I needed some major motivation, new exercises to challenge myself, and someone to kick my ass for a solid hour and I found the perfect man for it KRUTEL MACK!!! He knows how to motivate you mentally and encourage you to make the last set really count. His workouts are creative, and he mixes up the workouts by using a variety of equipment and movements which helps the time go by quickly. Most important, Krutel is passionate about what he does and he knows what he's doing. He reads his clients really well and can tell whether or not an exercise needs to be more challenging or modified based on strength and skill level. Krutel took the time to learn about me and my needs and the progress has been insane. In addition, the facility is really clean and provide you with a comfortable feel. If you decide to treat yourself to personal training, then this is the establishment for the work out enthusiast.
