgeable and leads by example. If you are battling any injuries, she is able to adapt workouts without compromising missing muscle groups. Lily is quite knowledgeable in determining what each client needs from workouts to diet. I am starting a workout regimen again at 70 years old. Lily adapts any portion of a workout to ensure that I can do it without injury. ( My daughter was her client first. She is an amputee. Lily made it possible for her to workout comfortably as well.) Lily is more than just a trainer, she helps guide and encourage me to keep a healthier diet while promoting better lifestyle choices. I have been training with her for over a year and I love seeing my results! I’m slightly disabled with an amputated left hand and she works with me and modifies exercises so I feel included. I currently participate in all the classes she offers: boot camp twice a week, Pilates, and a one on one personal training session. I recommend her to everyone! I finally have a Tookas (aka butt)!
