I moved into the community about 6 months ago and needed to find a place to workout. I have never been a" gym person"- I didn't want some place. I would feel uncomfortable or a place that would not give me direction. Lord knows I needed it. I feel so lucky to have found no limits- Mike and the entire team are superb. The quality of the gym goes far beyond their technical abilities, which are significant. It's that they are such good people and as a result, have attracted great members. The culture is terrific- highly recommended.

I've been a member at NLF in West Melbourne for over eight years, and it's truly become part of my life. I actually enjoy going to the gym because the environment is always friendly and welcoming. The community and accountability are exactly what keeps me consistent.

I started working out at No Limit after I ran out of insurance approved PT because it cost the same as my copay. I really appreciate that the coaches build the workouts, because I wouldn't know where to start. I also really like having them lead the workouts because if my form isn't proper, they'll step in and correct it, preventing injury. I'm almost 6 months in and I have more energy and am absolutely stronger than before. They offer so many other resources too beyond just the workout part of fitness. I highly recommend. I've had Jordan, Zhania, Matthew and Randy as coaches and they've all been great!

Have you ever had a chilled eucalyptus infused towel over your face and neck? It has the most amazing cooling effect like no other! No Limits Fitness has a refrigerator filled with these towels up for grabs....but not so fast! Thou shall not touch these towels before doing the full body workout. Joined NLF about 4 or 5 months ago and so glad I did! I have made more progress with Zhania at NLF than I did at a regular gym in 6 months. As someone who’s about to hit 40 and just had my third baby at 38, I needed a safe space to workout and feel comfortable. I joined NLF about 4 months ago and I’m so glad I did! The workouts change often and are tailored to your level while still being challenging. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun and the trainers are all attentive and helpful and welcome you by name every time you walk in. I've tried so many times to exercise on my own but after a couple days I would be in pain and "rest" for several months, then start that whole process again. The small group training at this gym is exactly what I needed, with trainers who genuinely care and guide you every step of the way. It’s a super friendly environment, not at all judgmental, and a great place to shake off the pressures of daily life. As a teacher, it’s been a huge help for managing stress and staying on track with taking care of myself. I’ve been going to NLF for the past few months and can honestly say it’s amazing. The workouts are TOUGH and change regularly so you’re not bored but what makes me go back are the people. The staff really do care about helping you achieve your goals and become healthier and stronger and the other members are always positive and encouraging. You’re not babied, and you WILL be pushed, but if you like ending your workout with a major sense of accomplishment (and maybe sitting directly in front of a fan afterwards because again, it’s tough) this gym may be for you.

I am so glad I found No Limits Fitness! I’ve always felt intimidated working out. Understanding the equipment, machines and proper form created so much anxiety that I eventually gave up. I tried many gyms, programs, and personal trainers but never felt confident enough to be consistent. No Limits Fitness has changed this. From day one, the staff made me feel welcome and supported. There was no judgment, just genuine encouragement.
I started off working one-on-one with a personal trainer. They took the time to understand my goals and limitations and built a plan that actually felt doable. They guided me through each exercise and helped me tweak my form as needed. This was important to me because in past experiences when I felt unsure of what I was doing I would get self-conscious and give up. Every week, I started seeing and feeling progress. As my confidence grew, I moved into small group classes.
In small groups, the classes are small enough that the trainers can continue to focus on form and help you modify exercises when needed, but still big enough to create a motivating group vibe. NLF feels like a community. It’s not overcrowded; everyone is positive, respectful and supportive. From the staff to the members, they cheer you on and celebrate your milestones no matter how big or small.
I leave feeling stronger every time, and that’s something I never expected when I first walked in. I can’t say enough about this gym! I have finally found my gym home!

Joining No Limits Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for both my physical and mental health. I started in November 2024, during a tough time in my life after unexpectedly losing my father. On top of that, I wanted to get in shape for my upcoming wedding. I was looking for personal training, but what I found at NLF has turned out to be even better.

I have been working out in the
Melbourne area since 1986, a member of many gyms (Golds Gym, Pro-Health, Raise the Bar, Freedom Fitness, Fit Club 321, Crunch, etc.) and have attended a wide variety of workouts from traditional classes to weight lifting — and through the years I have become very particular with my choice of coaches and gyms. No Limits Fitness is by far one of the top gyms in Melbourne.
In February of this year I joined No Limits Fitness, as I was looking for a gym with smaller classes with coaches that give focused one-on-one attention to proper form, along with functional training that definitely included weight lifting (with an olympic bar) as part of the workouts. I found all I was looking for at No Limits, under the instruction of Coach Jordan — who definitely gives each of her clients her full attention backed by her experience and knowledge of professional coaching.
No Limits Fitness is clean, friendly, and a pleasure to be part of. Their wide range of equipment is well cared for and kept in an organized manner, making it easy to locate the exact piece of equipment you are wanting to use.
I highly recommend No Limits, with its very qualified coaches, outstanding workout sessions, and privately owned — giving the gym a “small-town personality”.

After working from home for a bit, I noticed some unfortunate side-effects regarding my health. I started working out at LA Fitness but struggled with my form and the environment. Eventually, I found No Limits Fitness and I really appreciate the small classes, the high energy environment, and the trainers' assistance and willingness to help.
The classes are offered in the morning and in the evening and are very friendly to the full-time working person/corporate slave. The classes are small enough so that you never feel like you're forgotten or ignored. The scheduled workouts offer variety and are well-rounded. The trainers are also very keen to help and offer tons of different exercises to accommodate any personal needs or limits.
Lastly, the environment and everyone working out there are very welcoming. There's a wide variety of people and I never felt like I didn't fit in even with my little 5 lb dumbbells. There's a lot of other good things to say, but I highly recommend No Limits Fitness for anyone that needs a little accountability or guidance with their fitness journey.

What a fun place to workout! I am a newer member to No Limits and so glad I found them. My goal was to find a fun supportive environment and a gym that focused on weight training. No Limits provides all of these things in a friendly atmosphere. The workouts are like a personal training session, but in a group format where everyone works at their own pace. I have been a member at NLF for 3+ years. I joined this gym specifically for the small group trainer led sessions and the format of classes to work with my working schedule. I found this very accommodating and ensured I would always have my space and equipment during typical gym rush hour times at big box gyms. My time at NLF has resulted in the best version of myself to date. Im the strongest I've been in my 3 years of training at NLF than I have been in the 10+ years of independently training at big box gyms. My day to day life and comfort have improved due to reduced back and hip pain and the gym community/membership is truly unique. I would recommend to anyone if you are interested in this gym, take the plunge and complete the initial visit. The hardest part was showing up somewhere new!

Are you looking for 6 pack abs in 6 weeks? Looking to lose that stubborn belly fat with just 1 10 minutes workout each week? Then No Limits Fitness is not for you. However, if you are ready for real results by setting achievable, measurable goals and getting guidance to achieving those, No Limits is the place for you. For me, after spending years working out at various fitness studios and not making much progress (gaining fat and not building strength), No Limits has helped me gain 10lbs of lean mass while losing 20lbs of fat in 6 months. Started with NLF Sept. 2023 I was looking for a different kind of work out, not some standard gym set up with lines of treadmills and machines. What I found is a place that offers complete body fitness and conditioning program. The trainers help with designing the routines to fit your capabilities and help you reach goals. The small group concept works great, you have like minded people working along with you, offering support and encouragement and some deserved ribbing with a great sense of community. I always leave a session feeling like I've maxed myself out, with a sense of accomplishment looking forward to what they can throw at us next session. Mike, Jordan and Zhania are fantastic trainers, able to help with proper eating habits, nutrition, recovery and what ever you need to improve your overall health, well being. I personally have improved greatly in my health, endurance, flexibility and lost a few pounds along the way. Super place I would encourage anyone looking for a different approach to fitness to check them out.

Like a rollercoaster, my workouts have always been up and down. From the moment I started NLF I knew this is where I wanted to be and the rollercoaster keeps going up! Like many people, I reached a point in my life where I was unhappy with my body weight and how it was reflected in my physical appearance. It was time to find a gym that would work with my busy lifestyle. With two school-aged kids, a full-time job, and a schedule packed with my kids' activities, finding time to exercise seemed nearly impossible.
After reading several reviews, I decided to schedule the free "No Sweat Intro" consultation at No Limits in July 2024. The process was incredibly easy and welcoming. I never felt pressured to sign up. In fact, I took some time to think about it and joined the gym the following week.
I’m so glad I took the leap. The small group workouts are fantastic—challenging yet manageable. The results have come faster than I expected. The trainers are exceptional, working with me to modify exercises and positions to avoid aggravating past injuries, while still targeting the muscle groups I want to work on.
At the six-month mark, after committing to three workouts per week and making some simple diet changes, I’ve reduced my body fat by over 6% and gained over 10 pounds of lean muscle. When I first started at No Limits, my InBody scan showed all of my measurements in the unhealthy range. Today, all of them are in the healthy range and continue to trend even healthier. I am feeling stronger than I have felt in many years and loving the increased energy and happiness I have been experiencing for the last few months.

I used to do martial arts when I was a kid. The worst part was going to the studio and working out. Once that experience was done, I spent 10 years without stepping on any specific fitness activities. I would zip line, do some ocasional outdoor extreme sports and that was pretty much it for my fitness. Being a busy professional engulfed me on a stagnant life, and there was something wrong with that. I'm so glad I found this gym. The fact that I was allowed to start from zero on my fitness, and feel the progress was more than enough. I've been working out here since 2022. The coaches are amazing at creating a peer group that sticks together. Sticking together to our goals, I've brought my husband here and that's made our relationship stronger. I’ve been going to this gym for 5 months and I have to say that I am surprised I stuck it out. I’ve been to many gyms but only lasted a short time but continued to pay for the membership long after I quit. I always wanted to get fit but didn’t know how to work out properly. My daughter got me a trial membership for my 52nd birthday at NLF and after 2 weeks, I knew this was the place for me. I didn’t have to figure out what my workouts were going to be each time I went, they were already planned. The group sizes are small and a personal trainer is always there to walk you through. After the 5 months I have been going to NLF, I have gained a confidence in myself and don’t miss a work out. The atmosphere in this gym makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The trainers are phenomenal and really care about you and your fitness journey. I’ve been a member of NLF since 2019 and I love it here! The facility is amazing, top equipment and a very upbeat positive environment. They push me to be the best version of myself! The coaches have helped me so much with my nutrition, weight and accountability goals. In the past I’ve had issues at other gyms because I wasn’t sure what workout to do and would get frustrated and stop going. That is never a problem here, the workout is already for you when you walk through the door all you have to do is show up!

I love No Limits Fitness! At first I was hesitant to join a gym that was out of my price range. Yes, I could go to a gym for $10 a month on my own time, but I wouldn’t get the accountability and the one on one training that I need to stay fit. No need to figure out what muscle group to work on because NLF plans for you. Yes, leg day everyday. As a firefighter, NLF helps me reach my goals like building leg strength to climb flights of stairs and pull hose off a truck. Coach Jordan is your biggest cheerleader and is very helpful when it comes to proper form. Coach Mike is very knowledgeable when it comes to food and what you need to focus on to reach your goals. If you’re lucky enough on your fitness journey, you’ll find a gym that feels like home. That’s what No Limits Fitness is for me. I have been a member of NLF since 2021, when I was commuting 30 miles to Melbourne every day for work and wanted to find a gym close by. Even though I left that job and work closer to home now, I continue to drive the 30 miles there and back just to keep working out with these guys. After a period of working out on my own and checking out other local gyms for a while, I never found anything that compared to the NLF experience. The day I walked back in the door, I was greeted like I had never left, and I felt like I was home again. It’s more than worth the extra gas and mileage every week.
I love training with Mike and Jordan, and I love the dynamic that they share. They’re both very knowledgeable and supportive, and I know if I don’t show up for a session, Mike will be texting to make sure everything is ok. They truly care, and the accountability is everything for me.
We work through pre-programmed sessions on an app that helps keep track of stats and progression, and you book your sessions in advance so the gym is never overcrowded. You will never have to wait for a piece of equipment, and everything is clean and well maintained. There is always someone available on the floor to help with proper form or new exercises, so it really takes all of the stress and planning out of it. Just show up ready to do the work!
Members here are generally consistent and tend to stay with the gym for a long time. The group is really welcoming and friendly, and always ready to support and encourage.
There are things I don’t always do well in my self-care routine, but one thing I don’t need to worry about is my strength training, because I know I’m in good hands here. I’m so grateful for the team at NLF!!

I was new to the area and when I looked for a gym, I saw NLF had 5 stars, and group training. That was a concept I had not experienced before.
It did not disappoint! Work outs are fun! You are greeted with enthusiasm as you walk in the door, and the group gets to feel like friends. Jordan is tough but so sweet and funny about it that you don't even realize you are doing more all the time - lol. 3 years ago I started on a journey to loose weight. I was successful, but keeping it off was always a challenge. After the 45 days with intermediate fasting, I lost about 12lbs, but the program is so easy to just keep going afterwards. The knowledge here is amazing.

The coaches are so amazing and they work with you no matter what fitness level you are at. They make you feel comfortable and welcome, but they will push you to be your best! I love that I don't have to think about or plan a workout, I just show up and they walk me through it. When I first joined NLF, it was purely for a friend, not at all for myself. I was out of shape and overweight, but still held on firmly to all my reasons/ excuses as to why I couldn't workout.....yet. A friend of mine wanted help with her workouts as she frequented a different gym but wasn't getting the results she desired. NLF was different, and had personalized programs with trainers beside you each and every day. I went, being the good friend that I am, and unbeknownst to my denial and firm excuses...I became hooked. 2 weeks became 2 months, 2 days a week became 4... and here I am 8 months later, totally obsessed and in love with taking care of myself and the gym family I've gained, encouraging me and pushing me every step of the way.
NLF is different than any gym I've ever encountered. The moment you step inside, you get a positive greeting. This place has truly become my hidden treasure. The people that work here and the members that go have become my new source of fuel to bettering my health. I don't have to think about what I'll do, as they plan my workouts for me. My only requirement is to show up. They do the work, I'm just required to put in the effort. They teach, push, and encourage each and every member to do their best right where they are and they celebrate each victory with you. It gets contagious... spreading all the encouragement to others and watching each other transform! At my age, i knew it wouldn't be easy to get back into physical exercise, but i needed it far worse than I'd realized.
I can't say enough positive things about this place, and what the people there have brought to my life. NLF is by far different from the corporate gyms, and in my personal opinion, far better! Its the personal touch, the way they invest in you, that makes them unique.

What can I say about No Limits Fitness besides that it's my home away from home, my de-stress haven, my safe place. I've been coming to NLF off and on since 2016 and I keep finding myself back there. Recently I have been back for over a year and I can't imagine my life without Mike, Kristie, the trainers, and all the members. They have not only given me my self confidence back, but my health as well. If that isn't enough, they provide challenging yet effective workouts with some of the best equipment in town, but they also can help with other challenges such as "what should I be eating" based on whatever goals you have. 7 years ago I was looking for a different fitness path. I am a person that doesn’t like change but stepped in the doors of No Limits and instantly felt I found what I have been searching for. The trainers are dedicated and truly devoted to developing a workout plan to each individual, considering not everyone has the same goal or level they are working toward. Mike, the owner, (I have to add….a very comical human that is the mold to such a tight workout family) is constantly exploring the most effective workout routines to maximize and offer members top notch results. There have been changes that each time I am skeptical about (as mentioned earlier a in this review I am not a person that likes change) but each change that has been presented has taken me to a new level, building my fitness level higher and making exceptional changes in my body. The plans that incorporate strength and cardio circuits push you as an individual to your limits or desired performance level you are looking for or can achieve. With the scrutiny at an individual level, over time because we know things don’t just happen overnight even though we want them to, has brought my muscle mass up significantly and my body fat down. This is not a gym that you have to figure out what workout to do each day and most likely will not stick to, after discussing your individual goals, both physical and in general with a trainer, you will be provided an individualized workout schedule that is accessible on an advanced App, where you, and the trainers can track your progress - make adjustments as needed, etc. At the end of the scheduled workout plan (typically 4 weeks) you will have input for the next plan. You pretty much cannot ask for much more than a one-on-one personal trainer every day!! Mike and the staff here are incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out. No Limits has been awesome to me. The workouts are tailored to each individual based on your needs and capabilities, so if you’ve never worked out before or a frequent gym flyer needing something new they can help you! I absolutely love No Limits Fitness! I have never been comfortable signing up for a typical gym setting because I didn’t know how to start, what to do and if I was doing it right. I absolutely love working out here! The workouts are never the same, the coaches accommodate ANY level of experience, injury, personality and anything else you can think of. They encourage you, monitor progress with multidimensional measurements, never shame you for your results and are extremely sincere in everything they do. I absolutely love my gym! This is the first gym I have been to where I got real results! I am loving watching my body transform from their workouts and strength training individualized program! When I go to boot camp I know I am in and out of there in 45 minutes which is a huge perk for me, hate wasting time at a normal gym not knowing what to do. Here I don’t have to think about because they’ve already planned the workout for me! By the way the staff is pretty amazing too! 😁

I’ve been going to NLF since the beginning of Jan 2020, and have been nothing but impressed with my experience. The owner and trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They provide alternatives to those that may have injuries. The workouts are challenging but also adjustable to accommodate all skill levels. They offer a wide variety of class times to accommodate those who work 8-5. What I like most is the environment the gym fosters. Not only are the employees approachable and helpful, but the members are also very welcoming and friendly. Within two weeks, I already had a couple of “gym buddies” that I would go to the same classes with. It’s very clear NLF cares about your success. Whether that’s providing different challenges and programs to help improve eating habits, or just reaching out if you miss a couple of visits. I’d highly recommend this gym.

No Limits Fitness is one of the best fitness centers I’ve been a member of.....and I’ve been to almost all in Brevard. The staff is awesome, they’re knowledgeable, fun, and make you feel welcome. The quarterly challenges help me with accountability for both fitness and diet. As soon as the COVID-19 shutdown happened, they immediately created online resources and loaned out some of their equipment for home use for their members. I ❤️ NLF!

Ever since I came to the US I gained 25lb...I was always skinny and fit, so I felt so uncomfortable to be 140lb heavy...I never found a way to go back to a weight that would make me happy...Until one day a friend showed me her own experience with NLF...I have always worked out since I'm 17...And I love a healthy life and gym, and sports...But this friend never went to a gym before, and her results in 2 months was amazing...So I didn't think it twice and started the Macrostax Challenge with NLF....The whole team is amazing, dedicated, encouraging and funny...And the members are also amazing...They become like a big family...My weight now is 125-126lb which is exactly my goal...I feel confident, fit and healthy...But mostly very very grateful...I would recommended to everyone...Thank you guys!

This is hands down the best gym in the area. I started going in February of 2019 and I absolutely love this place. The trainers are all so friendly and make you feel comfortable. Whether you are a beginner or advanced they make the workouts so that they can be modified if needed. The members here are also so friendly and very encouraging. If you are unsure if you want to join right away they offer a free week trial so there is no reason to not try out No Limits Fitness.

My first impression was clean gym, encouraging and knowledgeable trainers/owner, and very motivating workout partners. I do like the available workout sessions. My goal was to lose 30-40lbs and I started at 165lbs. In less than 7 months, I've already lost 25 lbs and I'm continuing my journey to toning and having healthier habits. Even after my motorcycle accident and physical therapy, the trainers were very helpful in aiding my success to maintaining intensity and challenge in the work outs. I highly recommend No Limits Fitness as you will not only learn the aspects of a lifestyle change, but there's an absolutely amazing support system from others and the staff.

The staff is very knowledgeable and trained in their field to make sure you are working out correctly. They show you modifications for everything so you can work around injuries. I've been going regularly to No Limits now for over a year and it's an amazing gym. The instructors are encouraging and many of them are doing the workouts right with you when they aren't teaching the classes! They demonstrate accommodations for all the moves and equipment so regardless of your ability level you can do a workout tailored just for you. I love that there are a variety of class times that I can make it to and I'm done in 45 minutes with a total body workout! I can't recommend them highly enough and am so thankful for all the trainers!

I have been a member at No Limits Fitness (NLF) since 2016. Their boot camps are a convenient and effective way to get in a full body workout in 45 minutes, including strength and cardio training. I recently participated in one of NLF's six-week challenge programs. Thanks to the meal plan and accountability coaching, I dropped over 10 pounds of body fat - not weight, body fat - and gained lean muscle mass. I highly recommend NLF.

I rarely do reviews however this place is very deserving! In my short time here I’ve seen major results. I had a bad ankle injury less than a year ago (broke ankle in 3 different places, screws and bolts, and surgery) and coming here has helped me with this in so many ways....I can now get up from the floor without holding something, I can stand on one leg, I can begin to hop/Jump again, I can squat to the floor etc. So it doesn’t matter what level you are the skilled trainers adjust to your level and are very mindful of your condition. There are several classs morning and afternoon and Saturday and the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful.
All I can say is it’s like having your own personal trainer every workout having you do exercises, I know I would never do on my own or be afraid to try, and doing it along with others along side you is very motivating as well.
Money well spent, worth every penny, best investment into my health that’s for sure!
One year from now I will be a totally new person with a brand new body and mind!

No Limits Fitness is a great place for boot camp classes, although they offer more than boot camp. I appreciate the diversity of each class I attend. It's never the same. I am conditioning my body and transforming it at the same time. I have been a client for about 2 months and I am very pleased with my results so far. I cannot wait to see my results after the 6 months I signed up for. I took advantage of the 28 day transformation then I signed up for 6 months unlimited.
It's more than just a gym... The instructors are the best, they are full of inspiration and encouragement. I love No Limits Fitness because we are all working towards the same goal, better health and fitness. No matter your age or fitness level, you will fit in and feel comfortable at No Limits (I am a female over 45yrs with a goal to lose 50lbs). I am so glad I walked in and signed up.

I have been working out at No Limit Fitness for the past month, and the place is great. The instructors are very friendly, and take time to help you with the exercises. I recently visit my Doctor for a diabetes follow up check, and he was very happy with my improvements since my last visit. My AIC went down , and lost 8 pounds. I strongly recommend No Limit Fitness, if you will like to work out in a no pressure , sales or arrogant instructor environment.
