Do not hesitate to sign up to join No Excuses Ladies Bootcamp with Paul. You can do it! In addition to loosing unhealthy weight I gained, it has improved my asthma, lowered my blood pressure and helped me feel better overall. You must take care of your health to take care of those you love. You are important and must make time to exercise. I was worried at first that I wouldn't be able to keep up with my breathing issues. The workout is in an air-conditioned, spacious room with circulating air. You go at your own pace and Paul explains modifications for different ways to do each exercise. During your work-out he talks to you about all aspects of being healthy physically and emotionally. I have learned so much. He also helps build your balance, and flexibility, along with building up your cardiovascular and muscular health. Classes are offered Monday to Friday morning and afternoon, so there are many classes to pick from to fit your schedule. Paul and the ladies that attend the groups are so friendly and supportive. I am so blessed to have found this bootcamp. Come try a class and you will be back!

I have loved since day one going to the “No Excuses Ladies Bootcamp in Winter Haven, Fl.” It more than a gym, it is a community of woman sharing, motivating each other to get better on a daily bases. The trainer Paul Bowman is A+! He is very knowledgeable and really cares for the well being of each of the participants! I definitely recommend this location if you truly want a transformation for life! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I joined 11 months ago and have dropped 50+ pounds. It took me 3 weeks to get fully commit to what Paul was teaching, it will be life changing if you allow it to. You will learn how to totally change your way of thinking about food and what food your body needs to properly function. The exercises we do are building and toning your muscles while increasing your flexibility and mobility. I am fixing to be 52 years old and the reality of "I am not getting any younger" is setting in. The things that I can do now compared to 11 months ago tells me I will be fighting this "age" thing the entire way. Now is the time to join. You have waited long enough. You deserve to be the best you can be. See you in class soon (I hope).

I was trying to lose weight and reached a Plato so I signed unfold Ladies Only Boot camp and in one month lost more weight and dropped about 3 sizes! Today I signed up for 6 more months! It's more than exercising, you also learn about proper eating (WOE), make new friends who really care about you and your journey. Paul is a great instructor and encourages you do do your best! Love this class!

NoExcuses Ladies Bootcamp has changed my life!!!! April1st 2016 was my first day and i was just shy of 240lbs, today, September 28th, 2017. I'm at 207, healthy, happy and NEVER FELT BETTER. WE HAVE A WONDERFUL INSTRUCTOR IN PAUL AND all the ladies are like FAMILY!

Very informative and well taught class. You wil learn how to eat properly and get your body back in shape. I am starting to feel like I did 20 years ago when I used to work out every day.
